Results. The research according the indicators and forms of aggression showed that people with who use psychoactive substances tried to show their personal traits, characterized by the presence of destructive tendencies in interpersonal relationships, aggressive behavior of psychological characteristics manifested by such traits, as fear of public disapproval, irritability, tendency to see hostility in others actions, the conviction of addicts that they can not be masters of their own destiny, the tendency to feel shame and guilty in many situations. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of using available diagnostic tools for the health status of students who are engaged in physical education on the basis of a classical university using the LMS Moodle system. The goal of the study is to create diagnostic tools for the health status of the students which are in physical education using available innovative technologies. The study involved 46 students of the Kharkov National University named after V. N. Karazin aged 19-21 years who are engaged in sections of the sport games at the Department of Physical Culture (26 girls and 20 boys). The concepts of «health saving competence», «healthy lifestyle», «value for health» and «interactive technologies» have been considered in the article. The problem of formation of health-saving competence of future specialists of information and telecommunication specialties in the process of vocational training by means of physical education at the present stage of development of pedagogical science is characterized. The importance of comprehensive students’ preparation is revealed, because its level has a significant influence on reducing the period of mastery of the specialty, on the increase of labor productivity, on the increase of professional mobility. In this regard, the socio-economic importance of qualitative training of highly qualified specialists, whose work in the context of modern scientific and technological progress is of particular importance, is increasing. The problem of research of theoretical and methodological foundations of formation of health-saving competence of future specialists of information and telecommunication technologies in the process of vocational training by means of physical education at the present stage of development of pedagogical science becomes of important scientific educational and social importance. The list of tasks of higher education institutions, both public and private, include: solving the problem of supporting and strengthening the health of student youth, creating an atmosphere of health saving in the system of their study, providing social and psychological physical and health assistance, i.e. improving the system of measures on implementation and protection of youth rights, which is clearly defined in the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine «On Higher Education».

Objective The College Students’ Health Motivation Questionnaire (CSHM-Q) is used to measure motivation for a healthy lifestyle among emerging adults. This study sought to validate the CSHM-Q using the Rasch measurement model. Methods 322 participants were recruited based on a convenience sampling method. The Rasch analysis was carried out using the RUMM2030 software. Results Local item dependency was accommodated using the ‘super item’ approach. Disordered thresholds were resolved by collapsing some response options. After modification, each component of the CSHM-Q showed acceptable overall fit, item and person fit, internal consistency, and targeting. Unidimensionality was supported at the subscale level. Items did not exhibit disordered threshold, local item dependency, or differential item functioning. Transforming tables were also created to help convert the raw score into an interval scale. Conclusions Results of the Rasch analysis supported the interval scale measurement properties of the CSHM-Q and offered health education researchers an instrument to measure emerging adults’ health motivation in the higher education context.
