Abstract ASTM B 367 GRADE Ti-Pd8A is commercially pure titanium casting alloy with a small palladium addition. For the most part, titanium casting alloys are based on traditional wrought product compositions. The small palladium addition to this grade improves corrosion resistance while not changing any of the physical or mechanical properties over the similarly composed commercially pure (CP) grade. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: TI-132. Producer or source: International Titanium Association.

Abstract ASTM B 367 GRADE C-3 is a commercially pure titanium casting alloy. For the most part, titanium casting alloys are based on traditional wrought product compositions. Several data sheets for commercially pure (CP) grades of wrought titanium alloys have been published in Alloy Digest. This data sheet covers one of the most popular grades in cast form. The cast version is used because it is cost effective and as corrosion resistant as the wrought form. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: TI-131. Producer or source: The International Titanium Association.
