With the increasingly strict international GHG (greenhouse gas) emission regulations, higher requirements are placed on the propulsion system design of conventional ships. Playing an important role in ship design, construction and operation, ship–engine–propeller matching dominantly covers the CO2 emission of the entire ship. In this paper, firstly, a ship propulsion system matching platform based on the ship–engine–propeller matching principle and its application on WinGD 5 × 52 marine diesel engine have been investigated. Meeting the energy efficiency design index (EEDI) regulation used to calculate the ship CO2 emission is essential and ship–engine–propeller matching has to be carried out with EEDI into consideration. Consequently, a procedure is developed combining the system matching theory and EEDI calculation, which can provide the matching results as well as the corresponding EEDI value to study the relationship between EEDI and ship–engine–propeller matching. Furthermore, a comprehensive analysis is performed to obtain the relationship of EEDI and system matching parameters, such as ship speed, effective power and propeller diameter, reflecting the trend and extent of EEDI when changing these three parameters. The results of system matching parameters satisfying different EEDI phases indicate the initial value selection in matching process to provide reference for the design of ship, engine and propeller under the EEDI regulations.

By using 62 China’s listed companies’ data and considering environmental uncertainty, I analyze the links of earnings management to nonfinancial performance measures, and then the relationships of earnings management and three suborder nonfinancial performance measures. The empirical results test that nonfinancial performance measures can help to control earnings management under increased environmental uncertainty, and so do internal process measures and learning & growth measures.

In the paper, the relationship of the energy efficiency and its impact factor such as intake valve lift ,exhaust valve lift, clearance volume and rotational speed has been researched and the optimal conditions of the air compressor running was found . By adjusting the parameters of intake valve lift, exhaust valve lift, clearance volume and rotational speed, the total energy of a W-1.6/5 compressor could be reduced by 10.9%.

This research aims to determine the effect of educational background, business size, business age, understanding of technology, socialization and training on the Implementation of SAK ETAP and its effects when moderated by environmental uncertainty. The study population was oyster mushroom MSMEs that were spread in Temanggung Regency, a total of 48 MSMEs. Sampling using saturation sampling technique, then obtained a sample of 48 respondents for analysis. The data analysis technique used is the Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 21 program. The results showed that socialization and training had a significant positive effect on the implementation of SAK ETAP. Environmental uncertainty strengthens the relationship of socialization and training to the implementation of SAK ETAP. Educational background, business size, and understanding of technology have no effect on the implementation of SAK ETAP. Environmental uncertainty cannot moderate the relationship of educational background and implementation of SAK ETAP. Environmental uncertainty cannot moderate the relationship between understanding technology and implementing SAK ETAP. The conclusions of this research indicate that the higher the frequency of socialization and training has an effect on the implementation of SAK ETAP and environmental uncertainty can be used as moderation because it is able to strengthen business size, business age and socialization and training. Keywords: Implementation of SAK ETAP; Educational Background; Business Size; Business Age; Understanding of Technology; Socialization and Training; Environmental Uncertainty

ABSTRACT Agency theory suggests the existence of budget slack practices influenced by the authorization of the principal to the manager to participate in the budget formulation process (budgetary participation) is often misused. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of budgetary participation and organizational commitment to budgetary slack with environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on all star hotels located in Denpasar city in 2017. The sampling method using purposive sampling. The number of samples of this study are 14 hotels. Data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the test results, it can be concluded that budgetary participation has a positive effect on budgetary gaps, organizational commitment negatively affect the budget gap, environmental uncertainties strengthen the relationship of budget participation against budget slack is rejected, environmental uncertainty weakens organizational commitment relationship to budget slack is accepted.              Keywords: Budget slack, Budgetary participation, Organizational commitment, Environmental Uncertainty
