The article reflects the results of experimental testing of the monitoring program, focused on studying the specifics of the manifestation of modern fathers' readiness to effectively implement their most important social role – «parent». Based on the results of research by scientists in the field of parenting (research by V.V. Abramenkova, A.I. Antonov, V.V. Boyko, V.I.Brutman, A.I. Zakharova, S.Yu. Meshcheryakova, R.V. Ovcharova, V.A.Petrovsky, N.Yu. Sinyagina, G.G. Filippova, A.G. Kharcheva; D. Bassin, E. Galinsky, M. Honey, M. Kaplan, etc.) and an experimental monitoring program was implemented, aimed at a detailed study of the readiness of the fathers of our pupils for responsible fatherhood. Having summarized the data obtained by us as a result of the monitoring program, we conclude that only a quarter of dads are responsible for the implementation of the role of «parent». Most fathers need help for raising their children. We define the development and subsequent implementation of the program of psychological and pedagogical support for dads in the upbringing of their children in the practice of preschool educational institutions as the target guidelines for our future activities.

The article reflects the results of experimental testing of the monitoring program focused on studying the specifics of the manifestation of paternity in modern parents. Having carried out a detailed analysis of works related to parenting issues (studies by V.V. Abramenkova, A.I. Antonov, V.V. Boyko, V.I. Brutman, A.I. Zakharova, S.Yu. Meshcheryakova, R.V. Ovcharova, V.A. Petrovsky, N.Yu. Sinyagina, G.G. Filippova, A.G. Kharcheva; D. Bassin, E. Galinsky, M. Honey, M. Kaplan, etc.) by parenting we mean complex complex psychological education, which includes a set of value orientations of the parent, his attitudes, expectations, feelings and attitudes towards children, parental responsibility, as well as the style of family education. Since we consider positive emotions and feelings of parents towards their children as the basis of responsible and positive parenting, we tend to say that responsible parenting presupposes, first of all, the awareness of oneself as a parent not only as a woman (mother), but also a man - a father (this conclusion is based on the analysis of the research of T.B. Belyaeva, Y.V. Evsenkova, E.V. Krichevskaya, I.S. Kon, I.V. Rybalko, etc.). Summarizing the research results (works by E.A. Abrosimova, T.V. Arkhireeva, Yu.V. Borisenko, E.P. Ilyin, B.I. Kochubei, R.V. Ovcharova, T.A. Ponomareva, A.G. Portnova, N.V. Fedorova, G.G. Filippova, etc.) we can say that in families where fathers are responsible for the role of "parent" and fully perform their social functions (take care of children, are actively involved in their life, are systematically engaged in their upbringing), - children are distinguished by more harmonious development, they adapt more easily in society, they have fewer difficulties associated with their gender identification. At the same time, according to a number of scientists (works of S. Gampert, R. Horst, W.E. Fthenakis; Yu.V. Borisenko, Yu.V. Evseenkova, Yu.A. Latysheva, L.V. Russkikh, A.S. Spivakovskaya etc.), the educational position of the father in its formation lags behind the mother's position. The monitoring program developed by us, which included the author's questionnaire “I and my child”, M. Rokeach's methodology “Value orientations”, D. Olson's test methods “Real family”, “Ideal family”, as well as the parenting style questionnaire ACB E.G. Eidemiller and V.V. Yustitskisa is aimed at a detailed study of responsible parenthood and, as a consequence, the implementation by them of their most important social role of "parent".

Abstract Entrepreneurial spirit plays an increasingly important role in the economic sphere, and universities are meant to play a central role in this process, where the main objective is the continuous development and mediation of the knowledge increasingly geared to the applications through innovation and patenting a secure platform for employment and well-being growth. The Universities have to take a position in if/and how they want to grow into a so-called “University of Entrepreneurship” which is characterized by a high degree of openness to the surrounding society and here we are talking, especially, about, the business sector in Romania. This evolution of expectations for the social role of universities has resulted from increased and recent interest in entrepreneurship and innovation of areas as research and theory of the business environment. The experience gained as teachers indicates that education and entrepreneurship education should include different theories and methodology than those applied in the usual way. The theory of traditional management and microeconomic models could even be a barrier to new thinking and change and, therefore, to the implementation of modern entrepreneurial actions. We want this article to be a source of inspiration for educational institutions and to have a positive contribution to research in business education and to be applicable in business decision-making.

