As a part of dissertaion research entitled “Developing A Model Of Business English Teaching Material For Students Of Politeknik Negeri Padang”. This article tells about the needs of Business English in workplaces from the graduate students persperctive. The information gottten can be used as inputs is designing Business English curriculum which in based on Link and Match concept between the needs of workplaces and educational institutions. A survey was done by spreading online questionnaires by using Google drive to the graduates of accounting department, who work for some companies in Indonesia. By using descriptive analysis, finding of the research obtains an overview that four language skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) are very impportant in business communication. It menas that they must be taught in Business English class. Next, it is also obtained that grammar, vocabulary, pronounciation, and translation are also very important to be taughy. Besides, this study can determine some business topics that are needed for Business English class.

Polemicizing with the existing opinion that modern numerical methods allow to solve practically any problem of mechanics, it should be noted that analytical and experimental methods still are relevant, and a complex of methods leads to development of mechanics of a deformable solid body. At present one of the most important directions of development of mechanics of a deformable solid body is creation of the approaches that allow to combine organically great computing opportunities of modern supercomputers with experimental methods of the material and design research. In engineering practice at production of designs and products incompressible materials are widely used. Assessment of their durability requires detailed studying of deflected mode caused by action of various loadings and forces. For a solid body from incompressible material, using the resolving equations set of mechanics of a deformable solid body, at action of the compelled deformations of a general view, volume and superficial forces conditions of equivalence are established. It is shown that the known solutions are special cases of the established equivalence conditions. The efficiency of the analytical solution of a three-dimensional task on the rotating disk from incompressible material is shown by the method of equivalence of effects.

Abstract Silos and tanks are currently being used to create reserves of stored materials. Their importance is based on balancing the production and consumption of bulk materials to establish an adequate reserve throughout the year. The case study introduced within the framework of this paper focuses on thin-walled silos made of corrugated sheets and on an approach for designing these types of structures. The storage of bulk materials causes compression or tensile stresses in the walls of a silo structure. The effect of a frictional force in the silo walls creates an additional bending moment in a wave, which ultimately affects the resulting bending moments. Several mathematical and physical models were used in order to examine various types of loading and their effects on a structure. Subsequently, the accuracy of the computational models was verified by experimental measurements on a grain silo in Bojničky, Slovakia. A comparison of the experimental and mathematical models shows a reasonable match and confirms the load specifications, while indicating that the mathematical model was correct.

The monograph reveals the main theoretical, historical and methodological problems of concertmaster's art, and also solves practical problems of concertmaster's performance. For the first time, one publication systematizes various aspects of this problem. The monograph examines the philosophical and aesthetic orientation of concertmaster art in the context of ensemble performance, clarifies the aspects of professional definitions, and clarifies the fundamental differences between the accompanist and concertmaster. The study reveals largely unknown pages of the formation of the concertmaster as a separate profession, this process can be traced in the historical and cultural context from ancient times to the present day. The fundamental prerequisites of the formation of concertmaster activity as a special form of music making are analyzed, theoretical and methodical literature, including foreign literature not translated into Russian, psychological aspects of concertmaster activity are studied. The specificity of concertmaster's work in various performing classes of music schools and in musical theater is studied. A number of clarifications of the musical text of claviers are given, as well as corrections to incorrectly published musical editions. The monograph is addressed to concertmasters-practitioners, teachers, students of higher educational institutions, graduate students, assistant trainees studying in the field of "Piano", as well as related specialties.

The relevance of the article is due to the fact that the motivation of achievements among students of sports universities differs in different degrees of formation, which is reflected in the instability of their results. The author considers the most pressing problems of the formation of achievement motivation. The purpose of the article was to study the degree of formation of achievement motivation among students of sports universities. The study showed that the motivational sphere of students is distinguished by the following features: not stability and varying degrees of formation from low to high levels. The study shows the presence of contradictions between a high level of aspirations for achievement and the fear of failure among student athletes, which is reflected in the instability of their results and impulsivity of behavior. The findings indicate the need to introduce a program for the formation of achievement motivation into the educational process of the university, which should be aimed at developing those personality traits that contribute to the adequate experience of sports successes and failures. The article is intended for teachers of sports universities, graduate students and students of higher educational institutions, practical education workers.

The processes of consolidation, deconsolidation, phase transitions and destructions in the terms of internal structures of the Earth аre studied on the base of non-linear theory of deformable solid bodies. It is shown that the loss of stability of equilibrium state can precede to the processes of deconsolidation, phase transitions and destructions on geometric form change (structural instability).

This study focuses on analysing the acceptance level with the online education among under graduate and post graduate students during period of pandemic especially during Covid-19. In this regard, student perception with the online education was analysed using the secondary data as collected from various sources. As the COVID-19 pandemic threatens the academic calendars, educational institutions around the world have been closed and about 70% of the students are engaged in the online education. Students faced various problems related to depression, poor internet activity and inconvenient home learning environment. The online education by the various e-techniques and methods has proven to a solution for colleges and universities, but still the success of online education depends on student’s perception and satisfaction level. The sudden transition from a face-to-face to virtual space causes a disruption to the students. Based on the findings of these study, the research implications for educational institutions and researchers are discussed.
