The purpose of this study was to describe the general conversational implicature, scale conversation implicature, and special conversation implicature in in the Sweet 20 film by Ody C. Harahap. The research method used is qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques and refer to techniques. Data analysis techniques by transcribing the entire contents of the film, marking implicature, interpreting, and making conclusions. Test the validity of the data with member checking and expert validity. From the results of the study, the dominant implicature used in the Sweet 20 film by Ody C. Harahap is a specific conversation implicator as much as 75%, followed by a general conversation implicator as much as 21.33%, and finally the scale implication as much as 3.79%. The specific implications of the conversation in the form of using the language of speakers tend to use special words that only the speaker can understand the meaning or purpose of the speech. The Sweet 20 film is personal and familial in delivering speeches by speakers. From the results of this study, what needs to be considered is that when writing films Indonesian language teachers should pay attention to the composition of the use of implicature types.

This study aims to determine the accuracy of task completion in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the accuracy of the completion of tasks in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District, namely the completion of a PATEN application in the KTP service, could be completed within 7 days with a note that the file requirements were complete so that it could be processed immediately. In the management of ID cards, Candi Subdistrict employees have carried out their duties to the maximum. However, in terms of managing E-KTP, there are obstacles in terms of coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs located in Jakarta where the server at the Ministry of Home Affairs is turned off every 3 hours for server maintenance purposes, then after that 5 minutes later it is turned on again. So this causes the processing of E-KTP takes a long time

The impact Covid-19 pandemic is very big when we look at it from the quality and quantity side, where previously the community generally prayed in congregation in the mosque both in terms of quantity, but during the Covid-19 pandemic, we can see that in the field it has fallen greatly in terms of quantity.This study aims to determine the management carried out by the Muhammadiyah Regional Leaders (PDM) of the Sinjai Regency in conducting Da'wah during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used is qualitative research methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data verification, and concluding, the results of this study indicate that Da'wah Planning, Muhammadiyah Regional Leaders carry out Da'wah planning virtually by involving several Muhammadiyah Business Charities in Sinjai Regency. Also, during this pandemic in terms of quantity, there were more recitation participants than before the pandemic. Then in terms of controlling Da'wah, the PDM of the Sinjai Regency carried out control, namely evaluating in terms of the implementation of da'wah by always synergizing and coordinating with all Muhammadiyah charities in Sinjai Regency, starting from Ortom, Higher Education to Branch Leaders in each of the existing branches.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

The research objective was to study the implementation of the Wafa method in Al-quran learning at the TKIT Ar-Royyan School of Nature. The Wafa method is an Al-quran learning method by maximizing the functions of the right brain without overriding the left brain which is combined in an interesting and fun way. The characteristic of Wafa's method is to read Al-quran with the strains of the hijaz and learning programs using movements that are in accordance with the verse translation. TKIT Ar-Royyan Nature School is a school that uses the Wafa method. The Wafa method is applied within a 5-year transfer period, previously using the Iqra 'method. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques used since formulating data, explaining problems before going to the field and continuing to finish the research results. The technique of validating data uses triangulation techniques. The results of the study found that the implementation of the Wafa method used 5P, namely opening, meeting, meeting, meeting. The steps for implementing the Wafa method learning can be applied face to face for ± 60 minutes according to the mastery of the teacher.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola asuh orang tua dalam membentuk karakter mandiri anak dimasa belajar dari rumah (BDR) pada Anak Usia Dini, adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah orang tua yang anaknya bersekolah di PAUD Terpadu At-Tibyan Banjarmasin. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis naturalistic inquiry (ingkuri alamiah). Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh Authoritarian atau demokratis yang paling baik digunakan dalam membentuk karakter mandiri anak dimasa BDR walaupun pada aplikasinya dilapangan orang tua masih ada yang menggunakan pola asuh Authoritative dan permisif sehingga dapat menghambat pembentukan karakter anak usia dini dimasa BDR.Kata Kunci: Pola Asuh, karakter mandiri, BDR AbstractThis study aims to determine parenting styles in forming the independent character of children in the learning period from home (BDR) in early childhood, while the research subjects are parents whose children attend PAUD Terpadu At-Tibyan Banjarmasin. Using qualitative research methods with the type of naturalistic inquiry (natural ingkuri). Research data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that authoritarian or democratic parenting is best used in shaping children's independent character during BDR, although in its application in the field of parents, there are still those who use authoritative and permissive parenting styles so that it can inhibit the formation of early childhood character during BDR.Keywords: Parenting, independent character, BDR

This research aims to examine and analyze the effectiveness of creative traders in the field by the police unit of Pamong Praja at Jalan Jawa City Palangka Raya. This research uses qualitative research methods. The source of the data is derived from the Police unit organization of the city Palangka Raya, PKL, the community in the large market of the street Java City Palangka Raya Raya, as well as documents that support this research. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing Verification. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the use of Creative Trader Field (PKL) is done because of the number of creative traders who have been made use of public places in the trading activities so that the implementation by Satpol PP. As well as the effectiveness of regulating and supporting factors and the implementation of creative traders field by Satpol PP on Jalan Java City Palangka Raya is insufficient infrastructure to perform regulation such as transportation tools that is too old to carry out patrol activities and the lack of budget earned funds.

This study discusses the analysis of participation in the management of BOS funds in the RKAS program to improve accountability, transparency and school welfare. With the case of embezzlement of BOS funds and inefficient management, schools must strive for accountability and transparency to account for the entire BOS budget by applying the principle of participation so as to create prosperous schools. The purpose of this study is to find out how to increase accountability, transparency and school welfare in the management of BOS funds in the RKAS program after the participation principle. This study uses qualitative research methods where data collection is obtained from interviews, observations and documentation.The data analysis in this research is data reduction. The results show that participation can increase accountability, transparency and school welfare in the management of BOS funds in the RKAS program, with the participation of the principles of accountability and transparency it can increase, where accountability and transparency of BOS funds in the RKAS program can run well.
