ABSTRACT: This study aims to identify and describe the role of the Student Da'wah Institute of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University in contributing to improving the non-academic achievements of FISIP Mulawarman University students and to identify and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Student Da'wah Institute (LDK) FISIP Mulawarman University in improving achievement. Non-Academic. The data collection technique is purposive sampling and the data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate the role of LDK FISIP Mulawarman University in improving students' non-academic achievements, has three roles, namely the role of LDK FISIP as Education (Dakwah Education), the role of LDK FISIP as a facilitator, and the role of LDK FISIP as a motivator.   ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui dan mendekskripsikan peran Lembaga Dakwah Kemahasiswaan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Mulawarman dalam berkontribusi meningkatkan prestasi Non Akademik mahasiswa FISIP Universitas Mulawarman dan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat Lembaga Dakwah Kemahasiswaan (LDK) FISIP Universitas Mulawarman dalam meningkatkan prestasi Non Akademik. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data adalah purposive sampling dan analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peran LDK FISIP Universitas Mulawarman dalam meningkatkan prestasi Non Akademik Mahasiswa, memiliki tiga peran yaitu Peran LDK FISIP sebagai Edukasi (Pendidikan Dakwah), Peran LDK FISIP sebagai Fasilitator dan Peran LDK FISIP sebagai Motivator.

AbstrakPenelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala pembelajaran daring di SD Negeri 38 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara observasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala yang dialami guru selama pembelajaran daring yaitu sulitnya mencari strategi yang sesuai dengan pembelajaran daring, guru kurang menguasai penggunan teknologi dan hanya menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp, cara penilaian (sikap, pengetahuan, keterampilan) yang kurang efektif, kurangnya fasilitas yang dimiliki siswa dalam mendukung pembelajaran daring, sering terjadinya gangguan koneksi internet sehingga menghambat dalam proses pembelajaran daring, kuota bantuan dari Kemendikbud yang tidak dapat digunakan, guru tidak bisa menilai secara langsung kelemahan dan kelebihan setiap siswa, tugas yang diberikan oleh guru kepada siswa kebanyakan dikerjakan oleh orang tua siswa.Kata Kunci: Kendala, Pembelajaran Daring, Pandemi AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the obstacles to online learning at SD Negeri 38 Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and documenting. Data analysis used in this research is data collection by observation, interviews. The results showed that the obstacles experienced by teachers during online learning were the difficulty of finding strategies that were suitable for online learning, teachers were not good at using technology and only used the WhatsApp application, ineffective methods of assessment (attitudes, knowledge, skills), lack of facilities owned by students. In supporting online learning, there are frequent internet connection disruptions that hinder the online learning process, the quota for assistance from the Ministry of Education and Culture cannot be used, the teacher cannot directly assess the weaknesses and strengths of each student, the tasks given by the teacher to students are mostly done by parents students.Keywords: Constraints, Online Learning, Pandemic

This study aims to analyze and categorize the type of yakuwarigo or role language on the Anime of Gintama. Role language, or known as Yakuwarigo in Japanese, is a set of language features associated with a particular type of character in the virtual world. The characteristic of these languages variation such as vocabulary, grammar, intonation, and accent patterns. (Kinsui, 2003). This study also investigates the function of these language variation types focusing on the yakuwarigo types in Anime Gintama. The data collection technique that was used is the note technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was the reading markah analysis technique followed by a descriptive qualitative data analysis technique to present the results of the data analysis. The results show that the type of Yakuwarigo found in Anime Gintama shows the variation of the character itself. Seven types of yakuwarigo seen from 10 Gintama anime characters, namely, aruyo kotoba, hakase go, onee kotoba, joseigo, danseigo, chara gobi, and Osaka ben. And the particular type of the yakuwarigo’s characteristics was shujoshi and specific types of expression used by these characters.

This study aims to describe the suitability of planning and learning process conducted by the teacher to the rules Permendikbud No. 22 Year 2016 and describes the suitability of doubtgiven weight to the learning plan that has been held. The evaluation study of the study include the planning and implementation process of the craft and entrepreneurial learning in SMAN 1 Singaraja, especially in class XII Mathematics. Sources of data in this study were teachers craft and entrepreneurship as well as students were selected using purposive sampling. The data collection technique used is the technique of interview, observation partisipatif,study documents, and questionnaires. Based on data analysis, obtained results of the study are: 1) variable learning plan for each teacher can be said to correspond to Permendikbud No. 22, 2016; 2) learning model in the implementation of applied learning by each teacher is different but still within the context of the same approach; 3) based on the student's perspective based questionnaires,implementation of learning each teacher reaches criteria.

