Balint groups are a structured group process designed for physicians and other helping professionals to provide feedback to each other concerning troublesome patient encounters. The process of Balint groups has survived and even thrived for more than a half century since their inception, suggesting their inherent value. However, measuring the impact in order to communicate the nature of that value has been elusive. A recent literature review highlighted the equivocal nature of research results and suggested that well-designed qualitative research may be more effective in selecting target measures which could result in better evidence for this group process. This paper describes such an effort using a qualitative analysis of the author’s own reflections about significant moments and learnings while participating in Balint groups.

Purpose By reviewing the overall concept of corporate political strategy (CPS), the purpose of this paper is to display a contemporary summary of issues of the diverse global CPSs. This study additionally aims to provide relevant corporate political behavioral concepts that surround a firm’s political actions when entering specific politico-economic markets as well as future work recommendations. This paper further provides a contemporary bibliographic analysis on CPS. Design/methodology/approach Through a systematic ISI Web of KnowledgeTM All Databases literature review on “CPS,” the research was refined in relation to articles from “all year time-span,” “social science,” and “business economic” areas. After relevant papers were retrieved, sorted, and analyzed, a final bibliographic analysis on CPS was performed using HistCite reference graph maker. Findings Results of this research provide a table with a conceptual summary of different CPS types, approaches to political strategy, participation levels, assessment of the political environments, research implications, as well as other related CPS factors. Research limitations/implications There is still a lack of empirical research on how specific firm CPSs can help overcome the effect of foreignness within different host countries. This study provides an overview and list of CPSs that companies use when entering a particular politico-economic context as well as inner CPS research streams. Originality/value This contemporary conceptual taxonomy on CPS provides researchers as well as practitioners with insights into the global CPS evolution, in addition to a current picture of CPS within different contexts.

The study was conducted with 300 published articles based on the selected keyword ‘Digital Media’, ‘Students Engagement’, and ‘E-Learning’ in the last 10 years. Researchers systematically analyzed the articles, following type and period of publication; publisher wise; citations, publishers, and years; authors; titles; and top journals to identify the impact of Digital Media. The finding provides the role of Digital media and its impact on E-Learning patterns of students. Furthermore, it is accommodating in comprehending the students in putting the knowledge gained through Digital Media to optimal use. Based on finding this platform can be enlarged to serve all streams of learning materials. Confiding Digital Media only for Learning of Students could be considered a narrow approach, hence part from selected keyword studies could also be conducted. The present research will help future researchers and academician to have a clear understanding of Digital Media to utilize it as learning.

The article provides a bibliometric analysis of publications on the queries of "illegal import operations" and illegal export operations during 1984-2021. Emphasis was placed on Scopus as it is the largest bibliographic database in the world, representing over 21,000 international scientific publishing houses. The work is devoted to the study of the application of bibliographic analysis as a quantitative approach in assessing the documentary and informational workflow, which makes it possible to carry out a formalized analysis of the results of scientific activity quite accurately. The main results demonstrate an increase the topic interest of illegal export-import operations in different social and economic areas and in different countries. The analysis of publications proves the lack of a literature review on the topic with the keywords illegal import operations and illegal export operations. It has also been found that bibliometric analysis is an effective tool that can be used for literature reviews across all branches of the social and economic sciences. The results obtained in this study provide additional information on the development of the topic of illegal export-import operations, sources of publications, and their dynamics, as well as justification for the development of a literature review as an obligatory part of scientific articles on the topic under study. Keywords: bibliometric analysis; Scopus database; illegal import transactions; illegal export transactions.

ABSTRACTEcological corridors are areas that link forest fragments or protected areas separated by human interference. Materials and methods: of the study was the contemporary publications on the anatomical and histological structure of the human and animal gallbladder wall mucosa, studied using the analysis, synthesis and summarizing of the obtained information. Conclusions: Basically, the structure of the gallbladder wall mucosa in humans and animals of different classes has much in common; however there are also significant differences depending on the natural type of nutrition. Structural organization of the gallbladder wall in animals in comparison with humans has individual features and depends on the type of nutrition.

Computerized auditory training (CAT) is a convenient, low-cost approach to improving communication of individuals with hearing loss or other communicative disorders. A number of CAT programs are being marketed to patients and audiologists. The present literature review is an examination of evidence for the effectiveness of CAT in improving speech perception in adults with hearing impairments. Six current CAT programs, used in 9 published studies, were reviewed. In all 9 studies, some benefit of CAT for speech perception was demonstrated. Although these results are encouraging, the overall quality of available evidence remains low, and many programs currently on the market have not yet been evaluated. Thus, caution is needed when selecting CAT programs for specific patients. It is hoped that future researchers will (a) examine a greater number of CAT programs using more rigorous experimental designs, (b) determine which program features and training regimens are most effective, and (c) indicate which patients may benefit from CAT the most.
