Sekop merupakan alat yang paling banyak digunakan dalam bidang pertanian. Namun, desain dan bentuk sekop yang ada saat ini dinilai belum cukup efisien untuk digunakan oleh para pengguna di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan karena sekop yang tersedia tidak mengacu pada antropometri yang ada sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa sekop yang ada belum sesuai dengan antropometri tubuh pengguna. Permasalahan desain dan dimensi yang tidak sesuai dengan antropometri petani dapat dipecahkan karena dimensi panjang Sekop Lipat dapat diatur sesuai kebutuhan, sehingga semua pengguna dengan berbagai postur tubuh bisa mengatur panjang sekop sesuai kebutuhan dan kenyamanannya. Brainstorming merupakan sebuah metode yang digunakan untuk membangkitkan sejumlah besar ide-ide yang kebanyakan ide-ide tersbeut akan dibuang. Dengan metode QFD, dibandingkan sekop lipat dengan 3 pesaing lainnya dengan atribut yang sama.Sub solusi dihasilkan dari penyelesaian setiap masalah yang muncul, termasuk dalam memilih atribut untuk s dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah Nigel Cross untuk mempertahankan keunggulan dan meningkatkan kualitas produk. Mengevaluasi alternatif dengan menggunakan Pairwise Comparison dan skala AHP untuk menghitung pembobotan dari setiap atribut dan menentukan ranking dari setiap alternatif. Rekayasa nilai adalah langkah terakhir dalam proses perancangan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai produk untuk konsumen dan menurunkan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh produsen atau penghasil produk tersebut.

Push-up is the simplest and most widely performed sport. Although simple, it also has a high risk of injury risk if done not in accordance with the rules. Push-up detector is a good push-up motion monitoring solution. In this way, nonstandard movements can be detected and corrected immediately. It has two motion sensors integrated with Arduino-based microcontroller. From this detector tool got the data of push-up result from sensor mounted. Sensor data will be displayed in the application in real-time. Quality function development is used to determine the criteria of the user. The sample data involved 200 participants who followed the testing of this tool and got 90% who can do the push-up correctly. Factors that affect the height, age, and weight. Tests conducted on adolescent boys aged 18-23 years. The results of this study is an application capable of monitoring each push-up movement to position in accordance with the provisions to minimize injuries resulting from movement errors.

Helmet is a product that is generally used when riding a motorcycle, the function of the helmet is to protect body parts especially the head when accident while driving. Many of helmet product still have deficiency both in terms of form of function, in this case helmet products still have any problems in their function. The shape of the helmet that is already on the market does not pay attention to the needs of the community if the helmet is exposed to rain when stored in the outdoor. The planning and development of helmet products is then processed using Quality Function Development (QFD). The customer need regarding customer products are half face shaped helmet, full face shaped helmet, flip up shaped helmet, lightweight helmet shell materials, strong helmet shell materials, strong helmet locking locks, visor material is not easily scratched, visor material is not easily broken, visor material is not easily to blur, foam helmet is easily to clean, foam helmet is soft, foam helmet is not easily to moldy, cloth helmet is soft on the face, helmet cloth is easily to absorb sweat, cloth helmet is not easy to smell, helmet lock is easy to install, helmet in solid colour, helmet with patterned appearance, and helmet there are added feature waterproof. The technical characteristics of helmet product are the type of the shell material, the shape of the shell, the weight of the shell, the colour of the shell, the type of visor material, the colour of the visor, the type of foam material, the type of fabric material, the type of locking material, and additional features of waterproof helmet. The specification of the proposed helmet are the type of shell material in the form of ABS plastic, the shape of the helmet is half face, the weight of the helmet is 2 kg, the colour of the helmet is solid (black), the type of the visor is polycarbonate, the colour of the visor is transparent, the type of material foam is polystyrene, the type of fabric is the velor fabric, the type of locking material is quick release buckle, and additional feature are waterproof in the form of cover of taslan fabric.

Modern market is growing in Indonesia. In its development, the company strives to provide the best to be superior to existing competitors. Supermarket Lion Superindo is one of the supermarkets in the city of Malang, based on observations, it is known that people are still not familiar with the supermarket, so this study aims to find out what attributes required by customers, the position of the supermarket today and how where to plan the right marketing strategy to increase consumer loyalty. Positioning the company carried out using the method of Multi dimensioanl Scaling, so that it’s known that a competitor who has a lot of similarities with Lion Superindo is Giant Kawi and Loka, attributes that are considered good is the price, while the attributes of a product, place, promotion, employee, service and physical evidence still needs to be repairs / improvements. Planning strategies using Quality Function Development, this method of translating the 19 attributes that consumers desire into 28 technical response given the enterprise, so strategies are made will be in accordance with what consumers need. From planning conducted found 3 strategies that will be proposed is increasing the quality of products and services, pengembanga innovation to the concept of supermarkets and increased media information and promotional activities to consumers.

Layanan  kendaraan  umum  semakin  dituntut  untuk  bisa  memuaskan  konsumennya. Namun  kualitas  layanan  yang  diberikan  oleh  penyelenggara  layanan  kendaraan  umum  masih mengabaikan kebutuhan konsumennya. Hal ini dikarenakan layanan yang diberikan masih berasal dari persepsi penyelenggara layanan. Dengan kondisi ini, yang perlu diperhatikan adalah upayaupaya  untuk  meningkatkan  kepuasan  layanan  yang  ditujukan  kepada  penumpang  dengan memperhatikan  kebutuhan-kebutuhan  konsumennya.  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk mengidentifikasi  kebutuhan  sistem  layanan  kendaraan  umum  dan  merancang  sistem  layanan kendaraan umum.Penelitian ini dimulai dengan  mengidentifikasi  Voice  of  Customer  dengan  menggunakan metode  Kano,  yaitu  dengan  memberikan  pertanyaan  functinal  dan  dysfunctional  kepada responden.  Selanjutnya  digunakan  metode  fuzzy  untuk  mengurangi  subyektivitas  dari  jawaban responden, yang selanjutnya diklasifikasikan masing -masing atribut ke dalam kategori Kano yaitu : kategori  must be, one  dimensional,  attractive,dan  indifferent.  Untuk  mendesain  system  layanan, maka digunakan metode Quality Function Develompment (QFD).Analisa  dengan  Quality  Function  Development  (QFD),  didapat  11  (sebelas)  kriteria kebutuhan layanan  VoC (Voice of Customer) dan 26 (dua puluh enam) atribut respon teknis yang digunakan untuk mendesain sistem layanan. Perhitungan untuk VoC untuk bis penumpang umum, nilai tertinggi pada atribut ketersediaan tempat duduk dengan skor 9,64. Untuk itu, hal yang bisa diusahakan yaitu dengan menambahkan armada bus dan juga bisa menjadwalkan rute yang lebih banyak.  Selain  hal  diatas,  perlu  adanya  petugas  keamanan  serta  informasi  dan  pengaduan konsumen, yang skornya 7,73 dan 7,66.
