Educational administration is the whole process of directing, coordinating, supervising, reporting, planning and integrating everything that includes personnel, spiritual and material related to achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently. The educational administration's goal is to have good teaching and learning conditions. Because by creating good and structured teaching and learning conditions, it can achieve the educational goals to be achieved by the school in the future.
