<p>An important link in solving the problem of healthy food is the intensification of the livestock, poultry and fish farming, which is possible only in the adoption and rigorous implementation of the concept of rational feeding of animals. In the implementation of this concept required is the application of probiotic preparations. Currently, there is an increased interest in spore probiotics. In many ways, this can be explained by the fact that they use no vegetative forms of the bacilli and their spores. This property provides spore probiotics a number of advantages: they are not whimsical, easily could be selected, cultivated, and dried. Moreover, they are resistant to various factors and could remain viable during a long period. One of the most famous spore microorganisms, which are widely used in agriculture, is <em>Bacillus subtilis</em>. Among the requirements imposed to probiotic microorganisms is mandatory – antagonistic activity to pathogenic and conditional-pathogenic microflora. The article presents the results of the analysis of antagonistic activity of collection strains of <em>B. subtilis</em>, and strains isolated from commercial preparations. We studied the antagonistic activity on agar and liquid nutrient medias to trigger different antagonism mechanisms of <em>B. subtilis</em>. On agar media, we applied three diffusion methods: perpendicular bands, agar blocks, agar wells. We also applied the method of co-incubating the test culture (<em>Escherichia coli</em>) and the antagonist (or its supernatant) in the nutrient broth. Our results demonstrated that all our explored strains of <em>B. subtilis</em> have antimicrobial activity against a wild strain of <em>E. coli</em>, but to varying degrees. We identified strains of <em>B. subtilis</em> with the highest antagonistic effect that can be recommended for inclusion in microbial preparations for agriculture.</p><p><em><br /></em><em></em></p>

The past two decades have seen several viral-epidemics, causing great loss of human lives. The recent COVID-19 epidemics emerge as serious-global-threat to human civilization, public health, agriculture, travel, socioeconomic, education and even clinical research also. It has no specific therapeutics, and effective treatment options. Though the middle and upper classes are able to manage, but the low income households are really suffering. So Government of India wants to reorient the COVID-19 crisis by developing policy initiative. So it is focused on the consumption of nutritious as well as traditional medicinal weed vegetables and fruits, for preventive measures against human-diseases which are naturally infected with different pathogens caused diseases and significantly decreasing food production. Though pesticides are the most effective means of control, but they are costly and not environment friendly. So, it is emphasized on the multiple-intercropped weed vegetables fruits plants of the 4 plants species viz., amaranth, cucumber, cowpea, and okra plants, and determines the effects on pathogens infected diseases; Root Knot and Mosaic Virus. After harvesting, of these 4 plant species, amaranth and cucumber received maximum infection, forming the “Eco-Friendly-Highly-Economical-Potential-Biomedicines-Cover-Catch-Weed-Vegetable-Fruits-Crop-Plants”, conserving “Biodiversity-Conservations-Sustainable-Climate-Health-Development-Green-Socio-Economic-Implications-Agriculture”, though all are highly susceptible to pathogens and the farmers would be double benefited; by controlling diseases, and by marketing. In biomedicines, weed-vegetables fruits OR the plant-Mosaic-Virus has been developed as antigenic epitopes derived from the vaccine targets-COVID-19 infectious epidemic disease agents, and the chimeric virus particles, use in vaccine formulations or treatments, as one of the most-powerful cost-effective emergency-healthcare-easily-available safe-edible prepare-able easy-applicable future-personalized-potential-biomedicines act as “Preventive-Measures and Safe-Alternative-to-Live-Replicating-COVID-19-Vaccines”, by increasing our natural-immune system, which is one of the milestone events amidst many important changes in the past decade that have necessitated formulation of a new-outlook and strategy for preventing-“Future-Pandemic-Pathogens-of-21st-Century-Advances-Research-Diagnosis-Treatment-Control-Enriching-Food-Security-Biodiversity-Agriculture-Green-Socio-Economy-Medical-Science-and-Technology-Communication-Applications-Innovation-Issues”, based on the theme “Vision 2040” that would help policy-makers.

<span class="fontstyle0">One of the problems in the freshwater fisheries sector is the phenomenon of upwelling can occur anytime without warning signs, especially in lakes and lake. This problem causes a failed harvest and fish farming business owners suffered a great loss due to the death of fish in large numbers. Upwelling caused by toxic substances results increased nitrification from fish feces and remaining fish feed deposited at the bottom of the Lake and rises to the surface quickly. Ammonia (NH3) in the form of ionized causing no fish that are on the surface of the Lake is not enough oxygen to meet the needs of hemoglobin, so cannot bind oxygen or lack of dissolved oxygen (DO). The condition causes the death of the fish very much. This research built a monitoring system to monitor the condition of the temperature at the surface and at the underwater of the lake and to monitor DO levels to check the possibility of upwelling. Temperature sensor and DO sensor connect with microcontroller and . The results of experiment system on the area fish farms (karamba) and not the area fish farms, obtained the test results are accurate and real time.</span>

An analytical discussion of that case of motion in the restricted problem, in which the mean motions of the infinitesimal, and smaller-massed, bodies about the larger one are nearly in the ratio of two small integers displays the existence of a series of periodic solutions which, for commensurabilities of the typep+ 1:p, includes solutions of Poincaré'sdeuxième sortewhen the commensurability is very close, and of thepremière sortewhen it is less close. A linear treatment of the long-period variations of the elements, valid for motions in which the elements remain close to a particular periodic solution of this type, shows the continuity of near-commensurable motion with other motion, and some of the properties of long-period librations of small amplitude.To extend the investigation to other types of motion near commensurability, numerical integrations of the equations for the long-period variations of the elements were carried out for the 2:1 interior case (of which the planet 108 “Hecuba” is an example) to survey those motions in which the eccentricity takes values less than 0·1. An investigation of the effect of the large amplitude perturbations near commensurability on a distribution of minor planets, which is originally uniform over mean motion, shows a “draining off” effect from the vicinity of exact commensurability of a magnitude large enough to account for the observed gap in the distribution at the 2:1 commensurability.

