The purpose of this research is to manage an android-based lecturer performance database. The approach in this study uses a systems approach with a waterfall model. The steps in developing the model are; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The results of the study, the results of the database expert validation include; study programs, lecturers, courses, classes, students, and reports are appropriate to use. Website expert validation is carried out on 5 indicators, namely; a) content, b) readibility, c) speed, d) technological sophistication, and e) access worth using. Conclusion, Implementation of android-based lecturer performance database is feasible to use. Keywords: Android, Database, Lecturer Performance

This study aims to manage quality document data based on information technology. The stages of this research method include; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The approach in this study uses a systems approach with the waterfall model. The steps for developing a software model with a waterfall model are divided into 4 cycles, namely; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The results of the study, 1) menu components and SOP submenus are feasible for use, 2) Standard Quality menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 3) quality manual menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 4) menu components and formuruclear submenus are suitable for use. In conclusion, the Quality Document SIM is feasible to use. The Quality Document Database Management Information System can assist LP3MP in managing data online, so that the LP3MP operator team can (input, process and output data) quickly, precisely and accurately. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kampar merupakan unsur pelaksana tugas daerah yang dipimpin oleh seorang kepala dinas dan bertanggung jawab kepada bupati melalui sekretaris daerah. Salah satu tugas pokok Disdukcapil adalah menyelenggarakan pelayanan dalam bidang kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil dan melaksanakan pelayanan administrasi dalam bidang kependudukan, akta kelahiran, kematian, perkawinan, perceraian, perubahan nama dan pengakuan anak. Namun dalam prosesnya masih terdapat kekurangan-kekurangan yaitu tidak adanya kepastian kapan akta selesai, informasi persyaratan yang masih kurang dan jarak yang jauh bagi masyarakat yang tinggal jauh dari kantor Disdukcapil. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi akta kependudukan berbasis web. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah waterfall dengan 5 tahapan yaitu requirements analysis and defenition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, dan operation and maintenance yang dibatasi hanya sampai pada tahap integration and system testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan UAT menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerimaan terhadap sistem informasi akta kependudukan adalah sebesar 100%. Dengan adanya sistem informasi akta kependudukan ini masyarakat dapat melihat informasi persyaratan, melakukan pendaftaran dan melihat status permohonan melalui sistem secara online.

This article aimed at managing information technology based school supervisory managerial supervision database. The approach in this study uses a system approach with a waterfall model. The steps of developing the model are requirements analysis, design,  implementation and unit testing, integration and system test. The results show that School supervisors in the North Musi Rawas District Office still use the manual system, and design of managerial supervisory information systems for principals are designed based on planned flowcharts. The results of expert validation, the supervisory managerial supervisory database includes; curriculum and learning administration, class administration, school administration and management, organization and institutions, facilities and infrastructure, staffing, funding, students, community participation, school cultural environment are appropriate to be used. Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Nilai Siswa di SMK Swadaya Temanggung masih manual masih berupa kertas raport yang ditulis tangan oleh walikelas sehingga tida efektif dan membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama untuk melihat nilai siswa. Penulis bermaksud melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mendapatpatkan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan membuat Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Nilai Siswa di SMK Swadaya Temanggung. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metodologi pengembangan sistem waterfall yang terdiri dari Requirements Analysis and Definition, Sytem and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, dan Operationa and Maintenance. Bahasa Pemrograman yang dipilih yaitu PHP dan MySql untuk menangani databasenya. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Nilai Siswa Berbasis Web Pada SMK Swadaya Temanggung mampu menyelesaikan atau meminimalisir permasalahan yang ada. Dengan adanya sistem ini proses penginputan nilai siswa akan lebih cepat dan efektif sehingga walimurid dapat melihat nilai dan absensi siswa

In the world of education the utilization of information technology is something that must be implemented, one of which is the use of the internet which can be used as a medium for disseminating information. Informatic Study Program of Sumbawa University of Technology is a study program that has graduated many alumni, but so far there is no portal that can manage information regarding the whereabouts of its alumni. This causes the study program difficulties in getting the latest information of the alumni when needed. Therefore, in this research a website-based alumni information system was designed which aims to facilitate the Informatic Study Program of Sumbawa University of Technology in managing and searching for information related to alumni data. In building this system researchers used the PHP programming language with CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL as the database. Then for the development of this software is using Waterfall model. It is hoped that when this system is implemented it can be used by study programs and alumni in managing alumni information, making it easier and faster to conduct data collection and reporting of existing alumni data.

