Micro SME documentary producers are challenged to understand, adapt and apply social media technology in the creative economies. This paper examines the technological premise of social media, applications and limitations in documentary filmmaking. Drawing from other fields such as psychology, the author proposes a Real- and Virtual World Networking Model (RVNM), theorizing on how documentary producers can connect via social media networking to generate strong system support for their documentary project. RVNM helps documentary filmmaker make sense of the complexity of social media from development to distribution in order to further stimulate significant growth within the creative industries.

Character of industrial 4.0 skilled worker is an important thing to prepare as soon to face industrial challenge in 4th revolution industry. Industrial 4.0 is an industry that combines automation technology with cyber technology. It will give more impact and change everything totally. Various forms of education must be introduced, but it still does not solve problems for older workers and do not want to change following the development of industrial progress. Because in industrial 4.0 of disruption era will be ordered robot as an effective and efficiency solution for industry and less cost also. So, as worker we must improve our skill to compete and win it. In this research contains three main topics are (a) knowing the industrial Era 4.0, (b) disruption in the industrial Era 4.0 (c) Skills to face industry 4.0. This research method use literature review as 1) searching and selection 2) describe, 3) analysis. The conclusions overall suggest that all workers must improve their skills to face industrial 4.0 era. In this research suggest 4 main skills are effective communication, learn and innovative, information-media-technology, skills full in life and career.

With the development of electronics, mechanical automation, computer and other related disciplines, and the improvement of product efficiency and quality in modern industry, welding robots are born and play an increasingly important role in industrial production lines. 6R welding robot is most commonly used in industrial production lines, so the research on 6R welding robot has practical application values. In this paper, MS165 Yaskawa robot is selected as the target robot. SolidWorks software is used to establish the three-dimensional model of Yaskawa robot, which is imported into Adams. Dynamics analyses of the rigid–flexible coupling system of 6R spot welding robot are studied by powerful dynamic simulation functions of Adams. The maximum stress position of the spot-welding robot working under load is also studied, and the maximum stress curve is obtained.

With the popularity of the Internet, personal computer performance and network bandwidth continues to increase and the rapidly improving network streaming media applications have become more abundant. Due to the high bandwidth for streaming media have characteristics, traditional methods of C/S can easily cause server performance bottlenecks, introduce the idea of P2P live streaming media service, through normal computer exercise part of the server's functionality, decentralization of services, can effectively reduce the load on the server, as well as local high network bandwidth consumption. Therefore, P2P live streaming media distribution technology is potentially broad application prospects.

In this paper one proposed to exemplify a modern solution of an automatic control of industrial production lines. The necessity to align at the requirements of industrial competition has led to a degree of automation of increasingly advanced that the human intervention into the processes is minimal. A high productivity means lower flow interruptions as manufacturing, so the systems which control these lines must operate without errors. This can be done only by testing control programs and monitoring automation systems and, also, through simulate the manufacturing process.
