The increasingly modern like-day era, or commonly called the millennial era, is increasingly worrying about the rise of drug abuse. Many users or addicts come from children who are still underage. This is a serious problem for the Indonesian people, because generations are very easily involved in drug abuse cases and other legal actions. Related to drug problems, one step that needs to be done in handling this case by providing rehabilitation to users or addictions through drug use. The most important drug addicts in the rehabilitation center for the former drug addicts. One of the rehabilitation places in the city of Purwokerto under the name Kembang Cahaya Family Community. The Kembang Cahaya Family Community (Kekaca) is a group of organizations that want to use drug addicts in the healing process. Memory is a rehabilitation house for drug addicts who really want to recover on their own volition and not from solicitation. The pattern of family communication in the Messages is very pronounced. Communication that is like a relationship between a father and his children. In addition, activities in rehabilitation are also filled with a variety of positive activities, both spiritual and non-spiritual in order to be converted into the busyness and emptiness of the junkies in a more positive direction. The aim of the article is to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the level of housing rents using the example of the City of Krakow. This study is based on objective data on rental prices and subjective information obtained from real estate agents using a questionnaire survey. The research revealed that the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic actually led to a 6-7% decrease in prices in the rental market in Krakow, while at the same time the surveyed real estate agents had estimated that rents would drop by about 13%. With the second wave of the pandemic, it is possible to see that its immediate impact, i.e. between the third and fourth quarter of 2020, has led to a further 6.25% drop in rents. It should be noted that the latter decrease was very accurately predicted, both by the survey respondents and by the econometric models used. Finally, the results of the analysis also indicated that the worsening of the pandemic in the last quarter of 2020 will have a significant impact on rent levels in Krakow for all of next year. Regardless of how the economy develops, rental prices are forecast to fall further in 2021q1. However, in the subsequent quarters of 2021, rents are projected to increase, but ultimately their level will not return to pre-pandemic values even in 2021q4. The latter is likely to happen only in the second half of 2022.

The City Island Center has used a confrontation counseling and Reality Therapy model for treating methadone addicts. This approach assists the addict to accept responsibility for his actions and to adopt more productive behavior. This method consists of four phases: 1) establishing the relationship, 2) inducing a crisis, 3) restructuring behavior, and 4) drawing up behavioral contracts. Methadone is viewed as an interim treatment modality with the ultimate goal to be drug abstinence. Results have been promising in providing positive alternatives to drug abuse and methadone maintenance.

The emerging digital design process discourses point to the growing need to connect and manipulate design objective data. One of the challenges is knowing how to relate and operationalize this data accurately using a computational environment. This article investigates digital design processes by developing a design logic for small urban projects using objective data. This work follows the method: (1) defining the project location criteria, according to georeferenced data and the Space Syntax theory; (2) operationalizing the socio-spatial relationships according to the book A Pattern Language; (3) developing a Grasshopper definition for modeling several families of objects. We tested the method in a small urban intervention, in the city of Viçosa (MG), with the purpose of digital fabricating a piece of urban furniture.

AbstractThis study aims to describe and analyze the efforts of the National Narcotics Agency in tackling drug abuse in the City of Kediri, as well as to describe and analyze the factors that support or hinder the efforts of the National Narcotics Agency to tackle drug abuse in the City of Kediri. The approach used in this study is qualitative. Resource persons in the study amounted to 5 people. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews and observations written in field notes. The validity of the data was studied using 2 methods, namely triangulation and observation persistence. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique refers to Creswell. The results obtained are information that the Kediri City BNN has a joint commitment with various other agencies to reduce the number of drug abusers by establishing various activity programs. Socialization efforts are carried out by providing material on the Eradication of Abuse and Illicit Narcotics to students, workers and various community groups and conveying it on local local radio and television programs. The establishment of a drug-free (shining) urban village and the issuance of a Narcotics Examination Result Certificate are programs of prevention efforts. In carrying out their duties, BNN did not find significant obstacles. The only obstacles that were encountered were the challenges of managing the budget and the moral burden of catching the people who were involved in drugs. Keywords: BNN; barriers; prevention; eradication; socialization. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis upaya Badan Narkotika Nasional dalam menanggulangi penyalahgunaan narkoba di wilayah Kota Kediri, serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat upaya Badan Narkotika Nasional untuk menanggulangi penyalahgunaan narkoba di wilayah Kota Kediri. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Narasumber dalam penelitian berjumlah 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara dan observasi yang ditulis dalam catatan lapangan. Keabsahan data dikaji dengan 2 metode yakni trianggulasi dan ketekunan pengamatan. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data mengacu pada Creswell. Hasil yang diperoleh  yakni informasi bahwa BNN Kota Kediri mempunyai komitmen bersama dengan berbagai instansi lainnya guna menekan angka penyalahguna narkoba dengan dibentuknya berbagai program kegiatan. Upaya sosialisasi dilakukan dengan memberikan materi Pemberantasan Penyalahgunaan dan Peredaran Gelap Narkoba pada palajar, pekerja dan berbagai kelompok masyarakat serta menyampaikannya pada acara radio maupun televisi local setempat. Pembentukan kelurahan bersih narkoba (bersinar) dan penerbitan Surat Keterangan Hasil Pemeriksaan Narkotika merupakan program dariupaya pencegahan. Dalam menjalankan tugas, BNN tidak menemukan hambatan yang signifikan. Hambatan yang ditemui hanya seputar tantangan mengelola anggaran dan beban moral karena menangkap warga sendiri yang terlibat narkoba. Kata kunci: BNN; hambatan; pencegahan; pemberantasan; sosialisasi
