The problem and the aim of the study. The transformation of the educational environment identified the following development priorities for the didactic system: support for lifelong learning; personal orientation and taking into consideration the individual students’ personality structure; use of digital technologies to provide training of the sought-after professionals of the future. The authors propose to implement these requirements with the means and capabilities of modern information technologies that maximally take into account the characteristics of personification. Research methods. Theoretical and methodological analysis and generalization of fundamental scientific works on the research problem, processing of test results, problem solving, student’s choice (digital technology, appropriate software, functionality, sequence of tasks) were applied. The pedagogical experiment was attended by 101 students (35% of girls and 65% of boys) of the Law Institute of Vyatka State University of Kirov, Russia. The Fisher's criterion (angular transformation) was used as a statistical processing method. Results. The essence of the concepts "personal educational trajectory", "personal educational route" has been clarified. The challenges associated with the digital educational environment and a focus on training of the required professionals of the future were taken into account. The problems of personalization of learning (awareness of choice, determination of characteristic factors of the educational model, gradation of the task system) are identified, the content of which is described from the standpoint of the formal scheme of information interaction. An example of designing a personalized educational model is presented by studying the technology of processing spreadsheets (a system of educational problems that guide the trajectory of cognitive performance). At the control stage of the experiment, statistically significant differences were revealed between the experimental and control groups in terms of the level of formation of digital skills and skills that are in demand in the information society (φcrit=1.64<φemp=2.492). Conclusion. Work with digital technologies offers the opportunity to take into account the orientation of the modern educational space towards personalization, the continuity of learning due to the implementation of the described formal scheme of information interaction between a teacher and a student in educational and cognitive activities; designing a differentiated system of tasks; supporting the student's informed choice; social and professional orientation of action.

The article highlights the practice of using digital technologies in the educational process during the virus pandemic. The use of digital technologies in education is dictated by modernity and supported at the state level. Digitalization during the virus pandemic is a new social situation of "digital divide", "digital citizenship", "digital socialization". The most important changes in education during the pandemic are related to the transition to full digitalization of education. In this process, I fundamentally change the technology, structure of training and organization of the educational process. The use of new information and communication technologies is an initial condition for the further development of digital pedagogy. Organizationally, the active transition to digital education technologies is based on new educational standards, using a new competence approach. Universities began to effectively use a two-component information and educational environment, which combines the resources of international educational platforms with the content of their own developments, which contributes to the development of their own information technologies. Introduction of a modern digital educational base of the educational process-information and educational environment (IOS). The introduction of digital educational technologies in the higher education system will make changes in the qualification requirements for the teaching staff. Teachers began to use digital technologies to ensure their work. Changes in education related to the pandemic have led to profound changes in the labour market. This is a reason for further reorganization of the educational process. Electronic library systems of all universities of the world, as well as teaching materials of teachers, have become available to all students. Such actions have led to a serious restructuring of the educational process, changing the role of the teacher, who in the future will not explain this or that material, but will help to find the location of this material and understand it.

Evolving digital technologies are infiltrating schools wave after wave. The changes taking place are viewed as the schools’ digital renewal process (SDRP). The SDRP is complex (multidimensional). It includes changes in the educational environment (physical and virtual), the educational process, and the way the school operates. The SDRP goes uneven, with individual schools at different stages. One-time observation of the SDRP allows you to fix its current state (statics). The longitudinal observations allows you to see changes in the schools’ digital renewal (kinematics). The connection of the observed changes with the impact on the general education system makes it possible to discuss the development of digital renewal under the influence of individual control actions (dynamics). The stages of penetration of digital technologies into the work of the school: computerization, early and mature informatization, digital transformation (transition to the “Smart School”) can be considered as the stages of maturity of the SDRP. The article discusses a framework for describing the processes of digital renewal of schools in an evolving digital environment and an assessment of the SDRP’s maturity.

The article substantiates the relevance and expediency of the implementation of reflexively oriented education of a future teacher in a modern institution of higher education. The essence of reflexive constructs of the future teacher as unity of reflexive competence and reflexively deterministic constructs is revealed. The reflexive competence of the future teacher is defined as professional-personal metaquality and is represented in two planes: 1) as an independent construct; 2) as a determinant, which determines the development of reflexively saturated constructs. In the context of reflexive determination, the motivational, semantic and subjective fields of personality are presented. The directions of the process of transformation of components of reflexive competence, as well as motives, meanings, professional subjectivity in the plane of their reflexive determination are revealed. The phenomenon of the educational environment of the institution of higher education is analyzed and attention is focused on its reflexive orientation. The logic and peculiarities of the formation of reflexive constructs of the future teacher in accordance with the phases of the environment (adaptation to the environment, the active reproduction of the environment by students, the active influence of students on the environment and the independent creation of the environment) are highlighted.
