The object of research is the residents of Pasuruan City and the sample in this study is the Prospective Consumer of Grand Cempaka Housing. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis show that Products, Prices, Places and Promotions simultaneously have a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Prospective Consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing. This shows that the marketing mix is one of the marketing strategies that should be considered so that the implementation of the marketing strategy can run successfully because the elements in the marketing mix influence each other. Variables in the marketing mix which include Products, Prices, Places and Promotions partially have a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Prospective Consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing. This study investigated the financing needs and the financial management practices of banana farmers in Inopacan, Leyte, the relationship between financial management practices to profitability and the relationship of the various socio-demographic variables to the relevant financial management practices. The relevant financial management practices considered in this study were those found to be significantly related to profitability. Results showed that limited capital for labor and the occurrence of pests and diseases particularly bugtok, which is caused by a bacterium called Ralstonia solanacearum, were among the major problems expressed by the banana farmers that need financing. Financial management practices such as monitoring the status of loan and financial planning and budgeting were widely practiced by the farmers. Out of the 25 farmer-respondents who availed of loan, 21 of them monitored the status of their loans. More than half of them also practiced financial planning and budgeting of their income and loan. The multiple linear regression analysis revealed that monitoring financial budgets and comparing farm profitability with that of other farms or benchmarking are significantly and positively related to profitability. The logistic regression analysis showed significant relationships of household size and being able to avail credit with the relevant financial management practices. The results imply that farmers who have more household members and who have availed of credit are more likely to monitor financial budgets and/or compare profitability with other farms.

Taekwondo is one of the popular martial arts for the young, teenagers, and adults. One of the kicks that are often used and effective to attack opponents in a match is the Dollyo Chagi kick. Balance and flexibility have an important role in creating optimal kick. To determine the relationship between balance and flexibility with ability of dollyo chagi kick in taekwondo athletes in Denpasar. This study was an observational study using a cross sectional design. The study was conducted 4 days at 4 dojang in Denpasar. Sampling was carried out using the cluster random sampling, with a total of 64 subjects participating in 12-16 years. Based on the Spearman rho non parametric analysis test obtained a weak and significant relationship between balance with the ability of dollyo chagi kick, with a value of p=0.034 (p<0.05), and also obtained a moderate and significant relationship between flexibility with the dollyo chagi kick ability, with a value of p=0.008 (p<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis test was conducted to determine the relationship of balance and fleksibility with the dollyo chagi kick ability and obtain a value of p=0.001 (p<0.05) and a correlation value (R) of 0.469. Keyword: dollyo chagi kick, balance, flexibility.

Purchasing decisions are often made by consumers based on their wants and needs. If the company is unable to fulfill it, it is likely to experience a decline in marketing the product. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the reference group and product attributes to the purchasing decisions of eiger bag consumers in the eiger store in the city of sukabumi. The research method used in this study was to use a random sampling method, by distributing questionnaires as many as 87 respondents to eiger bag consumers. The analysis technique used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques and coefficient of determination. To test the hypothesis in this study using partial statistical tests (t test) and simultaneous tests (Test f). The results of this study indicate that the reference group has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product attributes have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously the reference group and product attributes have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Reference Group, Product Attributes, Purchasing Decisions

Recently, insular cortex (Ic) is suggested to be a key site in limbic-autonomic integration. Association of Ic damage with diurnal blood pressure (BP) variation disruption, higher level of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and catecholamine were reported. We examined the relationship of Ic volume with ambulatory BP measures and these biomarkers. Amubulatory BP monitoring and brain MRI were performed in 55 elderly hypertensives. Right and left Ic volumes were measured using Intensity Contour-Mapping Algorithm. BNP, adrenaline and noradrenaline concentration were evaluated. Subjects were classified into Ic-atrophy group (n=14) and non-atrophy group (n=41) based on total Ic volume (right and left side) of 12.6 cm 3 (lowest quartile). In Ic-atrophy group, 24hr (144.5 vs 134.2 mmHg, p=0.032), sleep (143.4 vs 127.2 mmHg, p=0.002) systolic BP (SBP), nocturnal SBP dipping (1.30 vs 8.54 %, p=0.027) and BNP (60.6 vs 28.1 pg/ml, p=0.008) were significantly, and noradrenaline (373.5 vs 296.5 pg/ml, p=0.084) was marginally different from those in non-atrophy group. Right Ic volume was significantly correlated with 24hr (r=−0.271, p=0.046), sleep (r=−0.420, p=0.001) SBP, nocturnal SBP dipping (r=0.311, p=0.021) and noradrenaline (r=−0.334, p=0.013), while left Ic volume with 24hr (r=−0.279, p=0.039), sleep (r=−0.498, p=0.0001) SBP, nocturnal SBP dipping (r=0.409, p=0.002) and BNP (r=−0.363, p=0.006). In multiple linear regression analysis adjusted for age, gender and body mass index, left Ic volume was significantly negatively associated with sleep SBP (p=0.008) and BNP (p=0.001), and positively with nocturnal SBP dipping (p=0.044). In elderly hypertensives, predominant left Ic atrophy was significantly associated with sleep SBP measures and BNP. Ic damage, specifically in the left side, may partly contribute to disruption of diurnal ambulatory BP rhythm as well as cardiac function via central autonomic dysregulation.
