Durian sebagai buah eksotik musiman yang menjadi produk unggulan sumatera utara belum secara optimal diolah untuk menjadi produk hilir yang dapat dimakan kapanpun dan dimanapun saja tanpa ada keterbatasan tempat dan waktu. Durian sebagai buah musiman hanya dapat diperoleh pada saat musim durian (bulan juli-agustus). Pada umumnya buah dimakan secara langsung dan tanpa banyak mengalami proses. Sehingga perlu diupayakan solusi agar durian bisa disimpan sampai berminggu-minggu dengan olahan menjadi dodol durian yang lezat. Tujuan penelitian mencari alternative produk olahan durian yang kapan dan dimana saja dapat dikonsumsi. Metode digunakan penelitian ini dipakai menggunakan Analysis SWOT. Hasil penelitian didapatkan beberapa faktor seperti bahan baku, terdapat kandungan gizi dan memiliki citra rasa, t dan tanpa adanya bahan pengawet, Strategisnya tempat penjualan, terampil tenaga kerja lokal, pengusaha dan pekerja, teknologi yang memiliki komunikasi baik menggunakan semi modern, keoptimalan dalam produksi masih kurang,dan promosi yang berkurang. Sedangkan faktor-faktor eksternalnya teknologi industri makanan yang berkembang maju, daerah yang strategis untuk melakukan usaha industri dodol dimiliki pasar bengkel. dari kedua factor didapati yang menjadi kekuatan yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah mampu memproduksi produk dalam jumlah banyak dengan harga yang lebih terjangkau dari pada daerah lain, dan menjadi kelemahan yang dikurangi adalah distribusi produk keluar daerah masih kurang.   Durian as a seasonal exotic fruit which is a superior product of North Sumatra has not been optimally processed to become a downstream product that can be eaten anytime and anywhere without any time and place limits. Durian as a seasonal fruit can only be obtained during the durian season (July-August). In general, the fruit is eaten directly and without much process. So it is necessary to work out a solution so that durian can be stored for weeks by being processed into delicious durian dodol. The purpose of this research is to find alternative durian processed products that can be consumed or eaten anytime and anywhere. The method used in this study uses SWOT Analysis. The results found several internal factors such as the availability of raw materials, special taste, nutritional content and no preservatives, strategic place of sale, skilled local labor, good communication between employers and workers, technology used semi-modern, production is not optimal, and lack of promotion. While the external factor is the advancement of technology in the developing food industry, the workshop market has a strategic area to do dodol industry. of the two factors found that the strengths that need to be improved are being able to produce more products at a lower cost than in other regions, and the weakness being reduced is that product distribution out of the region is still lacking.

The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on theresults of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is toimprove product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality ofcontent and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providingstandards of service to consumers. .Keywords: Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, SWOT

The aim of being able to see what development strategies are suitable for mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City. The research objective was to see the strategy for developing mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City with a SWOT analysis. The data collection used was a questionnaire method with a list of questions to the respondents. The analysis method used is a SWOT analysis to see internal factors and external factors, which will then be entered into the SWOT matrix. The research results obtained from the analysis of internal factors and external factors. The result of the internal factor is a strength (strength) of 2.75 while the weakness (weakness) is 1.46, so the value of the internal factor is 2.75-1.46 = 1.29 while from the external factor the opportunity (opportunity) is 2 , 52 and for the threat (threat) is 1.58, the value of the external factor is 2.52-1.58 = 0.94. Based on the analysis diagram, the SWOT strategy is in the Cell (quadrant) I position. This shows that the SO strategy in the SWOT matrix is an aggressive strategy. This strategy explains that Kampung Sejahtera mangrove tourism can take advantage of the surrounding environment. The environment around mangrove tourism is still natural so that it is very likely for the community to add stages such as trading, opening food stalls, and lodging businesses around the mangrove tourism of Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, and Utilizing mangrove forests so as not to abrasion around mangrove tourism Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, which makes the tourist area safe and tourists who visit are comfortable and not worried about abrasion