English for Specific Purposes (ESP) is an English language learning that incorporates elements of learner specific needs and the context of the work environment. ESP for Madura Tourism Promotion has not been developed concretely for Tourism course in English Education Department STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. Madura's growing tourism potential and attracting many domestic and foreign tourists need to be addressed carefully in the preparation of indigenous human resources in its management. This study aims to develop teaching materials specifically to prepare students of the English Education Department  STKIP Bangkalan PGRI to be able to equip themselves in communication and tourism management competencies with the language of instruction in English. Teaching materials produced through the needs assessment process involving many parties. In data collection related to communication competencies such as what is needed in the management and promotion of Madura's tourism. The R & D model used is systems approach model with ten sequences of stages available. In the material development stage, researchers also implemented expert validation by involving two expert lecturers in the related fields, namely curriculum and instructional materials development and tourism management. To obtain empirical validation, researchers conducted trials in the class so that learning design revisions were obtained if there were perceived less precise. The teaching materials will become appropriate and professional teaching materials and can be produced to improve the quality of  human recource in the tourism sector. Abstrak English for Specific Purposes (ESP) merupakan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang memasukkan unsur kebutuhan khusus pembelajar dan konteks lingkungan kerja. ESP untuk Promosi Pariwisata Madura belum dikembangkan secara konkret dalam mata kuliah English for Tourism di program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. Potensi pariwisata Madura yang kian berkembang dan banyak menarik wisatawan domestik dan mancanegara perlu disikapi dengan cermat dalam persiapan SDM penduduk pribumi dalam pengelolaannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi ajar yang khusus untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris STKIP PGRI Bangkalan untuk mampu membekali diri dalam kompetensi komunikasi dan manajemen pariwisata dengan bahasa pengantar bahasa Inggris.Materi ajar yang dihasilkan melalui proses needs assessment yang melibatkan banyak pihak dalam pengambilan data terkait dengan kompetensi komunikasi seperti apa yang diperlukan dalam pengelolaan dan promosi pariwisat Madura. Model R&D yang digunakan adalah systems approach model dengan sepuluh runtutan tahapan yang ada. Dalam tahapan pengembangan materi, peneliti juga memberlakukan expert validation dengan melibatkan dua dosen ahli dalam bidang yang terkait, yaitu curriculum and instructional materials development dan tourism management.Untuk mendapatkan empirical validation, peneliti melakukan uji coba di kelas sehingga diperoleh revisi desain pembelajaran apabila dirasa ada yang kurang tepat. Materi ajar yang dihasilkan nantinya akan menjadi bahan ajar yang tepat dan profesional dan bisa diproduksi secara massal untuk membantu meningkatkan kualitas SDM Madura dalam bidang pariwisata.

Abstract: The Information Systems Study Program is one of the study programs at the Open University. The duties and responsibilities of the study program are managing academic and non-academic services. Management of incoming and outgoing mail is one of the tasks that must be carried out so that the service process is maximized. But the management is still manually so that problems occur such as difficulty in finding incoming or outgoing mail because it is still stored in folders, can only be accessed by one person because it is still stored on a computer and it is difficult to classify incoming mail. Therefore there must be a web-based incoming and outgoing mail management application. The purpose of this research is to implement a web-based incoming and outgoing mail application in the Information Systems Study Program. The model used for its development uses the waterfall model, while the testing model uses a black box. The results of this study are knowing the usability of implementing incoming and outgoing letters in the Information Systems Study Program.                  Keywords: Black Boxes; Outgoing Letters; Incoming Letters; Waterfalls; Web Applications.  Abstrak: Program Studi Sistem Informasi merupakan salah satu program studi yang ada di Universitas Terbuka. Tugas dan tanggung jawab program studi adalah mengelola layanan akademik maupun non akademik. Pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar merupakan salah satu tugas yang harus dijalankan agar proses layanan menjadi maksimal. Namun pengelolaannya masih secara manual sehingga terjadi permasalahan seperti sulitnya mencari surat yang masuk atau surat yang keluar karena masih di simpan dalam folder-folder, hanya bisa di akses oleh satu orang karena masih disimpan dalam sebuah komputer dan sulit mengklasifikasikan surat yang masuk. Oleh sebab itu harus ada sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan aplikasi surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web di Program Studi Sistem Informasi. Model yang digunakan untuk pengembangannya menggunakan model watelfall, sedangkan model pengujiannya menggunakan black box. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui usability dari implementasi surat masuk dan surat keluar di Program Studi Sistem Informasi Kata kunci: Aplikasi Web; Black Box; Surat Keluar; Surat Masuk; Waterfall.

