Democratic voting is a crucial and serious event in a country. The most common way in a country votes through a paper based system, but is it not time to bring voting into the 21st century of modern technology Digital voting system uses electronic devices such as voting machines or an internet browser to cast votes. These are sometimes referred to as e-voting where voting use a machine in a polling station and i-voting when using a web browser. Security of digital voting is always the biggest concern to implement a digital voting system. One way the security issues can be potentially solved through the technology of block chain. Block chain technology originates from the architectural design of the cryptocurrency bitcoin. With the use of block chains a secure and robust system for 4 digital voting can be devised. The report outlines our idea of how block chain technology could be used to implement a secure digital voting system.

Cloud business is the basic support to operations of modern companies. It enables companies to be more agile and innovative. Such form of digital transformation improves business and company productivity and solves business problems in innovative ways. On one hand, Cloud business makes possible for users to get the best expertise possible which they cannot develop independently. On the other hand, it offers possibilities to reduce the costs related to hardware and software to a reasonable level. The time value of money present in Cloud business is also significant. Namely, companies no longer need to invest large sums of money in equipment or software solutions; it is sufficient to rent those and use revenues for future business investments. Cloud solutions mean that users, using modern technology, access their business software solution through a web browser (web application) thus completing their business processes and accessing the database. Expansion of business leads to a new phenomenon – users are no longer tied to a physical location. In this way, users more frequently work from home or on the move by using different mobile devices. We all use a number of applications (Gmail, outlook.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.) and take advantage of the Cloud business without being aware of it. We do not install any of the mentioned applications on our devices but access those using an internet browser. Given the lack of IT experts due to economic migrations, as is the situation here, insufficient supply and enormous demand for IT professionals, the traditional model of using business information systems will become practically unsustainable. In this paper, following introductory and general remarks on Cloud business, an analysis was made of using Cloud business IT systems in RS/BH, Serbia and the EU.

The current paper is focused on its security issues with its prospective applications for educational applications and explored how blockchain Technology can be used to solve some education problems.Blockchain Technology can be integrated into multiple areas like cryptocurrencies, smart contract ,Bank,Blockcahin with video games, finance, judiciary , commerce and IOT.Blockchain Technology has already changed peoples lifestyle in many areas due to its great influence. In this paper the Three types of Blockchain engineering 1.0,2.0,3.0 with its protocol stack layer working ,its advantages and applications are checked .Along with different platforms on which Blokchain is running with its features is highlighted and evolution phases in Blockchain .This paper aim is to test amenities of security, related to the Blockchain and need of innovation of Blockchain.

Building an electronic casting a ballot framework that fulfills the lawful necessities of administrators has been a test. An appropriated record innovation is an energizing mechanical headway in the Information Technology world. This paper intends to assess the utilization of block chain as administration to actualize dispersed electronic casting a ballot framework. The paper elicit ate the prerequisites of structure electronic casting a ballot framework and distinguishes the lawful and mechanical constraints of utilizing block chain as an administration for acknowledging such frameworks. The paper assesses a portion of the prominent block chain systems that offer block chain as aadministration. This paper proposes a novel electronic casting a ballot framework dependent on block chain that tends to all constraints. All the more for the most part this paper assesses the capability of dispersed record advancements through the portrayal of a contextual analysis, to be specificthe procedure of a race and actualizing a block chain-based application which improves the security and diminishes the expense of facilitating an across the nation decision.

E-voting increasingly gains interest in e-Democracy and e-Government movements. Not only the technical security issues of electronic voting systems are of paramount importance, but also the necessity of following an all-embracing approach is challenging and needs to be addressed. This paper discusses e-voting as being a supreme discipline of e-Government. It introduces an innovative e-voting concept using the Internet as the voting channel. The concept introduced is based on Austrian e-Government elements and the Austrian identity management concept in particular. This paper presents a novel approach of building an e-voting system relying on two core principles: strong end-to-end encryption and stringent identity domain separation.

Blockchain and IoT are two technologies are most widely popular in present scenario, but technologies are more complicated. The blockchain used to transforms storage and data analysis. In recent years, the blockchain is at the heart of computer technologies. It is a cryptographically secure distributed database technology for storing and transmitting information. Various attacks are done in many networks. Many research articles discussed about the security issues over the IoT based secure using block chain technology. In this paper, an Ensemble Integrated Security System (EISS) is introduced to improve the security for the heterogeneous network which consists of normal and abnormal nodes which is processed with the block chain, IoT. Resultsshow the performance of the OUATH-2 and EISS algorithm.

The transparency of the block-chain allows more auditing and considerate of elections. These attributes are particular of the necessities of a voting system. These features derive from decentralized network, and can bring additional democratic processes to elections, particularly to direct election systems. For e-voting to develop further open, transparent, and independently auditable, a possible resolution would be base it on blockchain technology. In this research work to proposed technique for voting system using blockchain. The blockchain will be publicly provable and distributed in a method that no one will be intelligent to corrupt it. In this research work proposed a blockchain-based model with Consensus Protocol and SHA256 hash algorithm related with the priorities of the ballot-privacy, veri?ability, suitability, extensiveness, uniqueness, sturdiness, and coercion- resistance.
