Functional positions or academic positions of lecturers are positions that indicate the duties, responsibilities, authorities and rights of a person in higher education which in its implementation is based on certain independent skills. The collection of lecturers' functional position files before the existence of this system was still done manually, by collecting files or portfolios in hard files and sent to LLDikti 6. This administrative aspect is one of the barriers for lecturers in improving competence. There are also a number of lecturers who do not yet have the ability to implement information technology related to the collection of functional position files. This community service was carried out with a webinar, which discussed the use of information technology called REJAFA (repository jabatan fungsional). The results of the community service were quite interactive and the enthusiasm of the participants was quite good because the main discussion was related to optimizing the REJAFA system to improve document filing for the functional positions of lecturers.

Abstract: In response to the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, where information technology has become the basis of human life, houses of worship can also take advantage of advances in information technology to provide optimal services to their congregants. Community service activities aim to build the website of the GKPI Jemaat Khusus Perumnas II Mandala Church. The method or stage of implementation of the service starts from the preparation stage, the implementation phase, the implementation phase and the report preparation stage. The results of the implementation of the service is the availability of a website-based information system in the Church of GKPI Jemaat Khusus Perumnas II Mandala that can be utilized in providing services in the form of delivering news information, announcements and announcements of church activities that have been carried out or will be carried out. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk membangun website Gereja GKPI Jemaat Khusus Perumnas II Mandala. Metode atau tahapan pelaksanaan pengabdian dimulai dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap implementasi dan tahap pembuatan laporan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah tersedianya system informasi berbasis website di Gereja GKPI Jemaat Khusus Perumnas II Mandala yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam memberikan pelayanan dalam bentuk penyampaian informasi berita, pengumuman dan pemberitahuan aktifitas-aktifitas kegiatan gereja yang telah dilaksanakan maupun yang akan dilaksanakan. Abstract— Rapid of information technology development grow a new competitive environment. Including higher education, they need to improve their service quality in order to provide education service in more competitive. One of the ways of using information technology in higher education is the used of Academic Information System (AIS). AIS was developed to achieve the goals of the learning process which is one of vision and mission organization success factor. The measurement is needed to evaluate the quality of AIS. Functionality is one of the quality factors which is measured by observing the correlation between function and functional suitability. In this study, the quality of AIS functional suitability is measured using goal-oriented approach base on ISO/IEC 25010 in the perspective of a lecturer. The strategic plan of an institution is used as a reference to measure if the system used to have meet institution goals when using this approach. The result shows that the measurement using goal-oriented approach become more objective and suitable to the need of used AIS quality improvement for the institution than the measurement with ISO/IEC 25010 only. Keywords— Academic Information System, Functional Suitability, GQM, ISO/IEC 25010

The use of Information Technology (IT) in higher education is said to be useful if its application is in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization. Academic information system audit is a method of assessing or assessing academic information systems to ensure that the governance and management functions of the information system are implemented properly. Unimal is a university that has implemented information technology in its operational processes. In achieving the organization's vision, the use of IT in the organization must always be monitored so that the services provided to users can be maximized, including by conducting an audit process to identify the level of IT maturity so that IT management can find solutions from processes that are considered less than optimal. This study aims to measure the level of capability of Unimal Academic Information Technology using COBIT 5 Domain APO (Align, Plan, and Organise) in the APO01, APO02, APO04 and APO11 processes. The focus of the research is also based on the need for priority processes in the Malikussaleh University environment and research related to the APO domain has not been carried out. The purpose of this study in general is to analyze Academic Information Technology using the COBIT 5 framework in the APO domain at the Malikussaleh University, as well as to provide solutions for improving academic information technology and IT implementation at the Malikussaleh University.

The purpose of this study is to express the experiences, ideas, needs, and the use of information technology for the development of management information systems in a higher education institution. This study is qualitative approach research using the case study method. The research data collection uses the techniques of observation, interview, and documentation study. The research procedure used in this research consists of several research steps utilizing the case study method of Robert K. Yin: research planning, research design, research preparation, research data collection, research data analysis, and doing the research report. The research analysis is done by pattern matching. The data validity testing through data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The result of the study presents: (1) the analysis of management information system based on tacit and explicit knowledge through the process of exchanging experience, idea, and initiative, (2) the management information system design based on the needs analysis, and (3) the development of management information system using information technology.

Information technology has a significant role in the education field. One of the critical roles of information technology is in the form of managing the incoming and outgoing mails. State Polytechnic of Cilacap as a higher education institution feels this role. In this research, the author intends to develop the information systems of the incoming and outgoing mails which is accessible for mobile. The development of this information system implements the waterfall process model. The result of the user testing showed that 75% of the users responded it as excellent, 17% of the users responded it as good, and the rest responded it as enought.

In the era of globalization like today, the need for information technology is very high. In daily activities, of course, cannot be separated from the use of computers. People need to add insight to the field of information technology, one of which is the use of Microsoft Word. Therefore, the implementation of this community service program intends to provide knowledge for the community around RT.002 / RW.011 Petukangan Utara Village, Pesanggrahan Sub-District, South Jakarta. This activity also aims to improve the quality of society in the field of Information Technology, especially Microsoft Word. The result of this activity is that the community is able to utilize Microsoft Word to help with various homework or office work. Also, this training is expected to be able to strengthen cooperation between Budi Luhur University and the community around RT.002 / RW.011, Petukangan Utara Village, Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. This activity is one manifestation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education comprising Education, Research and Community Service that must be carried out by each lecturer.

