In this paper, we investigate two new Dombi aggregation operators on bipolar neutrosophic set namely bipolar neutrosophic Dombi prioritized weighted geometric aggregation (BNDPWGA) and bipolar neutrosophic Dombi prioritized ordered weighted geometric aggregation (BNDPOWGA) by means of Dombi t-norm (TN) and Dombi t-conorm (TCN). We discuss their properties along with proofs and multi-attribute decision making (MADM) methods in detail. New algorithms based on proposed models are presented to solve multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problems. In contrast, with existing techniques a comparison analysis of proposed methods are also demonstrated to test their validity, accuracy and significance.

Abstract Softmax function is a well-known generalization of the logistic function. It has been extensively used in various probabilistic classification methods such as softmax regression, linear discriminant analysis, naive bayes classifiers, and artificial neural networks. Inspired by the advantages of softmax function, we focused on this paper is to develop the softmax function based single valued neutrosophic aggregation operators. Then we have established some essential properties of aggregation operators based on softmax function with neutrosophic set. Additionally, we have defined a multi-attribute decision making method based on the proposed aggregation operators. Using this MADM method we exercised a realistic MADM problem with neutrosophic informations. Finally, we checked the validity and reliability of the proposed methods considering by one numerical illustration.

The neutrosophic cubic set (NCS) is a hybrid structure, which consists of interval neutrosophic sets (INS) (associated with the undetermined part of information associated with entropy) and single-valued neutrosophic set (SVNS) (associated with the determined part of information). NCS is a better tool to handle complex decision-making (DM) problems with INS and SVNS. The main purpose of this article is to develop some new aggregation operators for cubic neutrosophic numbers (NCNs), which is a basic member of NCS. Taking the advantages of Muirhead mean (MM) operator and power average (PA) operator, the power Muirhead mean (PMM) operator is developed and is scrutinized under NC information. To manage the problems upstretched, some new NC aggregation operators, such as the NC power Muirhead mean (NCPMM) operator, weighted NC power Muirhead mean (WNCPMM) operator, NC power dual Muirhead mean (NCPMM) operator and weighted NC power dual Muirhead mean (WNCPDMM) operator are proposed and related properties of these proposed aggregation operators are conferred. The important advantage of the developed aggregation operator is that it can remove the effect of awkward data and it considers the interrelationship among aggregated values at the same time. Furthermore, a novel multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) method is established over the proposed new aggregation operators to confer the usefulness of these operators. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the developed approach.

The paper investigates some similarity measures in interval bipolar neutrosophic environment for multi-attribute decision making problems. At first, we define Hamming and Euclidean distances measures between interval bipolar neutrosophic sets and establish their basic properties. We also propose two similarity measures based on the Hamming and Euclidean distance functions. Using maximum and minimum operators, we define new similarity measures and prove their basic properties. Using the proposed similarity measures, we propose a novel multi attribute decision making strategy in interval bipolar neutrosophic set environment. Lastly, we solve an illustrative example of multi attribute decision making and present comparison analysis to show the feasibility, applicability and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

Interval-valued T-spherical fuzzy set (IVTSFS) handles uncertain and vague information by discussing their membership degree (MD), abstinence degree (AD), non-membership degree (NMD), and refusal degree (RD). MD, AD, NMD, and RD are defined in terms of closed subintervals of that reduce information loss compared to the T-spherical fuzzy set (TSFS), which takes crisp values from intervals; hence, some information may be lost. The purpose of this manuscript is to develop some Hamacher aggregation operators (HAOs) in the environment of IVTSFSs. To do so, some Hamacher operational laws based on Hamacher t-norms (HTNs) and Hamacher t-conorms (HTCNs) are introduced. Using Hamacher operational laws, we develop some aggregation operators (AOs), including an interval-valued T-spherical fuzzy Hamacher (IVTSFH) weighted averaging (IVTSFHWA) operator, an IVTSFH-ordered weighted averaging (IVTSFHOWA) operator, an IVTSFH hybrid averaging (IVTSFHHA) operator, an IVTSFH-weighted geometric (IVTSFHWG) operator, an IVTSFH-ordered weighted geometric (IVTSFHOWG) operator, and an IVTSFH hybrid geometric (IVTSFHHG) operator. The validation of the newly developed HAOs is investigated, and their basic properties are examined. In view of some restrictions, the generalization and proposed HAOs are shown, and a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) procedure is explored based on the HAOs, which are further exemplified. Finally, a comparative analysis of the proposed work is also discussed with previous literature to show the superiority of our work.

The Muirhead mean (MM) operators offer a flexible arrangement with its modifiable factors because of Muirhead’s general structure. On the other hand, MM aggregation operators perform a significant role in conveying the magnitude level of options and characteristics. In this manuscript, the complex spherical fuzzy uncertain linguistic set (CSFULS), covering the grade of truth, abstinence, falsity, and their uncertain linguistic terms is proposed to accomplish with awkward and intricate data in actual life dilemmas. Furthermore, by using the MM aggregation operators with the CSFULS, the complex spherical fuzzy uncertain linguistic MM (CSFULMM), complex spherical fuzzy uncertain linguistic weighted MM (CSFULWMM), complex spherical fuzzy uncertain linguistic dual MM (CSFULDMM), complex spherical fuzzy uncertain linguistic dual weighted MM (CSFULDWMM) operators, and their important results are also elaborated with the help of some remarkable cases. Additionally, multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) based on the Multi-MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization Based on a Ratio Analysis plus full multiplicative form), and proposed operators are developed. To determine the rationality and reliability of the elaborated approach, some numerical examples are illustrated. Finally, the supremacy and comparative analysis of the elaborated approaches with the help of graphical expressions are also developed.

Neutrosophic cubic sets (NCSs) can express complex multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problems with its interval and single-valued neutrosophic numbers simultaneously. The weighted arithmetic average (WAA) and geometric average (WGA) operators are common aggregation operators for handling MADM problems. However, the neutrosophic cubic weighted arithmetic average (NCWAA) and neutrosophic cubic geometric weighted average (NCWGA) operators may result in some unreasonable aggregated values in some cases. In order to overcome the drawbacks of the NCWAA and NCWGA, this paper developed a new neutrosophic cubic hybrid weighted arithmetic and geometric aggregation (NCHWAGA) operator and investigates its suitability and effectiveness. Then, we established a MADM method based on the NCHWAGA operator. Finally, a MADM problem with neutrosophic cubic information was provided to illustrate the application and effectiveness of the proposed method.

The aim of this paper is to propose the 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic aggregation operators and a decision-making approach to deal with uncertainties in the form of 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic sets. 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic operators have more flexibility than general fuzzy set. We proposed a numbers of aggregation operators, namely 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic weighted average, 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic ordered weighted average, 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic hybrid average, 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic weighted geometric, 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic ordered geometric, and 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic hybrid geometric operators. The distinguishing feature of these proposed operators is studied. At that point, we have used these operators to design a model to deal with multiple attribute decision-making issues under the 2-tuple spherical fuzzy linguistic information. Then, a practical application for best company selection for feeds is given to prove the introduced technique and to show its practicability and effectiveness. Besides this, a systematic comparison analysis with other existent methods is conducted to reveal the advantage of our method. Results indicate that the proposed method is suitable and effective for decision making problems.
