ABSTRAK Stunting merupakan ancaman utama terhadap kualitas manusia Indonesia, juga ancaman terhadap kemampuan daya saing bangsa. Hal ini dikarenakan anak stunted, bukan hanya terganggu pertumbuhan fisiknya (bertubuh pendek/kerdil) saja, melainkan juga terganggu perkembangan otaknya, yang mana tentu akan sangat mempengaruhi kemampuan dan prestasi di sekolah, produktivitas dan kreativitas di usia-usia produktif. Perbaikan pola makan dengan mulai merintis menanam tanaman tinggi zat besi dan asam folat di pekarangan rumah (Daun kelor, daun bayam hijau dan daun ubi) juga diperlukan khususnya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ibu hamil dan MPASI balita. Pemanfaatan budidaya secara vertikultur mampu mempermudah ibu rumah tangga untuk menyediakan sayuran untuk keluarganya. Dengan semakin mudahnya akses terhadap sayuran pencegah stunting maka ancaman terhadap stunting terhadap balita dapat dikurangi angka prevalensinya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi penggalakan kegiatan penghijauan dan penanaman bibit khususnya tanaman sayuran menggunakan sistem budidaya vertikultur sebagai alternatif upaya peningkatan asupan gizi yang optimal untuk mencegah stunting di wilayah tersebut. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat menguasai materi stunting dan teknik vertikultu dengan baik dan mampu mempraktikkan cara pembuatan media tanam dengan teknik vertikultur dan mampu melakukan penyemaian bibit sayuran dengan baik.     ABSTRACT Stunting is a major threat to the quality of Indonesian people, as well as a threat to the nation's competitiveness. This is because stunted children, not only impaired physical growth (short / dwarf), but also disturbed brain development, which of course will greatly affect the ability and achievement at school, productivity and creativity in productive ages. Improving diet by starting to plant plants high in iron and folic acid in home yards (Moringa leaves, green spinach leaves and yam leaves) are also needed specifically to meet the needs of pregnant women and MPASI toddlers. Utilization of verticultural cultivation can facilitate housewives to provide vegetables for their families. With more easy access to vegetables that prevent stunting, the threat to stunting against infants can be reduced in prevalence. The purpose of this community service activity is promoting the promotion of greening and planting of seeds, especially vegetable crops using verticultural cultivation systems as an alternative effort to increase optimal nutritional intake to prevent stunting in the region. The results of this activity are the community mastered the material of stunting and verticultural techniques well and is able to practice how to make planting media with verticulture techniques and be able to seed vegetable seeds with the aim of this service is the socialization of promoting greening activities and planting of seeds, especially vegetable plants using a verticultural cultivation system as an alternative effort to increase the optimal nutritional intake to prevent stunting in the region. The result of this activity is that the community mastered the material of stunting and verticulture techniques well and was able to practice how to make planting media with verticulture techniques and be able to do good seedling of vegetable seeds.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. One of the great traditions in Islamic education institutions in Indonesia is teaching by transmitting Islamic values as found in classical books written centuries ago. The majority in Indonesia, the classic book is better known as the Kitab Kuning. Teaching with the Kitab Kuning is usually done in Islamic Boarding Schools. Examining Kitab Kuning requires qualified Arabic language skills at least passively. Unfortunately, not all Islamic boarding schools that have a variety of superior programs in certain fields, are weak in the field of studying Kitab Kuning. One of them is the Islamic Boarding School Mu'allimin Muhammadiyyah Sawah Dangka which has the flagship Tahfizh Alquran program but is weak in the study of Kitab Kuning. One of the main factors is the lack of adequate quality of human resources. For this reason, this community service activity aims to provide training while introducing new, lightweight methods in learning Arabic, namely the Bihaqatil Jumal method. This method emphasizes learning Arabic using the right brain. After a series of community service activities, teachers and Islamic boarding schools felt helped and gained new experiences in learning Arabic methods to study Kitab Kuning. In addition, both the assisted object and the resource person requested that this kind of community service be continued.

Community service activities with IbM scheme have been done in home industry of soybean milk processing in Sraten and Kartasura Village, Sukoharjo District. The aim of activities are all partners able process soybean juice into health drink product in ready to drink packaging, adn next can be as new economic commodity to the community. In addition, partners are expected to have a clear administrative and governance system in finance, production and, marketing as an effort to empower communities in Sukoharjo District. Considering the benefits of this soy essence is so great then product diversification is needed so that the product is more acceptable to the market. This program is done through several stages namely 1) Making soybeans into ready-to-drink; 2) Transfer of packing technology; 3) Product marketing and management aspects of soybean processing into beverages in ready-to-drink packaging as well as; and 4) Feasibility analysis of beverage production business made from soybean. Through IbM, training and development of soya bean processing technology is made into an economic commodity product in the form of beverages in ready-to-drink packaging, which can provide new economic alternatives in the community. After this program, the community service activity was conducted with the training and mentoring approach to the two partners, it was able to increase the quantity and quality of soybean beverage production where the yield of production increased almost twice from the original.

