FORMATION OF THE ENTERPRISE COMPETITIVE POTENTIAL
The article presents the results of the research on the essence of the enterprise "competitive potential" concept and the definition of its structural components. It’s been proved that the creation and maintenance of the competitive potential of the enterprise directly depends on its management system, which makes it necessary to consider the potential of the enterprise as a set of the management subject potential and production potential (potential of the management object). Choosing the growth trajectory of the enterprise is impossible without assessing the development adequacy of the components of its potential, for which different methods and indicators can be used. In addition, the build-up process should take into account the chosen strategy, the implementation of which is based on the availability of a sufficient level of certain components of the potential. This necessitates the coordination of potential building processes, creating competitive advantages and implementing the company's strategy. It’s been proposed to form the competitive potential of the enterprise based on the assessment of the strategic gap. The contradictions of the process of managing the competitive potential of the enterprise have been determined and the influence of personnel resistance to changes in the process of transformations has been considered. There has been developed a scheme of the process of forming of the enterprise competitive potential which foresees the following blocks: development of the enterprise strategy, creating the program of measures for reduction possible resistance, identification of measures on transformation of production potential and increasing administrative potential, assessment of activities priority and sequence formation of the organization competitive potential, development and implementation of the comprehensive program for the formation of the organization competitive potential. The advantage of the proposed scheme is the achieved consistency of potential building processes, creation of competitive advantages and implementation of enterprise strategy. The proposed approach is aimed to resolve the contradictions that arise in the process of managing the competitive potential of the enterprise, which provides an opportunity to qualitatively and timely implement a strategy aimed at enterprise development.