The origin of mica polytypes has long been a challenging problem for crystal- lographers, mineralogists and petrologists. From the petrological point of view, interest in this field arose from the potential use of layer stacking data to furnish further informations about equilibrium and/or kinetic conditions prevailing during the crystallization of the widespread mica-bearing rocks. From the compilation of previous experimental works dealing with the occurrence domains of the various mica "polymorphs" (1Mr, 1M, 2M1, 2M2 and 3T) within water-pressure vs temperature fields, it became clear that most of these modifications should be considered as metastable for a fixed mica species. Furthermore, the natural occurrence of long-period (or complex) polytypes could not be accounted for by phase considerations. This highlighted the need of a more detailed kinetic approach of the problem and, in particular, of the role growth mechanisms of basal faces could play in this crystallographic phenomenon.

In reaction sintered SiC (∽ 5um average grain size), about 15% of the grains were found to have long-period structures, which were identifiable by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). In order to investigate the stability of the long-period polytypes at high temperature, crystal structures as well as microstructural changes in the long-period polytypes were analyzed as a function of time in isothermal annealing.Each polytype was analyzed by two methods: (1) Electron diffraction, and (2) Electron micrograph analysis. Fig. 1 shows microdensitometer traces of ED patterns (continuous curves) and calculated intensities (vertical lines) along 10.l row for 6H and 84R (Ramsdell notation). Intensity distributions were calculated based on the Zhdanov notation of (33) for 6H and [ (33)3 (32)2 ]3 for 84R. Because of the dynamical effect in electron diffraction, the observed intensities do not exactly coincide with those intensities obtained by structure factor calculations. Fig. 2 shows the high resolution TEM micrographs, where the striped patterns correspond to direct resolution of the structural lattice periodicities of 6H and 84R structures and the spacings shown in the figures are as expected for those structures.

Lipid cytochemistry has not yet advanced far at the EM level. A major problem has been the loss of lipid during dehydration and embedding. Although the adoption of glutaraldehyde and osmium tetroxide accelerate the chemical reaction of lipid and osmium tetroxide can react on the double bouds of unsaturated lipid to from the osmium black, osmium tetroxide can be reduced in saturated lipid and subsequently some of unsaturated lipid are lost during dehydration. In order to reduce the loss of lipid by traditional method, some researchers adopted a few new methods, such as the change of embedding procedure and the adoption of new embedding media, to solve the problem. In a sense, these new methods are effective. They, however, usually require a long period of preparation. In this paper, we do research on the fiora nectary strucure of lauraceae by the rapid-embedding method wwith PEG under electron microscope and attempt to find a better method to solve the problem mentioned above.

Pd-Ce alloys exhibit various anomalies in physical properties due to mixed valences of Ce, and the anomalies are thought to be strongly related with the crystal structures. Since Pd and Ce are both heavy elements, relative magnitudes of (fcc-fpd) are so small compared with <f> that superlattice reflections, even if any, sometimes cannot be detected in conventional x-ray powder patterns, where fee and fpd are atomic scattering factors of Ce and Pd, and <f> the mean value in the crystal. However, superlattices in Pd-Ce alloys can be analyzed by electron microscopy, thanks to the high detectability of electron diffraction. In this work, we investigated modulated superstructures in alloys with 12.5 and 15.0 at.%Ce.Ingots of Pd-Ce alloys were prepared in an arc furnace under atmosphere of ultra high purity argon. The disc specimens cut out from the ingots were heat-treated in vacuum and electrothinned to electron transparency by a jet method.

Valleriite is an unusual mineral, consisting of intergrowths of sulfide layers (corresponding in structure to the mineral smythite - Fe9S11) and hydroxide layers (corresponding to brucite - Mg(OH2)). It has a composition of approximately 1.526[Mg.68Al.32(OH)2].[Fe1.07Cu.93S2] and consists of two interpenetrating lattices, each of which retains its individual structural and diffraction characteristics parallel to the layering. The valleriite structure is related to that of tochilinite, an unusual iron-rich mineral that is of considerable interest for the origin of certain carbonaceous chondrite meteorites and to those of franckeite and cylindrite, two minerals that are of interest because of their unique morphological and crystallographic properties, e.g., the distinctive curved form of cylindrite and the perfect mica-like cleavage with unusual striations and the long-period wavy structure of franckeite.Our selected-area electron diffraction (SAED) patterns and high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) images of valleriite provide new structural data. A basic structure and a new superstructure have been observed.