Profesional dan kualitas guru PAUD berpengaruh pada kualitas siswa, termasuk didalamnya adalah motorik siswa. Dengan demikian, diperlukan peningkatan profesionalisme dan kualitas guru PAUD dalam mengajar dan dalam hal ini adalah metode pembelajaran. Berkenaan dengan peningkatan motorik siswa, maka guru PAUD perlu dibekali dan ditingkatkan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dan kreatif. Beberapa metode pembelajaran yang berkaitan dalam peningkatan motorik siswa adalah menggambar, mewarnai, dan mengecat. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya motorik siswa di PAUD Kemah Kasih. Peningkatan motorik siswa berdampak pada meningkatknya fokus atau konsentrasi, kesabaran, keterampilan, emosi, ketaatan, ketepatan dalam mengisi obyek, disiplin, kreatifitas, pantang menyerah (menyelesaikan tugas sampai selesai) pada siswa PAUD Kemah Kasih. Professional and quality of early childhood teachers have an effect on the quality of students, including students' motor skills. Thus, it is necessary to increase the professionalism and quality of PAUD teachers in teaching and in this case is the learning method. With regard to improving student motor skills, PAUD teachers need to be equipped and enhanced with appropriate and creative learning methods. Several learning methods related to improving students' motor skills are drawing, coloring, and painting. The method used in this community service activity is assistance. The result of this activity was the improvement of the students' motor skills at the Kemah Kasih PAUD. The increase in student motoric has an impact on increasing focus or concentration, patience, skill, emotion, obedience, accuracy in filling objects, discipline, creativity, never giving up (completing assignments to completion) in Kemah Kasih PAUD students.

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the quality of jamu gendong products at the home industry of jamu gendong in Karangrejo village, Magetan Regency. The method of service is carried out by training, including procedures for pre-survey activities, surveys, socialization, training, and evaluation. The target of the service activity is the women of the jamu gendong group. The evaluation results showed an increase in participant understanding of 56% about the technique of selecting rhizomes for herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 44% about equipment selection techniques for herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 72% about the hygienic process of making herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 66% about the hygienic packaging process of herbal medicine. The results of monitoring and evaluation showed that 100% of participants were satisfied in participating in the activities, 100% of participants took an active role in participating in the training, 100% of participants were enthusiastic in participating in the activities.

Training in making woven models as a medium for learning art and culture and this workshop aims to train skills: making woven models from asturo paper to improve the quality of visual art learning in elementary schools. Training methods by providing individual practice guidance to weaving skills directly to 20 elementary school teachers. The results of this community service activity are (1) non-physical for elementary school teachers in cluster 3 Donowarih Karangploso are very interested in getting art training and are willing to disseminate knowledge and skills to other teachers in their assignments. (2) individual trainees are skilled in making woven shapes of fish, flying birds, stars, baskets, and ribbon-shaped woven frames. Pelatihan pembuatan model karya anyaman sebagai media pembelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya ini bertujuan melatih keterampilan: membuat model-model anyaman dari kertas asturo untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran senirupa di SD. Metode pelatihan dengan memberikan bimbingan praktek individu keterampilan menganyam secara langsung kepada 20 guru SD. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah (1) non-fisik bagi guru-guru SD di gugus 3 Donowarih Karangploso sangat berminat mendapat pelatihan senirupa-prakarya, dan bersedia untuk menyebarluaskan  pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada guru lain di tempat tugasnya. (2) peserta pelatihan secara individu terampil membuat anyaman bentuk ikan, burung terbang, bintang, keranjang (besek), dan anyaman pita bentuk pigura.

