ABSTRACT All aspects of development are very important in a person's life where the development of cognition, affection and psychomotor is well developed in accordance with its development, these three aspects can be said to be good and successful if the three aspects develop well. Like wise with the psychomotor aspect where between gross motor and fine motor are also balanced. Motoric is the development of coordinated body movement control between nerves, brain, and spinal cord (spinal cord or spinal cord). Child's gross motorization can be optimized by improving his motor movement coordination skills through physical activity in the form of coordination of body movements. Like throwing, catching, kicking, running, melopat, and maintaining balance. The condition of a Down Syndrome child who experiences weakness in the ability to think will affect in all aspects of his life. Down syndrome children have problems in cognitive abilities, effective and self-care abilities. This results in them needing special education. Basically, the educational goals that children with Down Syndrome want to achieve are not different from those of education in general. The games play a special role in rehabilitation practice. The positive emotions they cause in patients cannot be achieved by other methods and means of modern rehabilitation. The role of game playing activity in practice is crucial to the achievement of one of the important tasks in implementing rehabilitation measures, namely to evacuate the patient from the depressed mental state, to distract him from the disease process and to focus on mobilizing his healing powers. The mood, the emotional charge and the dynamics that the games create are particularly suited to awakening the patient's interest in the healing process, their attraction and their active involvement in the rehabilitation activities. The connection between the actions in the game and the movements in the analytical exercises accelerates the formation of motor habits, physical qualities and skills not only in children but also in adult patients with various pathological injuries. Rehabilitation games are suitable for all ages by enhancing the health of the occupants, developing their mental qualities, improving the activity of the vestibular, visual and motor analyzers. The basis of the motor movement training game methodology and the improvement of motor movement skills is the activation of the thought processes and emotional experiences, the development of the functions of the musculoskeletal system, the cardiovascular system and the respiratory system.

AbstractPeople form coherent representations of goal-directed actions. Such agency experiences of intentional action are reflected by a shift in temporal perception: self-generated motor movements and subsequent sensory effects are perceived to occur closer together in time—a phenomenon termed intentional binding. Building on recent research suggesting that temporal binding occurs without intentionally performing actions, we further examined whether such perceptual compression occurs when motor action is fully absent. In three experiments, we used a novel sensory-based adaptation of the Libet clock paradigm to assess how a brief tactile sensation on the index finger and a resulting auditory stimulus perceptually bind together in time. Findings revealed robust temporal repulsion (instead of binding) between tactile sensation and auditory effect. Temporal repulsion was attenuated when participants could anticipate the identity and temporal onset (two crucial components of intentional action) of the tactile sensation. These findings are briefly discussed in the context of differences between intentional movement and anticipated bodily sensations in shaping action coherence and agentic experiences.

An investigation was conducted to ascertain the influence of the duration of the time interval between successive repetitions of a discrete motor movement in a short-term motor memory paradigm. With one repetition a long interval increased error relative to a short interval. The opposite was true for seven repetitions; a long interval improved accuracy. The results were discussed in terms of the “trace shrinkage” hypothesis and compared with those from similar studies using verbal responses.

