Work life parity is an equivalent Balance of expert and individual life. It is a more extensive idea including appropriate organizing between "work" on one hand and "life" on another. Conducted Research on employees at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi Medan to find out the relationship between work stress with work-life balance. All employees who work at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi Gatot Subroto Medan was made the subject of this research, totaling 120 people. The Sampling for this research based on the determination of a certain sample size with an error level of 5% with a population of 120 people, then used a sample of 89 people. The technique used for data analysis is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test. The test result on Pearson Product Moment Correlation prove that there is a strong and significant negaive relationship between work stress and Work-life balance with coefficient of -0.737 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05), and the value of R square (R²) = 0.543

Work stress hadtwo important components: role ambiguity and role overload. This research used a cross-sectional research design because it permited the researchers to integrate the work stress literature and the actual survey as the main procedure of collecting data for this study. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between the work stress and work-family conflict of workers using 97 questionnaires collected from navy in Malaysia. The outcomes of testing hypothesis by using smartPLS path model confirmed two important findings. First, role ambiguity was significantly correlated with work-family conflict. Second, role overload was significantly correlated with work-family conflict. This result confirms that the ability of employees to appropriately manage the ambiguity and overload in performing daily job may reduce reduce work-family conflict in the studied organization.

<p>This paper provides an insight into the Work life balance and job satisfaction of individuals working in business process outsourcing. In the present fast growing scenario, people don‘t have time for themselves or for their families. It is difficult to balance both work and personal life at a time, especially for the employees working in Business process outsourcing (BPO’s).The Work life balance of an individual is one of the factors, which affect their satisfaction or happiness with life as a whole.. Data was obtained from 200 employees, 120 male and 80 female. Work life balance was measured by the 15-item scale developed by Fisher-McAuley (2003), consist of three dimensions - work interference with personal life (WIPL), personal life interference with work (PLIW), work/personal life enhancement (WPLE) and job satisfaction was measured by using scale Khan and Sheeba (2002).Data comparison of work life balance, its three dimensions work interference with personal life, work/personal life enhancement, personal life interference with work and job satisfaction between male and female t-test was found suitable. All the analysis was carried out with the help of the computer using SPSS 16.0 version.</p>