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui external and internal factors strategi pemasaran bisnis pariwisata di Kota Davao, Filipina. Metode penelitian ini adalah qualitative method. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota travel and tour di Davao City, Philippines dengan menggunakan purposive sampling diperoleh sampel 100. Data primer terdiri dari wawancara dengan kuesioner, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari Davao City Tourism Office, Department of Tourism in Region XI, National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Region XI, Bureau of Immigration in Region XI, Davao City Travel and Tours. Analisa data dengan menggunakan Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) Analysis, Internal Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) membuktikan bahwa strategi pemasaran bisnis pariwisata di Davao City, Philippines, berada pada posisi Kuadran Pertama yang terletak antara peluang eksternal dan kekuatan internal di mana hasil analisis diperoleh skor total IFAS adalah 3,36 dan EFAS adalah 3,01 serta berada pada titik X 3,36 dan titik Y 1,57. Hal ini menunjukkan internal factors lebih berpengaruh dalam strategi pemasaran bisnis pariwisata dibandingkan external factors. Strategi pemasaran bisnis pariwisata dengan produk dan jasa serta harga bisnis pariwisata Kota Davao  yang kompetitif sangat menarik, kemampuan sumber daya yang handal dalam berbahasa Inggris dan kompetensi teknologi informasi yang baik sebagai modal dasar pariwisata Kota Davao. Diversifikasi produk dan jasa bisnis pariwsata (dive tourism, eco tourism, medical tourism and golf tourism) meningkatkan kunjungan turis domestik dan asing berkunjung ke Kota Davao. Tourism multiplier effects memiliki dampak positif pada berbagai sektor usaha di Kota Davao. Dampak positif peningkatan beberapa indikator antara lain: occupancy rate atau tingkat hunian hotel berbintang dan kelas melati di Kota Davao Sebesar 75%, tenaga kerja yang bekerja tahun 2018 sejumlah 2.862.500 atau 94,2% dan tenaga kerja yang tidak bekerja sejumlah 2.906.250 atau 5,8%, pemilik bisnis pariwisata mengalami peningkatan dari 40.499 tahun 2017 menjadi 41.292 tahun 2019 dan investasi bisnis pariwisata mencapai Rp 74.700.000.000.000.

This study aims to identify internal factors and external factors of UD Betris, as well as to determine the strategy for developing the business of bamboo batik handicraft industry UD Betris. Betris in Meras Village. This research was conducted from April to June 2018. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through observation and interviews which are divided into two parties, namely internal parties (business owners and labor) and external parties (local government and consumers) with 8 (eight) respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from literature studies. Analysis of the data used is by using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that internal factors include: raw materials, quality of raw materials, price of raw materials, product uniqueness, business spirit and craftsman skills, product prices, product durability and quality, not having financial records, traditional production equipment, product arrangement that has not been arranged neat, promotion is not efficient, does not have a special place of business, and there is no parking space. external factors include: high market opportunities, government support, opportunities for training, opportunities to participate in exhibitions, plastic substitute goods, interest in business successors, and the existence of competitors using modern production tools. Based on the SWOT diagram, the chosen strategy is a combination of SO, namely: 1) Maintaining product quality and continuing to develop products by innovating to create bamboo handicraft products with new designs. 2) Continue to work with the government and related agencies to develop and expand marketing areas so that products are better known to local and foreign communities through training and exhibition events. *jnkd*.

Passion fruit syrup is one of a typical and famous fruit as the souvenir in the form of processed products from North Sumatra Province, especially Medan City. Nowadays, the sustainability of processed products of passion fruit syrup is facing an increasingly competitive market. It is therefore necessary to measure the performance of a superior supply chain supported by the procurement of raw materials that are managed effectively and efficiently. Supply chain performance is an indicator of the success of agroindustry companies in running their business processes. Performance measurement of agroindustry supply chain is needed to control and to determine the performance position of agroindustry produced. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the conditions of the supply chain of passion fruit syrup agroindustry and to measure the supply chain performance of passion fruit syrup agroindustry in North Sumatra Province. The method for analyzing the conditions of the supply chain of passion fruit syrup agroindustry used a long-term relationship approach. To measure the performance of the agro-industry supply chain, the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and AHP approach were used. The results showed that the supply chain performance of passion fruit syrup agroindustry in North Sumatra Province was 76.90% and categorized medium indicating that coordination among actors in the supply chain has not been well established

<em>This study aims to determine the magnitude of farm income coconut sugar in District Puring Kebumen, knowing internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats), to formulate a possible strategic alternatives and identifies priorities for the strategy to be applied in the development of farming of palm sugar in District Puring Kebumen. The research method used is descriptive method. Data analysis method used is the Revenue Analysis, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), SWOT Analysis and QSPM. These results indicate that the amount of income of Rp 37,323,400.00 for the period June 2015 - June 2016. Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) showed that coconut sugar farm has five strengths and four weaknesses. External Factor Evaluation (EFE) show gardens coconut sugar farm has four opportunities and five threats. SWOT Analysis generate alternative strategies that can be implemented that improve product with open innovation and their consumer confidence, create attractive packaging so that the consumer response is high, increase competitiveness through cooperatives or associations for joint marketing, and to expand the market by leveraging information technology such as the Internet. QSPM produce good strategic priorities to be implemented is to increase competitiveness through cooperatives or associations for joint marketing.</em>

