China remains one among largest agricultural countries in the world and one of the fastest growing Internet countries in the world. The further thorough and penetration of the Internet into the rural hinterland indicates that the combination of the Internet and the rural areas already has the technical foundation. The transformation of rural economy with Internet as medium is the future direction of rural development. Starting from the current situation of rural Internet development, based on the annotation of “Internet plus”, this paper explores the theoretical and practical application of rural e-commerce development. We utilize Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets operator for modelling multiple attribute issues related to decision making to estimate influence of e-commerce in industries. This paper puts forward the measure method of industrial transformation and proves that “Internet plus” e-commerce has exerted a great influence on the commercial civilization, industrial structure and economic structure transformation of rural areas. The steady and lasting impact of this continuous release may become a new paradigm of technological economy. It is of great significance to the formation of the “four modernizing” linkage mechanism with information as media and the innovation of the conventional path of rural economic development and the rapid growth of rural economy.

This electronic document is a “live” template. The various components of your paper [title, text, heads, etc.] are already defined on the style sheet, as illustrated by the portions given in this document. Due to the nature of vagueness inherent to real-life situations, some fuzzy data are deemed to suitable enough to describe the qualitative and/or quantitative estimation for decision making problems. Therefore, a new method for multiple attribute decision making under fuzzy environment is discussed, in which the attribute values take the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. To overcome some disadvantages of existing distance measures like indiscrimination, counterintuitive results and difficulty of interpretation, we introduce a new class of distance for describing the deviation degrees between intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Furthermore, the measure of similarity degree for each alternative to ideal point is calculated through using the new proposed fuzzy distance. A model of TOPSIS is designed with the introduction of the particular closeness coefficient composed of similarity degrees. Then, we extend the TOPSIS method to aggregate the fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative, and rank the alternatives according to their closeness coefficients. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the proposed approach practicality and effectiveness.

This paper identifies four variables to reveal the internal mechanisms of the entropy measures on intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs). First, four variables are used to propose a pair of generalized entropy measures on IFSs and IVIFSs. Second, three specific entropy measures are put forward to illustrate the effectiveness of the generalized entropy measure functions. Third, a novel multiple attribute decision-making approach under an intuitionistic fuzzy environment is proposed. The superiority of the decision-making approach is that the weight values of the attributes are obtained by their related entropy measures. Finally, the performance of the proposed entropy regulations on IFSs and IVIFSs is illustrated through a mode assessment example on open communities.

This paper extends the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) for solving multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems under triangular intuitionistic fuzzy sets by using its correlation coefficient. In situations where the information or the data is of the form of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (TIFNs), some arithmetic aggregation operators have to be defined, namely the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (TIFOWA) operator and the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid aggregation (TIFHA) operator. An extended TOPSIS model is developed to solve the MAGDM problems using a new type of correlation coefficient defined for TIFNs based on the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging (TIFWAA) operator and the TIFHA operator. With an illustration this proposed model of MAGDM with the correlation coefficient of TIFNs is compared with the other existing methods.