Background: Each year, nearly 800,000 people experience a new or recurrent stroke. To assess changes in neurological status during hospitalization, nurses are required to complete the 15-item National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), which is time consuming and therefore, may not be completed as thoroughly as it should. To ensure these patients are being effectively and adequately assessed, there is a need for an abbreviated NIHSS, which can be completed in a shorter time frame. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the merits of an abbreviated NIHSS using seven items considered to be key to determining changes in neurological status. Methods: Over a six month period, 100 scores from the 15-item NIHSS were collected on a sample of 92 acute care stroke patients who had a mean age of 64.2; 52% were female. Seven items were calculated, which included level of consciousness, left and right arm motor movement, left and right leg motor movement, speech fluency, and speech clarity. To assess internal consistency reliability of the 7-item NIHSS, Cronbach's α was computed. To assess criterion validity, the 7-item NIHSS and 15-item NIHSS were correlated using Pearson's r . Results: The 15-item NIHSS ranged from 1 to 37, with a mean of 8.6. The 7-item NIHSS ranged from 0 to 24, with a mean of 4.9. For the 7-item NIHSS, Cronbach's α was .82 and Pearson's r was .96 (p<.001), when correlated with the 15-item NIHSS. Conclusions: Assessment of the acute stroke patient using the 15-item NIHSS is time-consuming, and therefore, may be underutilized. An abbreviated 7-item NIHSS demonstrated satisfactory evidence of internal consistency reliability and criterion validity, when correlated with the 15-item NIHSS, suggesting the 7-item version may be a suitable alternative to the longer version. More psychometric testing is warranted to fully evaluate reliability and validity of the 7-item NIHSS.

Abstract Education has an important role in facing the challenges of life, especially for humans in everyday life. Education as an effort to develop the ability of individual potentials so as to live optimally both as a person and as a member of society and have the moral and social as a guide of his life. The ultimate goal of an education cannot be separated from learning outcomes. Learning outcomes obtained by students are one indicator of the success of students in class in participating in learning. This study aims to determine the effect of motor motion on cooperative learning type SAVI assisted media crank on the theme of 8 subtema 1 to the results of the fourth grade students of SDN 1 Bulak Subdistrict Rowosari Kendal. Data analysis technique used is description of analysis with simple linear regression test. Tujuan akhir sebuah pendidikan tidak lepas dari hasil belajar. Hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan siswa di kelas dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gerak motorik pada pembelajara kooperatif tipe SAVI berbantu media engklek pada tema 8 subtema 1 terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Bulak Kecamatan Rowosari Kendal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi analisis dengan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara signifkan variabel gerak motorik pada pembelajaran kooperatif tipe SAVI berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Gerak Motorik, Pembelajaran Kooperatif  Tipe SAVI

The reconstruction of Hindu Pandita in Bali marked a polarization of Hindu Pandita set in the difference of the clan (Soroh) and the belief system needs to be examined more deeply. The fact shows that there are still many Hindus who think that the Hindu Pandita belong to the Brahmin clan. This gap can be a stimulant misintensity against the issue of the Kapanditan and the condition to construct "Homo hierarchicus versus Homo ecqualis are engaged in Bali in war without End". The research aims to (1) understand the foundations of the thinking of the reconstruction of the Hindu Pandita (RPH) in the dynamics between Tri-Sadhaka and the unconscious Chi Wildlife Station in the Balinese people, (2) understand the driving factors of Hindu's pandy reconstruction in Bali in The dynamics between Tri-Sadhaka – Sarwa Sadhaka, and (3) analyzing the implications of Balinese Hindu's impartiation. This research uses a mix method with the priority of using qualitative methods, which are supported by quantitative methods with value inventory techniques. The theory used as a foundation is the theory of power relations, structuration, deconstruction. The results of this study pertain to three things; First, reconstruction of the fundamentals of Hindu Pandita Thinking in the dynamics between Trisadaka and Chi Wildlife Station Sadaka is the efforts of the description of attitudes and personalities, value-conscious competence, and integrality. In the sense of the Hindu Pandita, which is personally integral, intact, and that is considered sacred, glorious, since he was in prayer beads spiritually through the process of diksa. Secondly, the impetus factors of Hindu reconstruction in the dynamics between Tri-saddleted and a Godly Chi wildlife station in Balinese people concerning historical and geneological dimensions, increased knowledge and chastity factors as a mode of adaptation to Pandita, a social movement in the competition's status, and ideas for movement change. Thirdly, the implications in the dynamics of competition between Trisadaka and Sarwasadaka are concerned with the ideological, social and economic pragmatism and importance of power.   Keywords: the reconstruction of Hindu priest, the dynamics, tri and sarwa sadhaka, economic pragmatism and power
