Research on marketing management system based on independent ERP and business BI using fuzzy TOPSIS

The rapid development of cloud computing, big data, AI, BI and other information technologies has accelerated the process of enterprise modernization and informatization. The combination of computer technology and management science promoted the formation of modern enterprise management technology. Especially in today’s era of big data, in the face of massive data, how to quickly and accurately find out the required information, analyze the memory relation of data, find out the inherent business law hidden under massive information, and provide an important reference for enterprises to make business decisions and seek for market opportunities. A methodology that exhibits fuzzy TOPSIS model has been incorporated in this study. Fuzzy weights and fuzzy judgment about the management systems have employed to estimate the scores of evaluation. In order to solve this problem, this paper integrates independent ERP and BI, and studies and develops a marketing management system by using advanced technologies such as data warehouse, online analysis and data mining; The system extracts useful data from ERP data sources, and analyzes the internal rules and statistical results that can be used to guide the enterprise’s actions, so as to effectively improve the enterprise’s competitiveness.

In terms of the application of big data in human resource management performance, the relevant technology is applied to human resource performance management has brought a new mode, which plays a prominent role in improving the efficiency of human resource performance management. It is established that the transformation of the economy on the way to market relations forces to move to the creation of a new marketing management system of wholesale trade, which today is a lever to stimulate domestic production, in conditions of economic instability and changing customer tastes, intensification of competitors, price fluctuations, demand, business activity in the market. We have identified the need to find modern approaches to managing the business processes of wholesale enterprises, which requires the formation of a holistic, scientifically sound system of organization and an effective enterprise management system. Such a system should be a marketing management concept that would be aimed at meeting the needs and demands of the market, would adequately respond to changes in the internal and external environment, would increase the profitability of sales activities. The marketing concept of management differs from production and marketing flexibility, elasticity, efficiency and sensitivity to market changes, greater adaptability to various innovations. The marketing concept of wholesale trade management is directly correlated with business processes and is related to operations to study consumer demand, the needs of suppliers and buyers, the provision of wholesale services and the development of rational ways of moving goods. Commercial, logistics, production and financial business operations are modeled and implemented through a marketing management system, combining the needs of suppliers, customers and providing in their unity more rational ways to promote goods than in the case of their separate organization. Marketing management should combine and harmonize the main business processes of the wholesale company, the result of which is: for the manufacturer the best conditions of purchase; guarantee and prospects of sales channels; placing products on the market; transportation conditions; storage conditions, motivation of employees. Management decisions are presented, the adoption of which will help to combine and harmonize the main business processes of wholesale trade enterprises and ensure their more rapid adaptation to the market environment.

One of the defining directions of the enterprise logistics system in the transport industry in the region is the organization of its activities, which requires the introduction of new progressive ideas in the enterprise management system. It is advisable to design, implement, apply and develop modern information technologies for the practical implementation of complex theoretical approaches to the transport enterprises management in the region. The purpose of the article is to study the process of information technologies implementation in the management system of the transport industry in the region to create a qualitatively new information environment for the provision of transport services. The current state of transportation companies does not meet the growing needs of society and European quality standards, which requires the creation and implementation of an effective integrated automated management system. The content of each stage of the complex automated system creation of enterprise management in the transport branch is revealed. The project of construction of the management information system, its adjustment and necessary adaptation is being prepared in the course of the stages. The functioning of Qguar TMS (Transport Management System) is considered and its advantages are highlighted. It’s defined that the information management system of a transport enterprise is an interaction of management information, subjects of management activity and information technologies. Formation of a complex system of automation of management of entities of the transport industry is one of the existing directions of use of modern information technologies. The implementation results of the selected management information technology at Qguar TMS (Transport Management System) are evaluated in two directions: the first involves an assessment of the financial and economic performance and effectiveness of an investment project for the implementation of management information technology; the second direction is related to the analysis of changes in indicators that characterize the implementation of client-oriented enterprise development strategy: increase of the customer base, market share, regular customers in the total customer base. The geological industry of Ukraine as a whole is sufficiently conservative. However, the development of world scientific thought and the improvement of the mineral extraction technologies require a rethinking of primary geological data (PGD). During the Soviet times, there was a rapid development of geological prospecting activities with creation and accumulation of PGD’s large volumes. Reinterpretation and rethinking of this information using the latest techniques, approaches and technologies is an important issue. An important aspect is to save this information, because large number of PGD remains on paper. The only way to facilitate the circulation of PGD and ensure their proper storage is to create a centralized digital data warehouse using the latest information technologies for storing, processing and analyzing data. Such actions should ensure the rapid retrieval and analysis of PGD, facilitate the planning of geological prospect and ensure overall performance, including economic efficiency. The article discusses aspects of data warehouse creating for primary geological and geophysical data. The infrastructure, architecture and creating stages of the data warehouse for primary geological data are highlighted. The authors are examined the technological approaches, stages of work on the data warehouse creation. Modern technologies, including technologies associated with Big Data, are considered as those that should be oriented to performers of work. Primary geological data is partially structured or unstructured, and its volumes are constantly growing with high speed. The introduction of modern Big Data technologies will allow creating flexible powerful systems that must ensure horizontal scaling of the system in terms of computing power and storage size, and carry out operational primary processing and analysis of the data, that the user needs.

With the rapid development of big data, numerous industries have turned their focus from information research and construction to big data technologies. Earth science and geographic information systems industries are highly information-intensive, and thus there is an urgent need to study and integrate big data technologies to improve their level of information. However, there is a large gap between existing big data and traditional geographic information technologies. Owing to certain characteristics, it is difficult to quickly and easily apply big data to geographic information technologies. Through the research, development, and application practices achieved in recent years, we have gradually developed a common geospatial big data solution. Based on the formation of a set of geospatial big data frameworks, a complete geospatial big data platform system called BiGeo was developed. Through the management and analysis of massive amounts of spatial data from Sichuan Province, China, the basic framework of this platform can be better utilized to meet our needs. This paper summarizes the design, implementation, and experimental experience of BiGeo, which provides a new type of solution to the research and construction of geospatial big data.