Community Development is a process of collective action taken by the members of a community to generate solutions for common problems.  The aspects of community well being namely Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural well being evolves from this type of collective action taken at multiple societal levels. (Weaver, 1971) defines community development as a process of “A public-group approach dedicated to achieving the goals of the total body politic.” Therefore, it is evident that a community can be developed through the effective participation of citizens. It is universally acceptable that community service is a vehicle for safeguarding the environment that is initiated from the participants of the community. In order to imbibe the community consciousness among the citizens, every country should “Catch them Young”. The purpose of the paper is to integrate Participative Model (Active Citizenship, Citizen Networks and Co-production) with Self-service Model (Social Governance, Societal Discipline and Accountability). The article assesses synergetic theory of document as a new development in document science. In information society the social role of document grows, as information involves all members of society in the process of documentation. The transformation of document under the influence of modern information technologies increases its interest to representatives of different sciences. Interdisciplinary nature of document as an object of research leads to an ambiguous interpretation of its nature and social role. The article expresses and contends the author's views on this issue. In her opinion, social role of document is incidental to its being a main social tool regulating the life of civilized society. Thus, the study aims to create a scientific theory of document, explaining its nature and social role as a tool of social (goal-oriented) action and social self-organization. Substantiation of this idea is based on application of synergetics (i.e., universal theory of self-organization) to scientific study of document. In the synergetic paradigm, social and historical development is seen as the change of phases of chaos and order, and document is considered a main tool that regulates social relations. Unlike other theories of document, synergetic theory studies document not as a carrier and means of information transfer, but as a unique social phenomenon and universal social tool. For the first time, the study of document steps out of traditional frameworks of office, archive, and library. The document is placed on the scales with society as a global social system with its functional subsystems of politics, economy, culture, and personality. For the first time, the methods of social sciences and modern sociological theories are applied to scientific study of document. This methodology provided a basis for theoretical vindication of nature and social role of document as a tool of social (goal-oriented) action and social self-organization. The study frames a synergetic theory of document with methodological foundations and basic concepts, synergetic model of document, laws of development and effectiveness of document in the social continuum. At the present stage of development of science, it can be considered the highest form of theoretical knowledge of document and its scientific explanatory theory.

With the enactment of the Education System Act no 20 of 2003 (better known as the Sisdiknas Act), the State has determined that educational institutions should have a legal umbrella in the form of a legal entity, or better known as the Legal Entity Education. As a non-profit organization, the Foundation is the right legal entity that becomes a place for educational institutions, especially private schools. Therefore, of course, Notary has a very crucial role in making notary deed in the form of establishment and deed of change, such as example how in making the right basic budget and not multi interpresatasi for stake holders in the foundation. Therefore, the role of function and authority of the organ of the foundation must be clearly stated in the articles of association, so as not to cause a dispute in the future.KEYWORDS: Notaries, Foundation, Organ Foundation,

Ali Bin Abi Talib once said that children should be educated in accordance with the  development of the times. The Ali bin Abi Talib’s statement could be considered as his attention more to the development of human civilization. For that reason, there should be studies focused on the role of educational institutions in facing the challenges of the times. On this stand, the writer raises the existence of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) for being considered to have been able to survive amid the onslaught of civilization increasingly obscuring cultural identity. In addition, this study also aims to identify and discuss the role of pesantren in the modern era. This is a literature study using a descriptive and exploratory approach. It can be concluded that pesantren are non-formal Islamic educational institutions. Pesantren have permanent and distictive methods and learning models. The purpose of pesantren education is the same as Islamic education in general, instilling a sense of virtue, familiarizing themselves with courtesy, preparing for a holy, sincere and honest life entirely. Pesantren could be seen from three aspects: (a) pesantren that are seen from facilities and infrastructures, (b) pesantren that are seen from disciplines taught, and (c) pesantren that are seen from the fields of knowledge.
