This study aims to determine and analyze the presence and position of meatballs effort based on SWOT analysis and determine the right marketing strategy for your business based on the results of SWOT analysis meatballs. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. The data used is qualitative data with the use of primary data and secondary data sources. The data collection is done by the method, triangulation namely, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using analysis SWOT checking the validity of the findings to confirm the data of the study subjects. The findings are based on analysis of business meatballs SWOT have factored into strengths, namely cow wearing original raw materials, the processing is done by the business owner so that the owner can control according to the standards set. Meatball business opportunities are increasing as the holiday sales increase in class and Idul Fitri, and has a loyal customer. Threats to business meatballs are many competitors with a similar business, price competition, rising raw material products, differentiation of products made by competitors.

This research aims to formulate internal and external strategy in developing Dodol Salak agroindustry in Pangu One Village. The study was conducted from March to May 2017 from preparation to the preparation of research reports. The data obtained in this research includes primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was done by interview technique to the respondent while secondary data was obtained by searching in the form of documents from related institution, seminar papers, This study used primary data and secondary data, with literature relevant to the research topic. The analysis used in this research is by using SWOT Analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the right strategy for the development of dolcol agroindustry in Pangu Satu Village, Ratahan Sub-district is to apply aggressive strategy, that is by creating creating process sorting of raw materials and better production equipment and utilizing manpower to produce superior product; through the process of sorting out the selection of good raw materials to increase revenue; companies use products that are free from preservatives and dyes to increase public interest in refined products; improve the process of sorting raw materials and the quality of health products to be more able to compete with existing companies; cooperate not only with one supplier (farmer); increase capital through related institutions such as Bank or other agencies; conducting human resource training to improve the company's work processes and increase opportunities for employers to create new jobs and reduce unemployment; increase capital income to prevent piracy of labor and utilize capital for infrastructure activities and transportation facilities.

This study aims to identify internal factors and external factors of UD Betris, as well as to determine the strategy for developing the business of bamboo batik handicraft industry UD Betris. Betris in Meras Village. This research was conducted from April to June 2018. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through observation and interviews which are divided into two parties, namely internal parties (business owners and labor) and external parties (local government and consumers) with 8 (eight) respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from literature studies. Analysis of the data used is by using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that internal factors include: raw materials, quality of raw materials, price of raw materials, product uniqueness, business spirit and craftsman skills, product prices, product durability and quality, not having financial records, traditional production equipment, product arrangement that has not been arranged neat, promotion is not efficient, does not have a special place of business, and there is no parking space. external factors include: high market opportunities, government support, opportunities for training, opportunities to participate in exhibitions, plastic substitute goods, interest in business successors, and the existence of competitors using modern production tools. Based on the SWOT diagram, the chosen strategy is a combination of SO, namely: 1) Maintaining product quality and continuing to develop products by innovating to create bamboo handicraft products with new designs. 2) Continue to work with the government and related agencies to develop and expand marketing areas so that products are better known to local and foreign communities through training and exhibition events. *jnkd*.

The purpose of this study are: (1) Identify the supply chain model of coconut desiccated at PT. XYZ and (2) to analyze the supply chain management of desiccated coconut at PT. XYZ. The research was conducted over 2 months ie from September to November 2016 and is located in PT. XYZ (pseudonym), in North Sulawesi. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained through field observation and direct interviews. Interviews were conducted with the company related logistics company to find a picture of the supply chain and supply chain management is done by the company. In addition, the researchers also conducted interviews with coconut farmers and collectors to determine the condition of the current coconut price as well as the flow of raw material coconuts from the famers to supplier. Secondary data were obtained from the relevant literature, as well as documents and reports that are owned by companies and agencies. This study focuses on the management of the flow of material and information flow of the supply chain of coconut flour at PT. XYZ. The results of observations and interviews were analyzed with descriptive qualitative analysis methods. The results showed that (1) Members of coconut flour supply chain at. XYZ, namely (a) the raw material supplier of coconut spread in some areas, (b) PT. XYZ for purchasing, sales, shipping and production, (c) Expediting Services to send products from Bitung harbor, next to the port of Tanjung Priok to be exported to the country of destination, (d) The customer, in this case the food companies that require raw materials coconut flour to be produced into chocolate bars, cookies, dessert, and so forth. (2) (a) Selection of supplier PT. XYZ is good enough, because every supplier who will supply the raw material to go through the interview stage, made a deal with the company and agree to the terms proposed by the company. PT. XYZ also maintain good relations with its suppliers with visits annually; (b) the flow of material and information flow is managed by PT. XYZ is good enough. Any information purchasing, sales, shipping and finance centered PT.XYZ headquarters is located in Manado and PT. XYZ manage information about the quantity of raw materials available in the warehouse and general condition of the plant.

