The article presents the results of the research on the essence of the enterprise "competitive potential" concept and the definition of its structural components. It’s been proved that the creation and maintenance of the competitive potential of the enterprise directly depends on its management system, which makes it necessary to consider the potential of the enterprise as a set of the management subject potential and production potential (potential of the management object). Choosing the growth trajectory of the enterprise is impossible without assessing the development adequacy of the components of its potential, for which different methods and indicators can be used. In addition, the build-up process should take into account the chosen strategy, the implementation of which is based on the availability of a sufficient level of certain components of the potential. This necessitates the coordination of potential building processes, creating competitive advantages and implementing the company's strategy. It’s been proposed to form the competitive potential of the enterprise based on the assessment of the strategic gap. The contradictions of the process of managing the competitive potential of the enterprise have been determined and the influence of personnel resistance to changes in the process of transformations has been considered. There has been developed a scheme of the process of forming of the enterprise competitive potential which foresees the following blocks: development of the enterprise strategy, creating the program of measures for reduction possible resistance, identification of measures on transformation of production potential and increasing administrative potential, assessment of activities priority and sequence formation of the organization competitive potential, development and implementation of the comprehensive program for the formation of the organization competitive potential. The advantage of the proposed scheme is the achieved consistency of potential building processes, creation of competitive advantages and implementation of enterprise strategy. The proposed approach is aimed to resolve the contradictions that arise in the process of managing the competitive potential of the enterprise, which provides an opportunity to qualitatively and timely implement a strategy aimed at enterprise development.

There are the research directions, determined as relevant, such as the issues of innovation activity management of enterprises, identifying the main causes of low innovation activity of domestic companies, improving the innovation activity management system of industrial institutions, which necessitates the formation of a scientific and methodological basis that can realize the ability to describe the process of innovation activity of the enterprises and mechanisms to manage them. These issues are also relevant because in the context of strengthening the course on European integration, the management of domestic enterprises is tasked with identification of the methodological and practical experience of innovative management of the EU countries as soon as possible and harmonization of their policies in accordance with its provisions. The subject of the study is complex research of management of innovative activity of enterprises under self-development. The purposes of the article are a study of the main directions of operation of innovative-active enterprise under self-development; analysis of key indicators of innovation activity of an enterprise; characteristic of the mechanism of innovation activity management of an enterprise in terms of self-development; definition of directions of policy of strengthening of innovation activity with the purpose of increase of efficiency of development of domestic enterprises. To achieve these purposes the following research methods are used: analysis and generalization of theoretical sources and scientific literature; abstract-logical method in the process of theoretical generalizations and formation of conclusions; prognostic and diagnostic; general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. Results. The article describes the concept of innovation activity of the enterprise and details its main elements. The authors have also formulated the concept of innovative-active enterprise and presented the priority directions of its operation. The basic aspects of improvement of the innovation activity management system of the enterprise under self-development are considered. The key aspects of improving the management system are highlighted: analysis and evaluation of changes in the operation of the enterprise (evaluation of innovation activity); choice of direction of innovative development of the enterprise; development of strategy of innovative operation (definition of priority of directions, their correlation, development of scenarios); control of implementation of the enterprise development strategy. The process of improving the system of management of innovative activity of the enterprise under self-development is presented as a block diagram. The process is considered and the mechanism of innovation activity management is proposed. Practical implications. The article presents the process of managing innovation activity according to the degree of selfdevelopment of the enterprise. The proposed mechanism has practical orientation in forming a set of measures for strategic development of the enterprise. In general, the paper outlines the main tasks for improving the innovation activity management system, the solutions of which will improve the effective functioning of the enterprise.

Introduction. Changes in the world and domestic economy require the agro-industrial enterprises to improve the process of managing export potential development. An important role in solving this issue is played by marketing tools. Its formation and use largely determines the competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises and determines the situation on the this market. The purpose of scientific research is to summarize the peculiarities of forming marketing tools in the mechanisms of managing the export potential development of agricultural enterprises. Results. The essence and expediency of model introduction of using marketing management in domestic practice are substantiated. The orientation of marketing in agrarian production is determined. The factors are characterized that determine the conditions for the export potential of agro-industrial enterprises when entering international markets. The contradictions of economic character in the food marketing system are identified. The priority of marketing activity, which is to reconcile emerging contradictions, is highlighted. The essence definition of the competitive advantages concept is given from the point of view of enterprise economy, management, marketing, financial activity, logistics. The integration processes role in the consumer behaviour is outlined. The main function of economic instruments in the formation mechanism system of competitive advantages is determined. Segments (economic, technical and technological, quality of production, rules of relations, organizational) in the mechanism of competitive advantages formation are characterized on the basis of logistic approach at the entity level through a set of tools. The prices are determined as a lever of marketing activity of agrarian enterprise. Varieties of market saturation are defined. The communication marketing plans of practical and strategic importance are presented. Conclusions. Improvement of marketing tools in the mechanisms of managing the export potential development of agro-industrial enterprises should take into account the world experience. An important task is its adaptation to domestic realities. This will maintain the proper level of competitiveness of domestic products. The subject of research-theoretical concepts of economic security managementof universities. The purpose of the article. The study of the essence of the economicsecurity management system of the university and the definition of its main tasks,the formulation of principles of economic security management of the university.Methodology. The dialectical method, methods of analysis and synthesis, methodsof structural-logical and semantic analysis were used to study and summarizescientific papers on the research topic. The results of the work. The essence of theuniversity’s economic security management system has been reviewed. The maintasks of the control system have been identified. A definition of the university’seconomic security system has been proposed. Principles of management of economicsecurity of the university have been formulated. These are: scientific andorganizational and social principles. Conclusions. The proposed principles allow totake into account the economic role and social mission of universities in managingeconomic security.

