This research aims to design an application to support mechanical performance at PT Sriwijaya Air in creating a report called Line Maintenance Crew Report (LMCR), applications created aims to mechanics no longer need to walk into the office to make a report LMCR. How that is done in this study is collecting data associated with preparing reports LMCR, create a modeling system by describing it using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), create relationships between data with the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), to design an application using the IDE eclipse and its database using MySQL. Results of research conducted shows that the application to generate the report based mobile operating system Android can speed mechanics in making the report analyzed by the MCC to be sent to the destination airport, so the destination airport can prepare early and prevent delay. Index Terms — Android, Line Maintenance Crew Report, Mobile Application.

This paper develops an Electronic Medical Record System in the Neurosurgical Unit of Mansoura General Hospital using Data Flow Diagrams. Data Flow Diagrams are the first step to design the system blueprint as they represent users requirements. The paper creates a context-aware fisheye view as it is more successfully communicate the information contained in a set of Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) than a traditional context-free presentation. A case study and experimental results show that our context-aware fisheye DFD's are well suited for application in developing Electronic Medical Record System. This makes the expert system more reliable and faster response

The Bangkit Abadi Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) is a cooperative located in Bandorasawetan Village, whose main activity is providing savings services for cooperative members with the aim of prospering cooperative members and the surrounding community. With the existence of this cooperative, it is hoped that it will create a desire and increase public awareness to save. This KUD does not yet have a good computerized system. Therefore, there are still some obstacles in KUD Bangkit Abadi in terms of new member registration activities and member savings. These activities will run smoothly if supported by a good system and by implementing a good internal control system in cooperatives, so as to prevent errors in data processing. The procedures that apply to the KUD include related parts, namely registration, member data, internal control systems, and documents used. The analysis and design stages of the application system are described using flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ER-Diagrams) and developed using MySQL database as a programming language. This relationship is narrated into several diagrams, namely: context diagrams, data flow diagrams level 0 and level 1, relationships between entities, and relationships between tables used. The results obtained from the design of this application are in the form of member book reports, savings data reports, and general journal reports as a form of description of the activities of new member registration and member savings at the Bangkit Abadi Village Cooperative Unit.Key words: Applications, Accounting, Savings, Cooperatives

Develop an expert system as supporting legacy property distribution of decision which based on the Islamic law. This expert system expected can help everyone who need distribution value of legacy property by using distribution method based on the Islamic law. The legacy property value which will be distributed is legacy property after taken by the will if it was. And debt, corpse of administration cost. The distribution result is an percentage value for each heir who have right to get the property legacy after distribution process. Determination of nominal value of legacy property will not be count in this system. The user system can obtain nominal value of distribution property by multiplying the distribution percentage with whole value of legacy property. The result that taken form this expert system is output as information of heir group who has right to the legacy, and percentage value for each heir who has right to get the legacy. The inference method that used in this expert system is Forward Chaining Method. The method that used for system analysis and designing is Data Flow Oriented method by using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) tool. The database design is using Entity-Relationship Diagram (E-R Diagram) relation model.

Maulana bakery is a business entity engaged in making bread, cakes, tarts and various other snacks. The problem that occurs in this home industry is located in the current system for processing data in and out of goods, how to record it through a ledger, there is no data processing that uses a more effective database system, so that sometimes it has difficulty in calculation existing goods. The purpose of this study is to create a Goods Inventory Information System that can manage and manage incoming goods, exiting goods, stock items, ordering transactions using the Waterfall method by using a website for easier program operations. Whereas for structure modeling using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The end result of this Information System can manage data incoming goods, data goods out, stock of goods and ordering online.

Hukum Islam merupakan seperangkat norma atau peraturan yang bersumber dari Allah SWT dan Nabi Muhammad SAW untuk mengatur tingkah laku manusia di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Aktifitas yang kian padat menjadikan sebagian orang memiliki tingkat mobilitas yang tinggi. Terkadang hal yang tidak menjadi prioritas namun suatu keharusan bagi umat muslim terlalaikan, diantaranya yaitu mengenal dan menguasai hukum Islam dengan baik dan benar menjadi terabaikan bahkan terlupakan. Faktor penyebabnya adalah terbatasnya informasi, waktu maupun media untuk belajar, untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat khususnya umat muslim untuk mempelajari hukum Islam dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Aplikasi Ayatul Ahkam Berbasis Web dirancang dengan menggunakan data flow diagram (DFD) dan penyimpanan data menggunakan database MySQL. Rancangan database menggunakan entity relationship diagram (ERD), conceptual diagram modelling (CDM), physical diagram modelling (PDM) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman hypertext preprocessor (PHP) serta menggunakan algoritma stemming Porter untuk pencarian. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian survey merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Penelitian berbasis survey membutuhkan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Selama ini peneliti atau surveyor melakukan pengumpulan data secara manual yaitu dengan  mencetak kuesioner dan menyebarkannya dengan mendatangi satu persatu responden. Hal ini memakan waktu yang lama dan biaya yang besar sehingga menjadi masalah utama yang dihadapi dalam pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu surveyor dalam melakukan survey secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  merancang dan membangun aplikasi kuesioner online berbasis web dengan meggunakan metode waterfall dengan tahapan analysis, design, implementation, testing dan maintanance. Pemodelan sistem dan basis data meggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Bahasa Pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu, HTML, PHP, CSS, Java Script, dan untuk databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam perancangan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert dan skala guttman. Aplikasi ini memiliki 3 hak akses yaitu, admin, surveyor dan pengunjung/responden. Dengan adanya aplikasi diharapkan ini proses pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dapat lebih efektif dan efisien.