Lanjut usia (Lansia) merupakan kelompok yang paling beresiko terkena Covid-19, dikarenakan lansia umumnya memiliki beberapa penyakit komorbid serta tingginya angka mortalitas pada lansia. Salah satu upaya untuk pencegahan penularan Covid-19 pada lansia ialah dengan langkah promotif dan preventif, antara lain dengan pemberian edukasi pada lansia. Selain itu, perlu juga diperhatikan agar lansia tetap sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga kualitas hidup lansia tetap terjaga dan resiko tertular Covid-19 pada lansia dapat dikurangi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap lansia tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19, dengan jumlah lansia sebanyak 20 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan pendampingan para lansia untuk berkumpul diruang aula, pemberian kuesioner untuk pre-test, penyampaian informasi dilakukan dengan slide power point tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia, video, kartu SMART, demonstrasi teknik relaksasi nafas dalam serta diakhiri dengan sesi tanya jawab, post-test, dan pemberian makanan tambahan sehat untuk lansia. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan menambah pengetahuan para lansia tentang pencegahan terjadinya infeksi Covid-19, meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap bahaya penularan serta menjadi lansia yang SMART. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Lansia, Sehat, Bahagia, SMART, Covid-19 ABSTRACT Elderly is the group most at risk of contracting Covid-19, because the elderly generally have several comorbid diseases and high mortality rates in the elderly. One of the efforts to prevent Covid-19 transmission in the elderly is by promoting and preventive steps, including providing education to the elderly. In addition, it should also be noted that the elderly remain healthy and happy during the Covid-19 pandemic so that the quality of life for the elderly is maintained and the risk of contracting Covid-19 in the elderly can be reduced. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of the elderly about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people during the Covid-19 pandemic, with 20 elderly people. The method of implementing this community service activity begins with the assistance of the elderly to gather in the hall, giving questionnaires for pre-test, delivering information with power point slides about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people, videos, SMART cards, demonstrations of deep breathing relaxation techniques. and ended with a question and answer session, post-test, and providing healthy supplementary food for the elderly. The results of this community service activity are expected to increase the knowledge of the elderly about preventing the occurrence of Covid-19 infection, increase awareness of the dangers of transmission and become SMART elderly. Abstrak Teknik budidaya konvensional dengan menggunakan media tanam tanah menimbulkan masalah.  Masalah yang dihadapi adalah ketersediaan tanah untuk proses budidaya sulit didapat, dan harganya mahal.  Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lancang Kuning (Faperta UNILAK)  memperkenalkan Sistem budidaya hidroponik, dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan yang harganya lebih murah. Kelompok mitra pada umumnya lebih menggemari budidaya dengan menggunakan air sebagai media tanam dibandingkan dengan media tanah, karena lebih bersih, dan bisa dijadikan pajangan yang bernilai estetika lebih tinggi.  Tujuan kegiatan IbM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dalam melakukan budidaya sayur dengan sistem hidroponik.  Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan adalah dengan cara: 1) penyuluhan. 2) demontrasi.  3) bantuan paket teknologi, dan 4) pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan peserta tentang budidaya hidroponik meningkat setelah mengikuti kegiatan P2M ini.  Peningkatan pengetahuan ini disebabkan adanya demonstrasi, dan peserta dibekali alat dan bahan untuk mempraktekan sendiri. Sehingga minat untuk melakukan budidaya hidroponik peserta juga meningkat. Kata Kunci: Hidroponik, Budidaya, dan Air. Abstract Conventional cultivation techniques by using a planting medium ground pose a problem. The problem faced is the availability of land for cultivation process is hard to come by, and expensive. The community service team from Faperta UNILAK introduce hydroponic cultivation system, by utilizing materials that are cheaper. Partner groups are generally more fond of cultivation by using water as a growing medium compared to medium soil, because it is free, and can be used as a display estetique higher. The objective of community service activity is to increase the knowledge partner in doing vegetable farming with hydroponics system. The method used to achieve the objectives are to: 1) extension. 2) demonstration. 3) aid package technology, and 4) assistance. The results concluded that the activities of the participants' knowledge about hydroponic cultivation increased after following this P2M activity. Increased knowledge is due to the demonstrations, and participants were given tools and materials for the practice itself. So the interest to do hydroponic cultivation of participants also increased.  Keywords: Hydroponics, cultivation, and Water.

Kewajiban untuk menulis karya ilmiah bagi guru mendorong pentingnya penguasaan reference management software agar kualitas sitasi dan daftar rujukan dalam karya ilmiah sesuai dengan format yang diinginkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi guru SMKN 6 Malang tentang reference management software Zotero dan EndNote. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan selama dua hari. Selain itu, dilakukan juga survey tentang persepsi pelatihan tentang reference management software dan operasionalnya sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Selain itu, survey juga berisikan tentang persepsi peserta pelatihan terhadap penyampaian materi pelatihan. Dari hasil survey, diketahui mayoritas peserta pelatihan belum memahami reference management software dan pengoperasiannya. Setelah pelatihan, mayoritas peserta pelatihan berpersepsi bahwa Zotero lebih mudah untuk digunakan dibandingkan dengan End-Note. Mayoritas peserta pelatihan berpersepsi bahwa kedua reference management software yang diajarkan, baik Zotero maupun End-Note, mudah untuk digunakan dalam menulis sitasi dan daftar pustaka. Hasil survey juga menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta pelatihan menyatakan tingkat penguasaan materi baik dan cara penyampaian materi oleh penyaji menarik serta interaksi penyaji dan peserta baik.Kata kunci: Reference Management Software; Zotero; End-Note; Sitasi.AbstractThe obligation to write scientific papers for teachers encourages the importance of mastering reference management software so that the quality of citations and reference lists in scientific papers are in accordance with the desired format. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and skills for teachers of SMKN 6 Malang about Zotero and EndNote reference management software. The workshop activities were carried out for two days. In addition, a survey of the workshop participant about reference management software and operations was also conducted before and after the workshop. The survey also contained perceptions of workshop participants regarding the delivery of training materials. From the survey results, it is known that the majority of workshop participants did not understand the reference management software and its operation before attending the workshop. After the workshop, most of the participants perceived that Zotero was easier to use compared to End-Note. Most of the participants also perceived that the two reference management software taught, both Zotero and End-Note, were easy to use in writing citations and references. The survey results also showed that the majority of participants stated that the level of mastery of the material was good and the way the material was presented by the presenters was interesting and the interaction between presenters and participants was good.Keywords: Reference Management Software; Zotero; End-Note; Citation.
