This study aims to find out diction errors in online sales promotions on Instagram. Twenty sentences have been taken from six accounts established in Solo, Central Java, as the samples.  Analysis is focused on the inappropriate use of English words and terms. The results of this study are as follows. First, some forms of language errors found in Instagram accounts includes diction and terms errors. Second, the factors of language errors in sales promotions are (1) English is more popular, (2) English is more concise, (3) English looks more prestigious, and (4) English seems more persuasive.

Kandri is Gunungpati administrative area in the district, which is located in the city of Semarang in Central Java province which have Kreo Caves Nature Area. The tourist area has now been developed with the construction of dam Artificial Jatibarang which was completed in 2014. The reservoir has sunk acres of farmland, resulting in most of the Kandri citizens lose their livelihoods as farmers, and switch to the efforts in the field of tourism. Kandri rural communities in the development of a tourist village has set up a group called Pokdarwis tourism awareness in the form of a tourism cluster. The tourism cluster not yet have an information system that is capable of managing a data member, as well as a means of product promotion and online sales. This research aims to design a cluster of business information systems, and implement into web technology. System development method used is prototype models. The information system is implemented using the programming language PHP and CodeIgniter framework with a MySQL database. Results of this research is an e-commerce information system that features business profile information management, resource development and asset cluster members. These systems also use social plugins that like facebook as a marketing tool products. Thus, the information system can be used as an online store business clusters, media promotion, and data center can yield information about the development of the classification of business entities SME cluster members, so it can be used by cluster administrators and stakeholdesr in monitoring the business development of its members.

India is one of the significant merchants of handicrafts and handloom to the world arcade. From economic standpoint, the sector is important in terms of foreign exchange that it earns, aided by low investments and increased value addition. As per the latest estimates available, there are more than 23 million handloom and handicraft artisans in India now, constantly engaged in growth of Indian handicraft and handloom industry. In addition to maintaining the aristocracy, handicraft goods provide primary maintenance to the nation’s tremendous number of rural citizens. However, these goods’ contemporary markets are slowly collapsing. A big number of examines are evident of this datum. Major factors attributed to this can be due to lack of sales promotions and exposure. This study will excavate out the public opinion through an empirical approach. Implied findings of this investigation will strongly advocate the policy level implication as well as managerial governance to boost the promotion of handicraft through online sales and e-commerce platform through the development of RURBAN centres. Besides these, the researches will uniquely pistil ate out the unique value creation of Indian handicraft industry to a global platform.

As each year sees an increase in the number of Internet users, so too the percentage of purchases made online increases. It is for this reason that firms are showing a growing interest in designing effective communication strategies that help to achieve their online business objectives. Online sales promotion is one of the most widely used communication tools on the Internet. However, there is little research into its effect on purchase intention and how this effect may vary depending on the type of incentive offered and the consumer’s level of experience in using the Internet. This chapter seeks to analyze which types of online sales promotions (utilitarian vs. hedonic) are most effective at triggering online purchasing and whether the user’s past experience of the Internet is capable of moderating the effect of the type of incentive on online purchasing.

Pekalongan Batik is a typical batik originating from Central Java Pekalongan, Pekalongan batik has been well known in various regions in Indonesia. Nowadays batik is an Indonesian culture so every company or government institution requires using batik on one day during their working hours. Pekalongan batik producers in Central Java, of course, have difficulty in marketing their products, especially marketing outside Central Java. E-Commerce is one of the solutions to these problems. Internet networks that are not limited to space and time can of course make it easier for manufacturers to market their products. E-Commerce is the best solution, as a marketing and promotional media for Pekalongan batik by anyone, anywhere and anytime. Use of PHP programming language, SQL database and adobe Dreamweaver application is used to design this online sales website with the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) method in applying the website creation method

Abstract:The increased use of computers is a response to the considerable growth in information in all fields of activities. Related to this, in the field of medicine a new component appeared about 40 years ago: Medical Informatics. Its goals are to assist health care professionals in the choice of data to manage and in the choice of applications of such data. These possibilities for data management must be well understood and, related to this, two major dangers must be emphasized. One concerns data security, and the other concerns the processing of these data. This paper discusses these items and warns of the inappropriate use of medical informatics.

These have attracted large number of visitors from across Indonesia and abroad to the city. This status makes Yogyakarta is one of the most heterogeneus cities in Indonesia. In edition, Yogyakarta has attracted large number of people to reside in this city for business. One of these comers is small entrepreneurs with their market munchies enterprise (specially a traditional snack trader). This business is one of famous business in Yogyakarta, we will find rows of pavement vendors selling market munchies. The students and tourists are their main target customers. Market munchies enterprise is part of small and medium enterprises SMEs as livelihood activities. SMEs has an important role in economic growth of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to develop and strengthen the micro enterprise empowerment. Micro enterprise empowerment is one of strategy to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia. Major challenger in implement this program are that micro entrepreneurs are conventional and have satisfied with their revenue. It is very important to develop a comprehensive and sustainable micro enterprise empowerment which consist of strengthen the quality of human resources, maximize the government’s roles, empower the enterprise capital and strengthen the partnership and autonomous. Micro enterprise autonomy will contribute to the economic and investment climate.
