Healthcare delivery systems are evolving with the advances in health information technology (HIT) development and its applications to coordinated or guided care for polychronic conditions. The design features of artificial intelligence in healthcare reflect the public interest in optimizing care coordination and communication between providers and patients. This article offers a practical evaluation and assessment of the relevance of theoretical frameworks and appropriate methodologies to formalize a multi-criteria optimization of a logic model applicable for achieving the system’s efficiency and effectiveness. In specifying theoretical constructs and evaluation methods for HIT evaluation, a three-fold purpose is to show the relevance of personal and behavioral determinants of HIT use, articulate the need for developing a transdisciplinary framework, and formulate appropriate multilevel modeling and causal analysis of the determinants of HIT use and its impacts on chronic care.

There is a growing consensus that interoperability of health care technology is greatly needed so that data can be effectively and accurately exchanged across provider groups and organizations to provide quality healthcare while reducing the cost of healthcare delivery. Benefits are expected for physician groups, organizations, and patients.  Perhaps most exciting is the opportunity for integrated patient and population level data leading to clinical decision support systems which assist with the management of patients by integrating medical knowledge with patient characteristics and generating computer based reminders, alerts, and guidelines.  While research supports a multitude of benefits, challenges exist that require long-term commitment before the reality of an integrated healthcare information technology will exist. This article explores the benefits, the barriers, and the long term impact of Healthcare Information Technology on future healthcare delivery systems.

The Barfordshire Police Call Centre project began as an attempt to find a more efficient way of dealing with the public. Arguably, what this study has demonstrated is that often, in the quest for technical efficiency, effectiveness, which requires attention to both technical and human issues, is compromised. By taking a more human centered approach, focusing on the whole information system rather than just the information technology, those factors left unsolved by the new technology have been addressed, and a way has been found to improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of this project.

This article discusses the effectiveness of digital health services by looking at the challenges and obstacles for society. One form of public services implemented by the government for the community is meeting the need for quality public services and having an orientation to the effectiveness of services to the community that are needed. In the health sector itself, advances in information technology have greatly supported health services. This online system is of high quality to be implemented because the public and members of the medical system can receive and provide detailed and fast information with the help of computerized technology. Information technology has reached various fields of life including the health sector to help the efficiency and effectiveness of health services. Information technology that is properly implemented can support the management process to be effective and efficient. The corona pandemic is changing people's habits in visiting and consulting doctors at hospitals. However, digital-based health services have not been effectively accepted by the public from various service units. They still need improvements in terms of connectivity, content and clarity of regulations.

The relatively recent and more pervasive retention of electronic healthcare data has provided new opportunities for the advancement of analytics and business intelligence tools within healthcare. The tasks comprising the delivery process for healthcare provide numerous points for data capture, and associated analyses to improve efficiencies and quality of care. In general, healthcare data is extracted from transaction-based systems designed for billing, scheduling, and workflow. However, data characterizing medical events can be further leveraged to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. In fact, healthcare information technology (HIT) to improve patient diagnosis and treatment is remarkably neglected. This chapter outlines the process flow for healthcare delivery, describes the data extracted during this process flow, details the enablers and inhibitors of HIT and accompanying analytics, presents concerns about data integrity and quality, and provides some methods for data cleansing and staging.

The research aims to determine the effect of information and communication technology in raising the level of efficiency of workers in the public authority for the maintenance of irrigation and drainage projects, which require research and study to improve the level of life performance. By answering the following question: Is there a role for information and communication technology on the level of staff competence? In order to achieve the objectives of the research, data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to a selected sample from different departments, different age groups and academic achievement, whose number reached (100). To test the research hypotheses and determine the effect relationship, the statistical method (multiple linear regression) was used with a significant level (0.05,0.01).The results of the research proved the acceptance of most of the hypotheses, and the research was concluded with a set of conclusions and recommendations indicating the existence of a significant impact on the morale of information and communication technology in raising the level of efficiency of workers. The research presented a set of recommendations, the most important of employees which are (the necessity of using information and communication technology in developing control departments and accounts and raising the efficiency and effectiveness of the working in them in order to keep abreast of recent developments in the fields of information technology by holding workshops and specialized courses) Key Words: Information Technology, Communication, Personnel (Human Resources)

With the development of information technology in particular in the field of multimedia in such rapid and the longer forms of media information more diverse so that more education institutions boast. Media information and promotion is currently used by SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang. The purpose of this research audio visual media into the media information and proper promotion, by controlling hearing and vision in the form of audio visual in order to convey messages can be understood by the public at large. Existing problems, namely the medium used by the SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang still use print media such as banners, posters and pamplet are considered less effective and efficient to use while simultaneously promoting the institutions with the best possible audio visual media so that it is selected into a medium of information and promotion of the right, by controlling hearing and vision in the form of audio visual. Because therein lies the message delivery process or how to visualize. At the same time listening and showing the contents of the message to the recipient with information through media menunjangnya, so the design of video media profile that displays the entire scope, advantages and facilities belonging to SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang, can be a solution in solving problems in media promotion and information. With this study the author makes with the title "promotion and INFORMATION AUDIO VISUAL MEDIA SHAPED VIDEO PROFILE on SMK PGRI 11 APPLICATIONS TANGERANG CITY ".