This study aims to determine the value of coconut flour at PT. Tropica Cocoprima. This research has been conducted at PT. Tropica Cocoprima and actors in its supply chain located at Jalan Trans Sulawesi Lelema Village Tumpaan Subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Sources of data were obtained through interviews using questionnaires containing questions related to this study. The sampling method is Purvosive Sampling and the sample is PT. Tropica Cocoprima as focal firm and suppliers of raw materials as many as 5 suppliers as well as coconut farmers as much as 2 farmers taken from each supplier. The method of analysis used in this research is value chain analysis with cost and margin approach. Based on the research results can be concluded that the value chain of coconut flour at PT. Tropica Cocoprima There are several actors involved in the process of value creation. The actors involved are coconut farmers and suppliers who bring raw materials to PT. Tropica Cocoprima. The actors involved in the value chain of coconut flour each earn a margin that corresponds to the effort that has been done. Coconut flour value chain at PT. Tropica Cocoprima from one, two and three actors experienced value increase is Rp.195.000.000. Margin received by PT. Tropica Cocoprima amounting to Rp.12.277.822 then the supplier obtained a margin of Rp.6,675,000 and the farmer earned a margin of Rp.100.102.700.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ketersediaan bahan baku dan skala pemasaran industri pengolahan hasil perikanan di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tahun 2017 dan 2018 dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 21 responden pelaku usaha. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan, serta Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Data diolah melalui analisis deskriptif dan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan industri pengolahan hasil perikanan di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan karena bahan baku bersumber dari potensi lokal, namun kelemahannya adalah bahan baku tersebut masih fluktuatif. Kendala bahan baku dialami khususnya oleh industri fermentasi, pengasapan, dan pengeringan ikan. Selain faktor musiman, ketersediaan bahan baku juga terkendala karena bahan baku sebagian besar berasal dari nelayan tradisional dengan struktur armada perikanan yang didominasi oleh nelayan skala kecil. Dengan demikian, pengembangan industri hasil perikanan mensyaratkan perbaikan di sektor hulu melalui sinergitas kebijakan penanganan keterbatasan bahan baku dari berbagai lembaga terkait. Sementara itu, temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 24% unit usaha telah menembus pasar nasional. Ketersediaan bahan baku juga terkendala karena 28% telah menembus pasar regional, sisanya 48% hanya mampu memasarkan produknya di wilayah lokal. Kelompok industri yang hanya menjangkau skala lokal, yaitu industri pelumatan, pengasapan, dan pemindangan, serta beberapa usaha makanan olahan hasil perikanan. Bagi industri yang mengalami jangkauan pasar yang rendah akibat minimnya ketersediaan bahan baku, maka dapat menggunakan bahan baku pengganti namun tetap mempertahankan kualitas produk sesuai dengan selera pasar.Title: Fish Processing Industry in South Konawe Regency,  South East SulawesiThis study aimed to examine the availability of raw materials and the marketing scale of fish processing industry in South Konawe Regency. This research was conducted in 2017 and 2018 using primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through questionnaires from 21 respondents. Secondary data were collected from Statistics Indonesia, Fisheries and Marine Affairs Office, and Industry and Trade Affairs of South Konawe Regency. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results found that raw material from local sources is the major force of fish processing industry. However, the fluctuating condition of its availability becomes the weakness. Fermentation, smoked fish, and dried fish processing industries suffer from this raw material problems. In addition, the availability of raw materials also largely depends on fishing results from small-scale traditional fishers. Therefore, the development of the fish industries need some specific improvement in the upstream section through the synergy on policies regarding raw material management from related institutions. Meanwhile, the research finding showed that 24% of business units have penetrated national market 28% have penetrated regional market, while the remaining 48% have only penetrated local market. The local industries were pulverized, smoked fish, fish brine, and some other fish processing industries. Those who could only reach small market area due to limited availability of raw materials are able to use substitute materials in a similar quality of market preferences.