Abstrak : Tortilla  chips adalah salah satu makanan khas dari Mexico yang berbahan dasar tepung. Tortilla  chips memiliki karakteristik tipis dan mudah hancur. Bahan baku utama pembuatan tortilla  ialah tapioka dan tepung terigu, sedangkan untuk sumber proteinnya digunakan jagung dan kacang-kacangan. Beberapa macam proses disusun berdasarkan geografis dan sosial ekonomi salah satu contohnya adalah kosentrasi larutan kapur, jenis jagung, lama pemasakan dan temperatur. Wortel jenis sayuran yang menyehatkan untuk tubuh manusia. Wortel mengandung senyawa β-karoten  yang dapat menimbulkan kekebalan terhadap penyakit. Pati jagung dapat dikembangkan menjadi produk-produk olahan bagi industri yang menghasilkan tepung meizena, desktrin dan gula jagung. Meizena yang bermutu baik patinya tidak bauk, tidak apek, rasa normal pati, warna putih normal, tidak terdapat benda asing dan potongan serangga dan jenis pati yang lain selain jagung. Mocaf ialah produk tepung dari singkong (Manihot utilisima) yang dihasilkan dari proses fermentasi asam laktat. Penerimaan konsumen terhadap tortilla chips akan diukur menggunakan uji  sensoris hedonik yang terdiri dari 4 uji atribut yaitu warna, aroma, rasa dan tekstur. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak lengkap (RAL) dengan faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu : faktor pertama yaitu perbandingan bubur jagung (B) dengan ampas wortel (A)  yang terdiri 3 taraf (P) yaitu: 70:30 %, 75:25 %, 80:20 %. Dan faktor kedua yaitu jenis tepung yang digunakan yang terdiri dari tepung mocaf 100% dan meizena 100%.Abstract : Tortilla chips are one of the typical Mexican foods made from flour. Tortilla chips have thin and crumbly characteristics. The main raw materials for making tortillas are tapioca and wheat flour, while corn and beans are used for their protein sources. Several types of processes are arranged geographically and socio-economically. One example is the concentration of slaked lime, the type of corn, the length of cooking time temperature. Carrots are healthy for the human body. Carrots contain β-carotene compounds that good for bodies  immunity. Corn starch can be developed into processed products for industries that produce maizene flour, desktrine and corn sugar. Maizena which is of good quality is not stale, not musty, have normal taste of starch, have normal white color, there are no foreign objects and pieces of insects and other types of starch besides corn. Mocaf is a flour product from cassava (Manihot Utilisima) which is produced from lactic acid fermentation. Consumer acceptance of tortilla chips will be measured using a hedonic sensory test consisting of 4 attribute tests, color, aroma, taste and texture. This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with factorial consisting of two factors: the first variabel is the ratio of grits (B) with carrot pulp (A) which consists of 3 levels (P): 70:30%, 75: 25%, 80:20%. And the second variabel is the type of flour used which consists of 100% mocaf flour and 100% meizena.

This research was aimed to identify the internal and external factor for encountering free trade China-Asean and to find some strategic model alternative that can be applied by Primkopti Semarang to develop their business. The analysis methods used were descriptive analysis method and SWOT analysis. The result of this research showed that internal factors for cooperation’s strength for encountering free trade including soybean distributor in form of cooperation in Semarang and experienced manager to carry out the business. The weakness one was the research and development of cooperation hasn’t been optimal and the management of information system hasn’t worked well. External factors for opportunity one including the soybean buyer or main customer was cooperation members having dual identity, as for the threat including no resistance for new competitor, increasing soybean import, soybean importer has strong bargain position. Compatible strategy for cooperation implementation in encountering free trade China-Asean was market penetration strategy and product development.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the process of self-regulation of Qur'an reciters tutors at Ma'had al-Jami'ah IAIN Bengkulu. This research used descriptive qualitative method by involving 12 student as respondens who have completed memorizing more than 5 Juz and are currently in 5th and 7th semsester. Data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. It was found that two factors form self-regulation of Qur'an reciter students. Internal factors are self-observation, judgmental process, and self-response. The external factor is support from a closed family. In addition, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in the self-regulation process. Supporting factors in the form of an intention to memorize, have a memorizing target, and strong motivation and support from the closest people. The inhibiting factors are laziness, finding difficult vocabulary, gadgets, and negative mood disorders.
