Tujuan diselenggarakannya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada para mahasiswa SMK Sasmita. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode diskusi kelompok, sharing, tanyajawab, praktik yang di damping oleh co trainer. Selain itu penyusunan rencana karir dapat memberikan motivasi baru bagi siswa untuk lebih memacu diri dengan meningkatkan soft skill yang dibutuhkan di dunia kerja. Siswa mendapatkan pengalaman dan support untuk menyusun rencana karirnya ke depan sebagai persiapan untuk menghadapi persiapan memasuki dunia kerja dan serta persaingan jika siswa ingin mendalami studi di perguruan tinggi. Siswa mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan untuk mengmbangkan diri, sehingga bisa digunakan untuk memaksimalkan potensi diriKata Kunci :Motivasi, KarirABSTRACTThe purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide convenience to Sasmita Vocational School students. This study aims to analyze the project-based learning model on the soft skills of SMK students. The Project-Based Learning model requires students to have skills in solving a problem. The approach used in this research is quantitative using ex-post facto research, the type of correlation research. The sample used for the study was 170 students. The results of the study found a significant influence between the Project-Based Learning Model in the Network Infrastructure Administration Subject on students' communication skills, discipline, responsibility, creativity, and collaboration. Through the Project-Based Learning model, teachers are advised to often train students to complete tasks that can improve students' soft skills in other subjects.

Soft Skill communication skills are very important for prospective scholars. These abilities are useful in dealing with the world of work, such as during interviews, convey ideas well, and are able to negotiate and looby. The training was attended by 150 participants from various faculties at the University of North Sumatra such as: Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Cultural Sciences. The training method uses the method of delivering two-way communication and material simulation. The result of this community service activity is the increased knowledge and skills of Soft Skill Communication candidates for the University Sumatra Utara candidate in the face of the workforce.

Training is a process of helping students to get soft skills to prepare for the future world of work through the development of skills, thoughts, actions, knowledge and good attitude. SMK Mahardika is a vocational school that has the purpose to create students who are ready to work with a given skills that match the needs in their work place. Designing brochure is one of the additional skills students can have  to show their ability that can be utilized in the workplace. One of the skills designing that they can make  brochures, banners, posters and stickers by using object images formed based on point and color combination (Graphic Bitmap). Community Service Commitment is one part of Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi which must be implemented by the academic community, especially the lecturers. In this period  the title of the workship is "Workshop Design of School Brochure of SMK Mahardika Based Bitmap". As the result, this workshop got positive response from school and beneficial for students of SMK Mahardika Malang. Kegitan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah salah satu bagian dari Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi yang harus dilaksanakan oleh civitas akademik khususnya para pengajar. The santri group discussion aims to strengthen the character of Pancasila and the santri knowledge about issues of radicalism and terrorism in order to avoid the radicalism ideology. The activity was held at the Darul Abror Purwokerto Islamic Boarding School with 50 participants. The community service method uses a combination of community education methods and group discussions. The activity was carried out in three sessions: providing educational material, in-group discussions, and inter-group discussions. In the first session, the method provides in-depth material on radicalism and Pancasila by the community service team. The method at the second session is in-group discussion. The second session's point was to improve the participants analytical skills in responding to radicalism and Pancasila issues. The method in the third session is inter-group discussion. The santri group discussion showed that the students in Darul Abror had increased knowledge about radicalism and terrorism and developed the character of Pancasila to prevent the threat of radicalism. Students sharpen hard skills through discussion activities in practice identification and analysis of problems and problem-solving. The development of participants' soft skills is a sense of respect for other people's opinions, tolerance, and culture of deliberation.

<p class="BodyA"><em>Our central objective in this paper is twofold: first, to examine the scholarly literature on the technological importance of soft skills in Business, and second, to review the major research studies on the views of employers and the industries they serve regarding the specific character and combination sets of key soft skills best suited for business professionals located in four distinct and economically vibrant major business regions of the world. The key findings have been distilled from the literature and analysed to identify patterns of congruence, with the aim of cataloguing reasonably discrete combinatory sets of soft skills ideally suited to the specific business priorities which characterise these four different regions. The concluding section of the paper will consider the extent to which these distinct skill sets can be pedagogically developed in such a way that they become deeply embedded as foundational in the creation of an international business school curriculum, featuring five discrete sets of soft skills, each of which is ideally constructed for one of the four different regions.</em><em></em></p>