This study aims to: (1) analyze the added value of processing business based on cassava raw material in Gerung District, West Lombok Regency, (2) analyze the benefit of processing business based on cassava raw material in Gerung District, West Lombok Regency, and (3) analyze the inhibiting factors of processing business based on cassava raw materials in Gerung District, West Lombok Regency. This research uses a descriptive method. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using Hayami Method and profit analysis. The results showed that the added value was Rp. 9.571/kg (with a ratio of 67.79% and a profit rate of 80.33%) for cassava tape agroindustry, Rp. 18,191/kg (with a ratio of 71.34% and a profit rate of 88.20%) for cassava chips agroindustry, and Rp. 5.558/kg (with a ratio of 28% and a profit rate of 64.02%) for cassava pulp agroindustry. Profit of Rp. 384,782/production process and Rp. 10,389,114/month obtained from cassava tape agroindustry, Rp. 741,224/production process and Rp. 8,894,688/month obtained from cassava chips agroindustry, and Rp. 53,377/production process and Rp. 1,281,048/month obtained from cassava pulp agroindustry; and The inhibiting factors faced by processed entrepreneurs based on cassava raw materials in Gerung District, West Lombok Regency are the lack of raw material availability and limited working capital.

This study aims to find out how the development strategy of Lembang Dano situ in Village of Cipada, and to get the right strategy for the development of Lembang Dano tourist attractions. The data has taken of primary data and secondary data, where primary data is obtained from questionnaires and interviews to predetermined sources and secondary data obtained from agencies and agencies related to this study. The analytical tool used the SWOT analysis method the results of the research show that the development strategy needs to first determine the factors that are strengths and weaknesses (internal environment) ourism potential in Lembang Dano Cipada Village, then combines with the opportunities and threats from outside (external environment). Rattan commodity in Padang city, including commodity most likely to be developed. With its potential industrial development aimed at strengthening competitiveness through competitive advantages. The strategy used to develop the small industry rattan in Padang city in order to have a competitive edge is SWOT analysis and using the right strategy for businesses rattan industry. The object of research is small rattan Industry, located in Tanah Sirah Kelurahan Pitameh Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota PadangTanah Sirah Kelurahan Pitameh Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang and institutions related. This study uses primary data, field observations, interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data obtained through agencies associated with the research. The analysis was performed by using a SWOT analysis. The result is obtained that rattan industry Padang from the internal side of strength greater than weakness, while on the external side of the existing opportunities greater than the treatness. Rattan industry Padang city were the first quadrant which means that this position indicates that the rattan industry in the city of Padang strong and likely to grow. This study aims to determine the benefits of tofu industry. This research was conducted at the tofu factory UD Makmur Sentosa in Kleak Urban Village, Hamlet V, Malalayang Sub-district, Manado City. The data collection method in this study used primary data collected through direct interviews with 2 business owners (husband and wife) and the entire workforce of 5 workers based on a list of questions prepared previously. Total respondents were 7 people. Secondary data obtained from the internet through Google Scholar to get articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to research topics on the Profit of the business of Tofu Factory. Data collected in the form of data characteristics of business actors, raw materials, production, capital, and production costs. Tofu business UD. Makmur Sentosa is a small business that began operating in 2000 using its own capital. The amount of soybean raw material used in one month is 7,910 kg and produces 1,582 buckets of tofu, and produces a profit of Rp.41,811,780. So getting an R / C ratio> 1 is 1.49, it means that in March 2019 the UD tofu business. Makmur Sentosa experienced profits so this business was worth the effort.*eprm*

This requires an organization to be able to compete by always paying attention to the user's condition. Development strategy is one way to find out competitiveness in each of its power lines. To deal with user competition, especially in the face of global users, an organization must be able to establish a method as the basic foundation for the formulation of development strategies by increasing the value of competitiveness for its output or services. This strategy needs to be involved using the SWOT method as the main method to increase output, internal and external factors become the initial steps to carry out strategies to optimize business to achieve success. The use of an effective SWOT analysis can play an important role in determining the development strategy, in order to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the company in maintaining the survival and continuity of the organization. The problem that the answer in this research is looking for is whether the SWOT analysis is the right strategy to increase output in the organization and how the development strategy applied by the organization in overcoming global friendships. In connection with these problems the following hypothesis is proposed: It is suspected that using a SWOT analysis can increase output so that the organization experiences a profit (surplus). This study uses primary data by providing questionnaires and secondary data to obtain archives or documents. In line with the problem and the research hypothesis, this study was conducted using the IFAS analysis method to analyze internal factors, EFAS analysis for external factors, then, included in the quantitative model, namely the SWOT matrix. The results of the analysis show that, using IFAS and EFAS analysis and using SWOT analysis shows the position of the organization in cell 2, the strategy chosen to support the achievement of the objectives of the organization is ST strategy.Keywords: SWOT, Strategy, Product Marketing, Business.