Introduction. Ensuring the sustainable development of domestic agricultural producers involves achieving and maintaining a sufficient level of economic efficiency and competitiveness for the implementation of expanded reproduction. This, first of all, implies the formation of an appropriate level of competitiveness through the creation of sustainable competitive advantages of products and manufacturers. This process is impossible without attracting investment resources and introducing innovations in order to create competitive advantages, strengthen market positions and increase the level of concentration of productive capital. The latter necessitates a comprehensive strategic planning, which would be based on the innovative orientation of investment activities. The purpose of the article is to form theoretical and methodological and applied principles of competitive strategies formation of innovation and investment development of agricultural production entities. Method (methodology). Methods of comparison, analysis, theoretical and logical generalization are applied in the course of research. The dialectical method of research became the methodological basis. Results. The author’s vision of the definition of “competitive strategy” is offered in the article. The classification of competitive strategies is developed. A model of a strategic rhombus is proposed as a theoretical basis for determining areas for improving the mechanisms of managing the competitiveness of agribusiness entities, which includes five elements: arena; conductor; differentiators; sequence; economic logic. The proposals of applied character concerning realization of competitive strategies of innovative-investment development of subjects of agricultural production are substantiated. The article deals with risk management systems at enterprises of the agrarian sector, which represents an organization of economic activity, the purpose of which is to minimize losses and find sources of income. The research organization of the risk management system in the enterprises of agrarian sphere great attention should be paid to the integration of their specific activities. The process of risk management in enterprises consists of the following phases: definition of objectives and parameters for solving the problem of risk; identification of external and internal risk factors; identification of risk factors, risk identification; risk analysis; risk assessment; development and implementation of risk management measures; synthesis of the results of measures taken and preparing proposals. In addition, the risk management system is submitted to us through the introduction of a passport of risk, to enable the formulation and adjustment of economic activity at any stage of its implementation. Under the risk passport of the economic risk refers to a collection of information about risk, risk criteria, as well as guidance on the application of the necessary methods to manage or mitigate the risks. As well as the information in the article was considered in the context of a risk management system.

The problems of ensuring effective management and forming competitiveness of industrial enter-prises are relevant regardless of the conditions for conducting business activities. The fact is that the competitiveness of business structures in modern conditions is not ensured by simply owning factors of production (labor, capital, land), and even entrepreneurial talent is not currently a source of obtaining stable or exclusive competitive advantages. In order to obtain sustainable or exclusive competitive advantages that constitute strategic competitiveness, the business structure needs to have an intellectual (educational) component of development, including the production and implementation of innovations, as well as readiness for changes. Subject of research. On the basis of innovative foresight, ensuring the competitiveness of business structures of the production industry is a set of organizational, managerial and economic relations that arise in the process of formation. Purpose and objectives of the study. Development of proposals to improve the competitiveness of business structures based on innovative foresight. A number of theoretical, methodological and practical issues related to the formation and implementation of a strategy for managing the innovative development of entrepreneurial structures based on innovative foresight remain insufficiently studied and require further development of rules for its creation and functioning. At the same time, despite a detailed description of the problems of strategic management of innovative deve-lopment of business structures, the research of foreign scientists was carried out in relation to the relatively stable conditions of the economy of developed countries, the practical application of the mechanisms proposed by them in the conditions of the Kazakh economy requires mandatory revision, taking into account the specifics of the modern economy and industry.

The purpose of this study is formation of tools for forecasting the economic security of the enterprise by modeling methods when changing investment support. The relevance of this study is due to the need to solve the problem of modernization management system of the enterprise by implementing the project management of economic security of the enterprise in the implementation of investment programs.The variant of model offered economic security of the enterprise. This model involves the implementation of the process of adaptive management, based on the definition of safe limits of longterm growth of the enterprise. It has established that the ratio of self-organization processes and managerial influences depends on the value of the self-organization coefficient. The calculated value of adaptive potential on the basis of the indicator of self-organization as the dynamic indicator of maintenance of perspective growth of the enterprise on the allocated purposes has offered. This indicator can serve as a criterion for assessing the effectiveness of the management system of the enterprise in relation to the project management of economic security of the enterprise in the implementation of investment programs of key goals of long-term growth of the enterprise.

The article presents an extended classification of pathology management system. The scale for assessing the level of pathological management is shown. The question of the interpretation of the results of assessing the level of pathological management is considered. The construction of pathological Profile Management is proposed to visually determine which diseases are pronounced. The results of studies of more than 300 domestic and foreign companies showed the most common pathologies of management in the practice, as well as the most pathological and without pathological organizations. It remains an open question about the reference values of pathological management, as well as the definition of the indicator and integrated approaches to the interpretation of quantifying.
