This research is based on the importance of using a helmet for motorcycle riders.The formulation of problem of this research is whether word of mouth (X) andproduct attributes (X) have a partial and simultaneous effect on consumer buyinginterest (Y). The purpose of research is to test and analyze the effect of word ofmouth (X12) and product attributes (X) on consumers buying interest (Y) on NHKhelmets at Ulok Kupai District, Bengkulu Utara regency.Object of this researchwas the Ulok Kupai Subdistrict Society, Bengkulu Utara with an accidentalsampling method. The stduy involved 70 respondents from the member of thesociety. The data were collected trough field research, observation, andquestionnaires. The data collected then was analyzed by using classic assumptionstest, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.Based on themultiple linear regression tests using SPSS, the result of the study show that Y =3.365 + 0.464X1+ 0.279X2.2 The results of the analysis found that word of mouth(X) has a positive effect on consumer buying interest (Y). In addition, productattributes (X1)also had a positive effect on consumer buying interest (Y). Theresult of T test and F test shows that the two variables had a significant effect onconsumer buying interest with a significance level of <0.05. This means that Ho isrejected Ha accepted.Keysword: Word Of Mouth, Product Attributes , Consumer Buying Interest.

Red chili (Capsicum annum L) is a type of horticultural vegetable that is widely cultivated in Indonesia. Red chilies have a high price and this plant is very beneficial for health. One of them is controlling cancer. This study aims to determine the analysis of the factors that influence the demand for red chili in Labuhanbatu Regency. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and statistical test. The results of the study based on the t test that the price has a positive effect on the demand for chili peppers in Labuhanbatu Regency, the tcount value is 2.417 with a significance level of 0.002 and the population has a significant effect on the demand for chili in Labuhanbatu Regency, the tcount value is 3.298 and a significance level is 0.001.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan dapat menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth terhadap Keputusan pembelian di Kafe Potret Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 700 orang ditentukan dari jumlah pengunjung Kafe Potret Medan dalam kurun waktu satu minggu, dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 88 pengunjung. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan pengujiannya yaitu uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji R2. Hipotesis penelitian dimensi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian diterima jika t hitung > t tabel dengan tingkat signifikan 0.05.Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,662. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 1,990 t hitung  > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima, nilai t hitung variabel X2 sebesar 2,628 t hitung > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima. Dari 2 variabel, variabel Word Of Mouth yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian  sebesar 2,628. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThe purpose of this study is to identify and able to explain the influence of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth to Purchasing Decisions of Kafe Potret Medan. The population in this study were 700 people from visitors Kafe Potret Medan in one week, and the samples used were 88 visitors. While the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire and use the test of quality data and classical assumption. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, R square and t test. The study hypothesis was partially of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth dimension to  Purchasing Decisions is acceptable if t hitung > t tabel with a significant level 0.05. The t tabel value in this study 1.662. The t hitung X1 is 1.990 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted, t hitung X2 is 2.628 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted. Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

This research was conducted to determine and test the effect of changes in tax rates (X1), tax calculation methods (X2) and modernization of the tax system (X3) on MSME taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable (M). As for the population in this study, the UMKM taxpayers in the food and beverage sector are registered at the Surabaya City Trade Office. Data collection uses purposive sampling method, provided that the taxpayer has a NPWP and has a gross turnover (turnover) in one tax year not to exceed Rp4.8 billion. The samples used in this study were 80 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression and interaction regression with the help of SPPS version 17. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that partially changes in tax rates did not have a positive effect and insignificant on taxpayer compliance, while the tax calculation method and tax system modernization partially have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Multiple regression analysis with the interaction test for variable changes in tax rates to taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable, the method of calculating taxes against taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable and modernization of the tax system towards taxpayer compliance with tax fairness as a moderating variable partial positive and significant effect which means that tax justice is able to moderate all the variables used in this study.

This is a field research to highlight the issue of halal lifestyle in East Java Regional Office employees. This problem will be broken down into two basic problems, namely; firstly how is the halal lifestyle perception related to food, pharmacy and cosmetics among employees in the Ministry of Religion of East Java Province, and second how is the halal lifestyle behavior related to food, pharmacy and cosmetics to employees in the Ministry of Religion of East Java Province. Data obtained through questionnaires to respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analytical method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and linkert scale. The results of this study indicate  that  halal  food,  halal  pharmacy and  halal  cosmetics simultaneously have a significant influence on Halal Lifestyle of East Java Regional Office of Ministry of Religion.

This research is a quantitative research and the sample consist of 142 students Accounting Department of State Polytechnic Malang. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear  regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed gender, age, and GPA significant and positive effect on financial literacy.

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. Underlying this research are findings related to misuse and management of village funds in Gianyar District. This study aims to determine the effect of clarity of budget targets, competence of village officials, and leadership on accountability of village fund management in Gianyar District. The sample collection method used was a questionnaire and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that the clarity of the budget targets, the competence of the village apparatus, and leadership has a positive effect on the accountability of village fund management, which means that the clarity of the budget targets, the competence of the village apparatus, and the leadership of the related leaders are better. accountability of the management of village funds in the District of Gianyar.

The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of the effect of brand image on reuse intention, consumer satisfaction on reuse intention, electronic word of mouth on reuse intention. This research was counducted in Denpasar City by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 104 respondents who were selected by purposive sampling. The indicators in this study were 13, which were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the results of research that showed that brand image, consumer satisfaction, electronic word of mouth were able to have positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on the reuse intention Go-Food in Denpasar City. The study provides theoretical implications on how the importance of brand image, consumer satisfaction, electronic word of mouth in influencing the intention to reuse Go-Food services in Denpasar City and the partical implications of this research are able to provide information to consumers that are used as consideration in making decisions to reuse Go-Food services in Denpasar City.