Profile information such as information about the university, class schedules, grades and information and announcements. So that the efficiency and effectiveness in terms of time, effort, and cost can be achieved with either. The method used in this study is based on qualitative methods and action. While the system development using SDLC with Waterfall Model. The software used is: Windows XP Professional, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 and Xampp 1.7.8. <p class="Judul2">Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) merupakan mata kuliah bidang pedagogi yang wajib ditempuh oleh semua mahasiswa Strata 1 (S1) Program Studi (PRODI) Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi (PTI) Jurusan Sistem Informasi (SI) Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (FILKOM) Universitas Brawijaya (UB) untuk menerapkan tenaga pendidik profesional di bidang Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Tujuan dari penilaian PPL merupakan untuk memperoleh informasi akurat tentang tingkat pencapaian kemampuan atau kompetensi mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan hak dan kewajiban dalam PPL. Namun, selama proses pelaksanaan PPL semua aktivitas masih dilakukan luring. Hal ini memiliki dampak adanya batasan ruang dan waktu untuk para penilai,  pengarsipan dokumen penilaian kurang termonitor, dan manipulasi penilaian oleh mahasiswa. Sehingga perlu mengoptimalkan pengelolaan dalam sistem penilaian PPL dengan solusi aplikasi sistem penilaian PPL berbasis web yang dapat diakses dari peramban apapun. Pengembangan aplikasi sistem penilaian PPL diciptakan berbasis website. Model Waterfall merupakan metode pengembangan aplikasi yang telah digunakan. Pengujian aplikasi sistem penilaian PPL dilaksanakan melalui pengujian <em>white-box</em> (pengujian unit dan integrasi), pengujian <em>black-box</em> (pengujian  validasi), dan pengujian <em>compatibility </em>dengan <em>sortsite</em>. Berdasarkan dari pengujian pada sestiap kasus uji di aplikasi sistem penilaian menandakan bahwa 100% valid dan dapat dijalankan diberbagai peramban, yaitu (1) IE; (2) Edge; (3) Firefox; (4) Safari; (5) Opera; (6) Chrome; (7) iOS; (8) Android.</p><p class="Judul2"> </p><p class="Judul2"><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p class="Abstract"><em>Field Experience Practice (FEP) is a pedagogy course that must be taken by all students of study program  Information Technology Education (ITE) Department of Information Systems Faculty of Computer Science at Brawijaya University to apply professional educators in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The purpose of FEP assessment is to obtain accurate information about the level of achievement of students' ability or competence in carrying out rights and obligations in FEP. However, during the FEP implementation process all activities are still carried out offline. This has the effect of limiting space and time for assessors, archiving of undermonitored assessment documents, and manipulation of assessments by students. So it is necessary to optimize the management in the FEP assessment system with a web-based FEP assessment system application solution that can be accessed from any browser. The development of FEP assessment system application was created based on the website. Waterfall model is an application development method that has been used. FEP assessment system application testing is conducted through white-box testing (unit testing and integration), black-box testing (validation testing), and compatibility testing with sortites. Based on testing on a single test case in the application the assessment system indicates that it is 100% valid and can be run in various browsers, namely (1) IE; (2) Edge; (3) Firefox; (4) Safari; (5) Opera; (6) Chrome; (7) iOS; (8) Android.</em></p><p class="Judul2"><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>

Abstract The aims of this research are: (1) producing a mobile applications android based for sensor and transducer field of study on vocational education; (2) know the quality of the product mobile applications android based for sensor and transducer field study on vocational education. The method used is the Software Development Life Cycle with the Waterfall model. The stages in Waterfall model are: (1) requirements definition; (2) system and software design; (3) implementation and unit testing; (4) integration and system testing; (5) operation and maintenance. The black box test results show the performance of Sensor application software can all function properly. While the results of the compatibility test show the application can run on various android systems (at least Android 4.2).