Compulsory education for 12 years ending in high school. After high school, students are entitled to continue their education on campus to obtain a bachelor's degree. This activity aims to provide an overview of the world of lectures today. The method used is using an online platform due to the pandemic situation. The participants of this activity are 12th graders and 30 followers of LBB Neutron Malang Instagram. LBB Neutron Malang is one of the largest tutoring institutions in Malang which includes students from elementary to high school. In this activity there were 2 resource persons from the accounting department and the medical department and 1 moderator from the LBB Neutron Malang. This activity gave students a new perspective on the world of lectures. The materials discussed included why to choose the major, how to get tips and tricks to pass the exam, what kind of profession in the future, what kind of soft skills are needed in the world of work. Character formation should be done as early as possible. Early age is a time when a person gets the right to play with high intensity. One of the processes of character building can be done in the learning process of formal education. Moreover, the most economical form of a game is the traditional game. Therefore, efforts are needed to actualize traditional game activities for elementary school students. The socialization process was carried out using a demonstration method, both theoretically and practically. Moreover, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. As for the results of this Community Service activity, it can be concluded that the activity went well where the principal, teachers, and students were very enthusiastic in implementing a series of socialization activities for traditional games.

Abstract This Integrated Community Service Activity Real Work Lecture aims to revitalize school waste banks in designing sustainable environmental education models based on appropriate technology. Environmental education is expected to be obtained by junior high school students through the waste bank extracurricular program. Environmental education to be achieved is focused on managing and utilizing waste to produce environmental products into strategic activities that can be developed, in collaboration with successful waste banks. The method of implementation is in the form of observation and FGD conducted in SMP Negeri 9 and SMP Negeri 21 Bekasi City. Through this activity, various problems experienced by SMP Negeri 9 and SMP Negeri 21 Bekasi City were formulated in re-activating the school waste bank program. Based on the series of activities from FGD to simulation, it can be concluded that school leaders, environmental extracurricular coaches, and students of SMP Negeri 9 and SMP Negeri 21 Bekasi City really hope that waste management activities in their respective schools can be reactivated. Considering that the activities are still in a pandemic atmosphere, the reactivation of the school waste bank is carried out in conjunction with the restructuring of the extracurricular environmental management in their respective schools. Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Terintegrasi Kuliah Kerja Nyata ini bertujuan untuk melakukan revitalisasi bank sampah sekolah dalam mendesain model pendidikan lingkungan berkelanjutan berbasis teknologi tepat guna. Pendidikan lingkungan diharapkan dapat diperoleh oleh siswa SMP melalui program ekstrakulikuler bank sampah. Pendidikan lingkungan yang ingin dicapai difokuskan pada pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sampah sampai menghasilkan produk lingkungan menjadi kegiatan strategis yang dapat dikembangkan, bekerjasama dengan bank sampah yang sudah sukses. Metode pelaksanaan berupa observasi dan FGD yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 9 dan SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi. Melalui kegiatan ini dirumuskan berbagai permasalahan yang dialami oleh SMP Negeri 9 dan SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi dalam mengaktifkan kembali program bank samapah sekolah. Berdasarkan rangkaian kegiatan dari mulai FGD sampai simulasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pimpinan sekolah, Pembina ekstrakulikuler lingkungan, dan siswa SMP Negeri 9 dan SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi sangat berharap agar kegiatan pengelolaan sampah di sekolah masing-masing dapat diaktifkan kembali. Mengingat kegiatan masih dalam suasana pandemi maka pengaktifan kembali bank sampah sekolah dilakukan bersamaan dengan restukturisasi pengurus ektrakulikuler lingkungan di sekolah masing-masing.

The activity of speaking or known as public speaking is a scary thing for students. Although they are often asked to practice presentations in front of the class, the technique of delivering public speaking is often not paid attention to. There are several techniques that should be mastered in public speaking so that the delivery can be conveyed well to the audience. This time, the implementation of PKM aims to provide knowledge about public speaking skills, improve speaking skills, mentally prepare students to speak in front of crowds, and equip students to enter lectures or work.  The method presented in this activity is lecture and practice.with 20 students from SMK Bina Nusa Slawi. Students are also provided with modules to make it easier when delivering and students can also repeat the material at home. Students are also given directions regarding the correct way of presentation in Indonesian and English in accordance with the rules of public speaking. In addition to theory and practice in the classroom. Students are also directed to observe several public speaking figures through Youtube channel. In general, community service activity at SMK Bina Nusa Slawi are going well. Students' enthusiasm is extraordinary, as evidenced by the fact that 80 percent of students believe that having public speaking skills and increasing self-confidence are important. Students feel helped by this activity because they gain knowledge about public speaking and presentation techniques that can be used to support presentations in class or as a provision for later in the world of work.

Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya is one of scholl in Surabaya that have cooperated with STIE Perbanas Surabaya. One of majoring in Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya is accounting. There are two problems faced Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya. They are the limited learning of banking accounting and the accounting learning process is still done manually. This community service activity is carried out by providing banking accounting training of back office transaction in Conventional Bank for Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya. This activity provides additional knowledfe for teachers and students of Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya about back office transaction in Conventional Bank both in theory or practice.
