The technology of cybernetic models’ creating for the synthesis and refinement of algorithms for controlling the autonomous underwater vehicle’s (AUV’s) motion is considered. The paper gives a description of the following sequence of actions performed at each stage of the cybernetic model development: dynamic model type and parameters identification, controller type selection, construction and analysis of the considered control loop block diagram, determination of the controller’s optimal parameters. The synthesis of heading, pitch and depth stabilization regulators for streamlined shape AUV during propulsion engines controlling is performed. The results of numerical modeling and research of the various factors influence on the quality of control are presented.

This research is a study of the turning process by testing with brass material. There are three control factors: spindle of speed, feed rate, and depth of cut respectively. The turning process requires variable control, affect the quality of production productivity and production costplanning an experiment with the Taguchi Method help in theexperiment the analysis of variance, orthogonal array, and signal and noise ratios were considered as an experiment and survey of brass turning characteristics to determine the lowest material removal rate. The results obtained from the experiment were used to repeat the experiment for confirmation. This requires the turning process to be reliable and optimized

The quality of Vessel Traffic Management and Information Systems depends on the quality of all subsystems, in particular the quality of control centers. The most commonly used quantitative indicators of the control centers' quality are: reliability, availability, safety, and system failure. Therefore, a block diagram of reliability and the model for reliability / availability (Markov model) have been created in this paper and a detailed analysis and calculation of the quantitative indicators of critical components (servers) of the control center have been performed. The quality functioning of the control centers will enable gathering, processing, storing and dissemination of timely, safe, and reliable data and information to the services in charge of monitoring and management of maritime traffic.

The purpose of the work is to develop an automated quality control system for welded joints of cable car structures designed and manufactured at the Skado LLC enterprise (Samara) in order to improve the quality of control. The analysis of requirements for welded structures and welded joints of cable cars is carried out, methods of control of welded joints are considered. A block diagram of an automated system for quality control of welded joints based on the method of ultrasonic testing has been developed. The analysis of ultrasonic sensors on phased arrays is carried out. The sensors and actuators of the system are selected. A scheme for interfacing system elements with a programmable logic controller has been developed. The structure of the system and the scheme of interfacing the system elements with the programmable logic controller are described. A method for performing control has been developed.

The paper describes the design of a fuzzy motion control system of an autonomous underwater vehicle. A mathematical model of the underwater vehicle is synthesized. A fuzzy regulator for controlling the depth of immersion autonomous underwater vehicle is designed. The quality of control for step control, harmonic control, as well as various types of exogenous disturbances, is investigated. The comparison of the functioning quality of the designed fuzzy controller with the proportional–derivative controller is made. It is shown that the designed fuzzy controller provides a higher quality of control compared to the proportional–derivative controller. The proposed fuzzy controller provides high-quality control of the plant under uncertainties.

The article is devoted to the synthesis of robust controllers of supersonic unmanned aerial vehicle motion parameters. During the flight, the velocity and altitude of the aircraft varies rapidly within wide limits. Therefore, the required quality of control on each trajectory is provided by a set of dynamic controllers with constant coefficients. The article substantiates the number of such controllers, researches the range of their efficiency. The obtained restrictions on the amplitude-frequency characteristics and weight functions are given. Transients are shown

The focal length, zoom, irradiating power and cylinder speed of laser head influence the exposure quality directly in computer-to-plate (CTP) process. This paper determined the most optimal parameters which used screen thermal sensitive device PT-R4100 by changing the focal length, zoom, irradiating power and cylinder speed of laser head. The most optimal parameters of focal length, zoom, irradiating power and cylinder speed in CTP process were 1500puls, 6700puls, 90%, 600r/min respectively。Compared with computer-to-film (CTF), we found that the image quality of CTP process was better. The average density, register accuracy and ink trapping of CTP process were higher than that of CTF. Ink formation was also better.

One that influences human resource indicators is education. The teacher is a profession as a job of academic specialization in a relatively long time in college. Understanding related to teacher competence is very important to have by a prospective teacher because it can affect the quality of performance as a professional teacher. The teacher's competence is known as pedagogic, professional, social and personality competencies. The issue in this study is how the competency of the teacher of the Department of Geography Education FKIP Unsyiah as a prospective teacher of geography? The purpose of this study was to determine the competence of teachers in the Department of Geography Education FKIP Unsyiah as prospective geography teachers. Quantitative description approach is used in this study to find answers to the issue. The population in this study were students of the Department of Geography Education FKIP Unsyiah class of 2015 and 2016 who had been declared to have passed the Micro Teaching and Magang Kependidikan 3 course totaling 50 people. Because the population is small and can be reached, the determination of the sample using total sampling techniques so that the sample in this study is the whole population. Data collection is done by distributing test questions to respondents. The data was analyzed using the descriptive statistics percentage formula. The results of the study indicate that the level of teacher competence of Geography Education Department students as prospective teachers is in the moderate category, namely as many as 22 respondents (44%). A total of 12 respondents (24%) were in the high category, 15 respondents (30%) were in the low category and 1 respondent (2%) were in the very low category.

The article focuses on examining the influence of fluctuations in annual precipitation amount on the quality of surface waters. Water quality was estimated with data on BOD, COD and phosphate–ion concentration within five selected regions of Ukraine. Analysis of the precipitation data (1991 – 2010) showed different regional trends. Using the statistics, determination of the interconnection between precipitation amount and water resources quality were done. The obtained regularities and associated uncertainties can be used for prediction of changes in water resource quality and as a guide for future adaptation to possible climate change.
