Abstract CarTech 25Ni-20Cr-6Mo is an extra low-carbon, 25Ni-20Cr-6Mo, super-austenitic stainless steel that is designed to resist pitting and crevice corrosion in acidic or neutral chloride environments. This resistance is provided by its chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen content, while nickel stabilizes the austenitic structure.
