Modern technology development created significant innovations in delivery of healthcare. Artificial intelligence as “a branch of computer science dealing with the simulation of intelligent behaviour in computers” when applied in health care resulted in intelligent support to decision-making, optimised business processes, increased quality, monitoring and delivering of personalised treatment plans and many other applications. Even though the benefits are clear and numerous, there are still open issues in creating automation of healthcare processes, ensuring data protection and integrity, reduction of medical waste etc. However, due to rapid development of AI techniques, more advances and improvements are still expected.

Abstract The advances in science and technology have benefited many industries. In recent years, we have witnessed the rapid development of financial technology. All of them worked hard in this area, such as Amazon, UPS, and Wal-Mart International. In China, leading e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba and Tencent actively provided services to SMEs in their ecosystems; Taiwan also make efforts to develop it. The emergence of networking account scientific and technological AMIS provides various payment companies, lending platform, financial robots. Although Taiwan’s innovation industry faces many restrictions on its development, it will still go through it. Therefore, Taiwan has continued to update laws and regulations related to financial technology. The latest rule “Financial Science and Technology Development and Innovation Experiments Regulations” regards the development of Taiwan’s financial technology. FinTech has gradually replaced the traditional financial service model. Through mobile payments, cloud platforms, and artificial intelligence, the technology industry has gradually penetrated into the financial industry. We are willing to make more progress in Taiwan’s financial technology to deepen the understanding of FinTech as a study.

Nowadays RF have a lot of obstacles. The intense process of globalization, the rapid development of information technology, development of a new instruments of geo-cultural and ideological influence not only lead to problems in the way of expansion of the Russian world, but also to the need to enhance the security of the current geo-cultural space of Russian Federation and design its system concept. The author notes that the new internal doctrine of RF is penetrated by a nostalgia for a powerful state status. Its main task is to strengthen the unity of society by strengthening civic identity. Therefore we do not underestimate the practical importance of theoretical developments in cultural, ideological and informational spheres. The ideology which promoted by Russian state media includes the concept of «russkiy mir» that actually justify claims to territories which are inhabited by ethnic Russians. This idea appeals to the Orthodox fundamentalism, as well as the Eurasian geopolitical and historical myths of permanent confrontation between Russia and the West. The main reason for the success of ideological propaganda – in a primitive but effective substitution of concepts. In conclusion the author stresses that the process of forming a single geo-cultural world of the Russian Federation does not impose functional and effective integration ideology and current Russian civilization and socio-cultural projects are not attractive and competitive position to societies and elites of neighbor states but can be used to consolidate the political situation inside Russia. With the rapid development and widespread use of technology, business processes are being transformed. One of the consequences of the implementation of technologies into the business is the partial transition to remote work, which made it necessary to reflect the corresponding changes in the internal control system (IC). The article is devoted to the analysis of the main shortcomings identified during the transition to the remote mode, in response to which measures are proposed to adapt the IC to the conditions of remote work. Identifies the following areas for improvement of the internal control system. In response to the identified areas successful practical examples are analyzed and potential measures are proposed in the context of the elements identified in the COSO conceptual framework and methodological documents of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

This book explores the intertwining domains of artificial intelligence (AI) and ethics—two highly divergent fields which at first seem to have nothing to do with one another. AI is a collection of computational methods for studying human knowledge, learning, and behavior, including by building agents able to know, learn, and behave. Ethics is a body of human knowledge—far from completely understood—that helps agents (humans today, but perhaps eventually robots and other AIs) decide how they and others should behave. Despite these differences, however, the rapid development in AI technology today has led to a growing number of ethical issues in a multitude of fields, ranging from disciplines as far-reaching as international human rights law to issues as intimate as personal identity and sexuality. In fact, the number and variety of topics in this volume illustrate the width, diversity of content, and at times exasperating vagueness of the boundaries of “AI Ethics” as a domain of inquiry. Within this discourse, the book points to the capacity of sociotechnical systems that utilize data-driven algorithms to classify, to make decisions, and to control complex systems. Given the wide-reaching and often intimate impact these AI systems have on daily human lives, this volume attempts to address the increasingly complicated relations between humanity and artificial intelligence. It considers not only how humanity must conduct themselves toward AI but also how AI must behave toward humanity.

Studying the attention of “artificial intelligence + education” in ethnic areas is of great significance for China for promoting the integrated development of new educational modes and modern technology in the western region. Guizhou province is an area inhabited by ethnic minorities, located in the heart of Southwest China. The development of its intelligent education has strong enlightenment for the whole country and the region. Therefore, this paper selects the Baidu Index of “artificial intelligence (AI) + education” in Guizhou province from 2013 to 2020, analyzes the spatial–temporal characteristics of its network attention by using the elastic coefficient method, and builds the ARIMA model on this basis to predict future development. The results show that the public’s attention to “AI + education” differs significantly in time and space. Then, according to the prediction results, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the country to promote the sustainable development of education in western ethnic areas.

Aim. The presented study aims to determine the role and place of electronic document management in the corporate system of Russian enterprises, outlining the prospects for its development.Tasks. The authors examine the legislative acts of the Russian Federation on the prospects for the implementation of electronic document management; assess the impact of the pandemic on the digitalization of document management; analyze the business costs of paper document management; identify the advantages of using electronic document management and promising technologies in document processing.Methods. This study uses theoretical and empirical research methods. The dialectic method is used to determine the role, significance, and legal status of electronic document management. Through a logical approach, the essence of such concepts as 'electronic document' and 'electronic document management' is identified.Results. The study presents directions for the development of electronic document management using blockchain technology, which will improve workflows by processing, sorting, exchanging data and documents protected from unauthorized access, and artificial intelligence, which can help organizations process documents faster by simplifying operational procedures. Obstacles that prevent companies from actively using electronic document management are identified. These include additional investment, time costs, and reorganization of management. The volume of innovative services is analyzed by the type of economic activity, and the costs of creating, storing, and processing paper documents are considered.Conclusions. Recent trends in legislation indicate the government's firm commitment to the speedy introduction of electronic document management in Russia. Its use frees up a lot of resources, including time, labor, and finances. The 2020 pandemic has emphasized the importance of digitalizing business processes to ensure their continuity in unforeseen situations. Integrated into the automation of work processes, blockchain technology will ensure the protection of information from unauthorized tampering. Artificial intelligence will open up new opportunities for processing electronic documents.
