The purpose of this research is to know the vague of crime perpetrator identity by journalist from law number 40/1990 on Pers and Penal Code Perspective and to know the rule of police in enforcing the law related to vague of crime perpetrator identity in observuing journalist investigation result. The type of this research field is filed research in which data collection done by interviewing several parties related to research. Besides, writer also make literature research through related data and books. Then, data taken is analysed qualitatively and explained descriptively.Based on analysis, writer conclude that: very side interpretation on rejection right is legal weakness that can be used by journalist to do action which vague identity if crime perpetrator. The action of vague crime perpetrator identity fey on Artivle 165 Indonesia Penal Code which oblige every citizen to report known to police officer. The usage of rejection right by journalist not suit to article 165 Indonesia Penal Code that can be used to vague informan identity who is witness, child crime perpetrator and rape victim as journalist ethic code. Keywords: The Vague of Perpetrator Identity, Journalist, Law Number 40/1999 on Pers, Indonesian Penal Code.

This paper presents the experimental investigation result from a composite beam strengthened by shaped-steel underpinning (CBSSU) test. There were 3 specimens with one was common R.C beam to compare and others were strengthened by shaped-steel underpinning and jointed with short welding rebars. The main emphasis in undertaking this test was to show the effect of short welding rebars in the strengthening beams and collect more detailed data on the performance of CBSSU such as load capacities, load-deformation behaviors, slipping between shaped-steel and R.C beams, stresses distribution and failure mode. The test shows that the short welding rebars was effective to improve the bearing capacity and stiffness. With limited increase in height of the beam can substantially increase the ultimate flexural capacity and flexural rigidity. The cracks of the beam can also be controlled effectively.

Back to the history of Islam arrival in Java, Islam came to Java is not in the condition of cultural vacuum. There have been a growing local culture in Javanese society, like Hindu culture, Buddhist culture and Animism-Dinamism culture. This condition then makes the Javanese Muslims people can not be separated from the existing cultures, and bring some pros and cons for doing it. In terms of the said culture, it is something that is related to the cycle of  life like birth, marriage, and death as a transitional phase in terms of improving religious improvement. Beyond of the said culture, there are another Javanese Muslim traditions and cultures such as Sekaten. Sekaten is a tradition that came as one of preaching’s ways to spreading Islamic beliefs in Java. Which is that time the majority was Hindu. Based on the investigation result, the existing tradition and culture (that have been) done by Javanese Muslims is the outcome of culture acculturation between Islamic and Hindu-Buddhist cultures which was done by Wali Songo (The nine-saints). Through the cultural acculturation, Walisongo spread the Islamic beliefs in wise and humanity ways. So that the Islamic beliefs can be accepted by the community as well. In Islamic perspective, doing  the said tradition and culture above for the safeguard of the community united is allowed as long as the tradition and culture is not contradicting to the paramaters of Islamic beliefs it self.

Three maintenance structures of avionics were investigated in the article, including centralized intermediated repair concept, three-level maintenance structure, and the two-level maintenance structure. Both the advantages and disadvantages of these three maintenance structures were fully discussed, especially the potential in civil UAS maintenance. The investigation result shows that the two-level maintenance structure is the best choice for the civil unmanned aircraft maintenance at present. Key technologies of the two-level maintenance structure used for civil UAS were also discussed in this article. The advisements were given in these discussions.

A model was prepared for the preparation of biochar from the biomass of mushroom residue at different carbonization temperature (350 °C,450 °Cand 550 °C) for adsorption characteristics of ammonium nitrogen in water through different ammonium nitrogen concentration, reaction time, pH and temperature. The investigation result showed that the adsorptive amount of these three biochar substances increased quickly with the initial concentration (0-2 h) and the adsorption equilibrium was reached after 4 hours. The adsorptive amount of these three biochars increased with the rise of pH from 5 to 9. Different temperature preparation of biochar on ammonium nitrogen adsorption increases with the rise of temperature. Different temperature preparation of biochar on ammonium nitrogen adsorption amount is in the order of 550 °Cbiochar > 450 °Cbiochar > 350 °Cbiochar.

This article makes research on the relationship between the construction project safety and the city public safety. Firstly it constructs the influence relationship model between the construction project safety and city public safety, including identify the interrelated factors of the two systems of construction project safety and the city public safety and construct the influence Relationship Model between the two systems. Secondly, this paper concludes the types of the serious city public problems that are caused by construction project accidents with specific examples, then it gives some deep-seated reasons for such accidents in the background of Chinese construction industry based on the investigation result.

An intriguing and unique system has been observed during the otherwise routine study of the cobalt(III) complex of trans-1,2-cyclohexanedinitrilotetraacetic acid (CyDTA). Using classical spectrophotometric methods to determine the stoichiometry and the stability of a complex, significant deviations from the predicted 1:1 complex were observed in a system buffered at pH = 4.6. It is postulated that in addition to the usual 1:1 complex, the propensity of the reactants to form complexes and the strong oxidizing conditions used in this investigation result in the formation of a second, higher order complex between Co(III) and CyDTA. When the concentration of CyDTA exceeds that of Co(III), the metal:ligand ratio for this complex is 1:2. A structure is proposed, and approximate stability constants of both complexes are discussed.