<p>Perkembangan sistem dan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan terhadap dunia Pendidikan khususnya Pendidikan tinggi. Hampir seluruh perguruan tinggi di Indonesia sudah mengadopsi teknologi informasi sebagai media untuk melakukan proses belajar mengajar. Salah satu teknologi yang sudah sering diadopsi adalah Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA) yang berfungsi sebagai fasilitator IT dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan yang bersifat akademik. Namun demikian, dengan penerapan Sistem Informasi Akademik ini pun masih meninggalkan berbagai macam pertanyaan terkait dengan pemanfaatan SIA tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah kerangka yang dapat memfasilitasi untuk mengukur kualitas sebuah perangkat lunak dari sisi Functionality (Fungsionalitas), Reliability (Keandalan), Usability (Kebergunaan), Efficiency (Efisiensi), Maintainability (Pemeliharaan) dan Portability (Portabilitas) dimana semua unsur ini terdapat pada ISO 9126 sebagai dasar acuan untuk menguji kualitas. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menyebar kuesioner serta melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa stakeholder sistem. Atribut-atribut yang digunakan dalam pembuatan kuesioner nantinya akan dijadikan dasar untuk perbaikan kualitas pada perangkat lunak. Diharapkan model yang diusulkan dapat dijadikan kerangka acuan untuk perbaikan kualitas bagi perangkat lunak di lingkup akademik perguruan tinggi khususnya bagian akademik dan unit penunjang lain pada umumnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem dinilai baik ditinjau dari semua karakteristik software berdasarkan ISO 9126.</p><p> </p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p> </p><p><em>The rapid growth of information technology has brought a significant change to academic institution, especially to higher education. Almost all of Indonesia higher education has adopted the information technology as a learning media. Academic Information System is one of the technologies that adopted for academic purposes. However, there are still many gaps in developing and implementing the system. This research aims to build a conceptual framework that can measure the quality based on its functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability and portability where all this element is exist in ISO 9126 as our guide for measuring the quality. We use a questionnaire and interview the stakeholders to collect data. The attributes in the questionnaire will used as a guidance to build a baseline framework. We hope this will be a good proposed model that can be a main reference for academic and other related units. The result shows that all system characteristic has a good point based on ISO 9126.</em></p>

<p>The development of Information Technology is increasingly demanding that Higher Education to provide information quickly to meet the needs of Information and Monitoring Course for Lecturers, Students and Admin staff. This study aims to design a Model Information System and Monitoring Course at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Semarang Web-based. Coverage includes lecture planning, lecturing, evaluation of lecturing, control of lecturing and improvement of lecture planning. This research produces an application of Information System and Monitoring model of lecturing which aims to facilitate and accelerate the preparation of time, room and course schedule and ease in monitoring the attendance status of lecturers in class either to students or other parties in real time without having to come to campus check board information . The contribution of this research results will greatly affect the application of science and technology for higher education institutions and to realize the development of Faculty of Engineering Semarang University as a leading Faculty in 2023. The method used is dynamic priorities method which prioritizes the process that has the highest <br />priority and is able to respond to changes in the system environment operate. Modeling the system using XAMPP package in which integrated MySQL module for database purposes, PHP for management of information systems, and Apache for simulation purposes. The results showed the implementation of the application of Information Systems Monitoring System Lectures Faculty of Engineering, University of Semarang goes well.</p>

In the ever-expanding digital information era, hotels in particular Hotel SWK 95 should start using information technology to help hotel operations to operate maximally. Hotel SWK 95 has an information system for booking rooms and others but Hotel SWK 95 does not have information system to manage Inventory like pillow, blanket, etc. So here the author has compiled and made an inventory information system to meet the needs of the Hotel SWK 95. The information system that the authors created can help in the inventory arrangements, especially as laundry systems and vendors anywhere that the hotel use to wash the laundry and schedule when the estimated laundry should be taken. And also the status, quantity, and history of the circulation of existing goods.

<p>Institut Hindu Dharma Negeri (IHDN) Denpasar utilize information technology to support the vision and mission. Besides utilized to assist in the administration of education, information technology is also used for the development of quality IHDN. For example, the implementation of SPMI by the Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu (LPM) IHDN Denpasar by utilizing information technology in empowering educators, staff, service for learners. Information technology can make SPMI process becomes more transparent and accountable, so as to improve the quality of education in IHDN Denpasar.</p><p>In 2016, the lecturers of IHDN Denpasar have been using applications Beban Kerja Dosen (BKD) so that the implementation of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi of each Lecturer can be calculated in a professional manner. Application Beban Kerja Dosen (BKD) which uses Microsoft Access greatly assist the lecturers of IHDN Denpasar in preparing the report of BKD, which became the basis allowances of lecturer certification. Scientific Journal Publication as research journals have been managed by using information technology in website’s form http://www.ejournal.ihdn.ac.id. Process research and community service in IHDN Denpasar, ranging from proposals to reporting already using online application that Management Information Systems Institute of Research and Community Service (LPPM). Implementation of the obligations of officials in Denpasar IHDN in education have used the system of financial information which relating to applications such as SPAN and SILABI, and for IHDN affairs personnel data in Denpasar using http://ropeg.kemenag.go.id information system. whereas for asset management or inventory in IHDN Denpasar is managed by using the application of State Property (BMN). Services to students, starting from recruitment of new students, the learning process through graduation in Denpasar IHDN also have been managed through a new Student Information System Admissions, Academic Information Systems, and Information Systems Graduation.</p>