This study aims to find out the visualization of the setting as a timepiece in the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” through the size of the image. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The selection of samples in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by observation and interviews, while data analysis is done through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Research focuses on setting as a timepiece visualized in the film “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” through the size of the image. AbstractThis research aimed to examine empirically the effect of morale intensity, professional commitment, and fraud seriousness rate on the intention of whistleblowing of Regional Revenue Agency of East Java Province, city of Surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 112 employees as sample. However, only 103 employees who returmed the questionnaires, Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 16. The research result concluded morale intensity, professional commitment, and fraud seriousness rate had positive effect on the intention of whistleblowing. This fact could be seen from the morale intensity which used as behavior control in having intention of whistleblowing. In addition, professional commitment or high dedication on its profession based on the ethics standard could be used in order to avoid the fraud. In other words, the higher the fraud seriousness rate, the more intensity of whistleblowing would occur. Keywords: Fraud seriousness rate; Moral intensity; Professional commitment, Whistleblowing.  Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh intensitas moral, komitmen profesional, dan tingkat keseriusan kecurangan terhadap niat untuk whistleblowing. Kajian dilakukan pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Jawa Timur Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling menghasilkan 112 sampel, namun hanya 103 sampel kuesioner yang lengkap dan layak diujikan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan IBM SPSS versi 16 menunjukkan bahwa intensitas moral, komitmen profesional, dan tingkat keseriusan kecurangan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat untuk whistleblowing. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa intensitas moral dapat menjadi kontrol perilaku dalam mengambil keputusan untuk whistleblowing. Selain itu, komitmen profesional atau rasa dedikasi yang tinggi terhadap profesinya seiring dengan standar etika dapat mengambil sikap untuk menghindari adanya kecurangan yang terjadi dan seriusnya tindakan kecurangan yang sangat berpotensi merugikan lembaga akan meningkatkan niat untuk melakukan whistleblowing. menunjukkan bahwa besar dan seriusnya tindakan kecurangan yang sangat berpotensi merugikan lembaga dan bahkan pada negara, maka tentunya hal ini yang semakin mendorong setiap karyawan untuk melakukan tindakan whistleblowing karena baginya, perusahaan akan terkena dampak berupa kerugian yang bersifat besar dan seriusKatakunci: Intensitas moral; Keseriusan kecurangan; Komitmen profesional; Whistleblowing.

A teacher has a very important role in developing the character and attitude of the Duha prayer discipline towards students in school. Discipline is a strict rule in which the contents and formulation of the rules are carefully thought out and developed in a more real way so that what is desired can be realized as expected. Discipline can give birth to the spirit of appreciating time, not wasting it. This research is a qualitative field research, the form of research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that: the role of fiqh teachers in improving student discipline through prayer in congregation at MTs Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang includes habituation, enforcing discipline, awareness, supervision, and examples or role models. Supporting factors for fiqh teachers in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer among students are facilities, natural resources, and support from the surrounding community. Barriers to fiqh teachers in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer among students. namely the lack of awareness of students and their different family backgrounds. Meanwhile, the solution for fiqh teachers in overcoming obstacles in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer is: providing guidance to students and the participation of parents at home.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out the role of PAI teachers in shaping the character of class learners VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of PAI teachers in shaping the character of class learners VII in SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted from September 22 to October 22, 2020. The subjects in the study were 1 principal and 1 PAI teacher, SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. The research instruments used are observation sheets and interview guidelines. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and inference. The results showed that Teachers of Islamic religious education in the formation of the character of class learners VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon has played a good role, where islamic education teachers have performed their role such as teachers as teachers, namely teachers of Islamic Religious Education has taught about honesty, discipline, manners and accuracy. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 22 September sampai dengan 22 Oktober 2020. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah 1 orang kepala sekolah dan 1 orang guru PAI, SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah Ambon sudah berperan cukup baik, dimana guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sudah melakukan peranannya seperti guru sebagai pengajar yakni guru Pendidikan Agama Islam telah mengajarkan tentang kejujuran, kedisiplinan, sopan-santun dan keteladanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran budaya literasi dalam pembentukan karakter religius anak di Kampoeng Batja Patrang Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis interaktuf model Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensai data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data yang diperoleh, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Karakter membaca yang terbentuk melaui budaya literasi yang telah diterapkan di Kampoeng Batjaadalah karakter membaca reseptif, reflektif, skimming dan scanning (2) Budaya literasi di Kampoeng Batjadapat membentuk karakter menulis cerita, menulis ayat-ayat Al-quran, menulis kaligrafi, menulis sinopsis, menulis pantun, kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan dengan bernuansa keagamaan (3) Karakter berbicara yang terbentuk melaui budaya literasi yang telah diterapkan di Kampoeng Batjaadalah karakter berbicara di depan publik dan berbicara interpersonal.  Kata Kunci: budaya literasi, karakter religius The purpose of this study is to describe the role of literacy culture in the creation of the child's religious character in kampoeng batja patrang jember. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of phenomenon. Data collection in this study uses observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses miles's and huberman and saldana analysis for data collection, data condenser, data presentation, deduction/verification. To test the validity of the acquired data, researchers used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The study is (1) the character reading through the literated cultures already applied in kampoeng batjais the character of prescriptive, reflective, skimming and scanning (2) of the literated cultures in the kampoeng batjadat forming the character of storywriting, writing of the quran, writing calligraphy, writing synopsis, poetry, The activity was carried out in a religious (3) speaking character through literacy cultures already adopted in kampoeng batjais a public speaking and interpersonal speech.

This study aims to describe students' mistakes in solving rectangular problems based on their cognitive development. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with 4 research’s subjects taken based on purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use tests, namely Test of Logical Operations and Problem-solving Tests. Data analysis techniques include reduction, presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that mistakes that are often made by students are less complete in writing what is known and asked about the problem. At the stage of devising a plan, students are wrong in determining the formula, the complete steps to be used, and do not write an answer. At the stage of carrying out the plan, students tend to immediately calculate what is known in the problem, not even writing answers at all. Students do not check the answer so that the results of their conclusions and conclusions are wrong.

This study aims to see how far the system of implementing administrative governance is at Madrasah Tsawawiyah Darul Jannah Muara Burnai II, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This study aims to analyze, and describe the process of implementing the administrative governance of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation studies, and the data analysis uses reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained include the implementation of administrative governance at MTs Darul Jannah Muara Burnai II, through the planning process and service improvement carried out by the madrasa administration manager by analyzing the needs of madrasa residents at the end of each semester. make data on the submission of madrasa needs, in coordination with the head of the madrasa, then the manager and the head of the madrasa find the services needed. The inhibiting factors are the lack of infrastructure, personnel who are not in accordance with their educational background, and the rules that often change. while the supporting factors are, the existence of adequate resources, a conducive work climate and full of kinship, motivation, a high sense of responsibility, and dedication to work.
