This study aims to determine whether there is a variable influence of Attractiveness, Credibility, and Charisma partially, simultaneously and most dominantly on the Shopee Brand Image. It is suspected that there is a significant effect partially and simultaneously, and the most influential variable is credibility. using quantitative descriptive methods. The sample was determined as many as 89 respondents. The data analysis methods used are: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, t test, and F test. In the Reliability Test, it is known that all items are reliable. In the Multiple Regression Analysis, the value is 3,100. If all the independent variables increase by one unit, the Brand Image increases with the value of the regression coefficient. The coefficient of determination test results showed that R2 = 0.756 contributed 75%. In the Multiple Correlation Test, it is known that each variable has a degree of closeness. The t test results show that partially there is a significant effect on the Attractiveness and Credibility variables, while the Charisma variable has no significant effect. In the F test it is known that there is a simultaneous significant effect of all independent variables on the dependent variable. The conclusion is that there is a significant effect both partially and simultaneously of the Attractiveness, Credibility, and Charisma variables on the Brand Image. The variable that has the most dominant influence is the credibility variable.

This study aims to analyze the workload using the NASA-TLX method, as well as knowing the effect of workload and incentives on the performance of Gojek drivers in Bandar Lampung. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, with the sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using NASA-TLX method and multiple regression analysis. The results explained that the workload of the Gojek driver was very high, the highest workload was in the aspect of physical needs and the lowest was in the aspect of the frustration level. However, the partial test results that workload does not affect the performance of Gojek drivers, while incentives affect the performance of Gojek drivers. Simultaneously, both workload and incentives have an affect on performance of Gojek drivers. There is a relationship between job characteristic on study results that require further research, and the importance of stimulating incentives for drivers to maximize the achievement of work targets.

This study was conducted with the aim to empirically examine the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR on profitability (ROA) at the Rural Credit Bank in Palembang for the period 2013-2018. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative The population in the research object is all BPRs contained in Palembang city amounted to 13 BPR while the total sample of 10 BPR. The research sample was taken with a purposive sampling system with the criteria of a BPR whose financial statements were published by the Financial Services Authority in the 2013-2018 period. The method used in this study uses multiple regression analysis with a hypothesis testing tool that is the t test and the F test. However, before conducting multiple regression analysis, the classical assumption test is performed first. Through the simultaneous hypothesis test results (Test F) it is known that CAR, BOPO, NPL and LDR have a significant effect on the profitability of BPR (sig 0,000). While based on the partial hypothesis test results (t test) on BPR shows that CAR variable does not influence ROA (sig 0.183), BOPO variable has no effect on ROA (sig 0.114), NPL variable has significant effect on ROA (sig 0.001) and LDR variable also no effect on ROA (sig 0,782). Adjusted R ² value in the regression model was obtained at 56.1, this indicates that the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable (ROA) was 56.1% while the remaining 43.9% was influenced by other factors outside this study.
