<p>This paper aimed to examine and analyze the consequence of transformational leadership and motivation on work performance at PT PLN UWP IV Electric Maintenance Center Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The novelty of this research is by testing the theoretical framework for the consequence of transformational leadership and motivation (need for achievement) on work performance in a different context, scope, and population than existing research. This research uses quantitative research methods with detailed causality research. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling, which was 40 employees at PT PLN UWP IV Electric Maintenance Center. The data investigation approach used is multiple linear regression. The consequence of this study confirm the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on performance, both partially and simultaneously. The results of this paper are persistent with the theory of transformational leadership and the theory of motivation for achievement. This research contributes scientifically to the consequence of transformational leadership and work motivation on work performance. <br></p>

The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

Policies to improve employee performance need to be analyzed further. In this study will analyze the effect of recruitment, career development, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Dinakertrasduk, Central Java province. In this study, samples were taken as many as 100 people using purposive sampling technique, namely sampling based on criteria, among others: employees who are taken as samples are employees who have worked for at least 3 years. The data analysis method used in this research is validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t test. The results show that with multiple linear regression analysis, it can be shown by the regression equation Y = -0.16X1 + 0.862X2 + e1. From the results of the analysis above, it can be concluded that the variables of recruitment and career development do not increase, which affects work motivation. while the regression equation analysis Y2 = 0.506X3 + 0.271Y1 + e2 from the results of the analysis above, it can be concluded that discipline and motivation variables increase, affect performance. The hypothesis that has been carried out in this study can be concluded that: a. There is a positive and significant effect of recruitment on motivation. b. There is a positive and significant effect of career development on motivation. c. There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on performance. d. There is a positive and significant influence of motivation on performance in Dinakertrasduk Povinsi Central Java. The style of leadership and motivation is important in a modern era where the organization demo democracy in the implementation of work and work motivation is good, a result that may arise from a leadership style and poor motivation is a decline in employee performance that will have an impact on total performance decline company. The problems in the review of the above description can be formulated as follows. Is there any influence between leadership style to the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, is there any influence between the motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, among the variables - style of leadership and motivation which dominant influence on employee performance. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Sumber Mas 93 people, The sample is determined by proportional random sampling technique, with 75 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method.Based on the results of the research obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 22.741 + 0.208 + 0.160 , While from the test partial hypothesis (t test) obtained t count from leadership style variables of 3.373T arithmetic motivation variable as much as 2.832 where the probability is smaller than 0.05 then the hypothesis is received. The coefficient of determination (Adjust R2) of 0.324 is the performance of employees of PT Sumber Mas influenced by the style of leadership and motivation, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are outside the variables in the research. Keywords:Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Performance

This research aims to analyze the importance of the role of job satisfaction in mediating the affect of Transformational Leadership Motivation on the operators production performance at PT. Alpen Food Industri Cikarang, West Java. This research population was 189 people, with a total sample of 133 employees. The sampling technique in this research used random sampling with a method of organizing data through questionnaires and interviews, quantitative research methods with analytical analysts that job motivation and transformational leadership affect job satisfaction and performance. Meanwhile, the mediating variable of job satisfaction is good for mediating work motivation and transformational leadership on performance. Path analysis earned the structural equation Y = 0.250X1+0.391X2+0.150Y1+0.525, so the transformational leadership is the variable which has the strongest affect on performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work Supervision, Employee Commitment and Communication on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengan Medan Post Intersection. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression. From the research results, the multiple regression equation is as follows: PKK = 1.059+ 0.287PK + 0.309KK + 0.135K + ei. This means that the Employee Commitment (KK) variable has a greater influence on employee work performance, because the regression coefficient is greater, namely 0.309. The results of the t test show that the employee commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance where the t value (4.233)> the t table value (1.682) and the significant value 0.000
