Job analysis is needed to analyze and design what work to do, how to do it, and why the work should be done. Job analysis will provide information about job descriptions, job specifications, and job evaluations and can even predict job enrichment or expansion and job simplification in the future. This study aims to implement database security management procedures as a measure to prevent damage (error), loss and theft of data through backup and restore methods accompanied by encryption in the Job Analysis System application of the Balangan Regency Organization Division (Simanja). The backup process by adding Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption which is stored to remote cloud hosting as a backup server using SSH Transfer Protocol (SFTP) provides adequate and efficient security.

Summary: This paper presents a meta-analysis of published job analysis interrater reliability data in order to predict the expected levels of interrater reliability within specific combinations of moderators, such as rater source, experience of the rater, and type of job descriptive information. The overall mean interrater reliability of 91 reliability coefficients reported in the literature was .59. The results of experienced professionals (job analysts) showed the highest reliability coefficients (.76). The method of data collection (job contact versus job description) only affected the results of experienced job analysts. For this group higher interrater reliability coefficients were obtained for analyses based on job contact (.87) than for those based on job descriptions (.71). For other rater categories (e.g., students, organization members) neither the method of data collection nor training had a significant effect on the interrater reliability. Analyses based on scales with defined levels resulted in significantly higher interrater reliability coefficients than analyses based on scales with undefined levels. Behavior and job worth dimensions were rated more reliable (.62 and .60, respectively) than attributes and tasks (.49 and .29, respectively). Furthermore, the results indicated that if nonprofessional raters are used (e.g., incumbents or students), at least two to four raters are required to obtain a reliability coefficient of .80. These findings have implications for research and practice.

This study aims to determine the work performance of the finance and accounting division at PT. SPM. The subject of this research is the finance and accounting division. The method in this research uses questionnaire and interview techniques. The results show that job descriptions, job requirements and employee KPIs that are in line with current company conditions can be compiled and determined. Job / job description contains all information regarding job identity, job functions, job authority, duties and main job responsibilities, other tasks, work documents, working conditions, and employment relationships. Keywords: Job Analysis, Work Performance Indocators Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prestasi kerja divisi finance dan accounting pada PT. SPM. Subjek penelitian ini adalah divisi finance dan accounting. Metode dalam penelitin ini menggunakan teknik koesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uraian pekerjaan, persyaratan jabatan dan KPI karyawan yang sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan saat ini dapat disusun dan ditetapkan.Uraian pekerjaan/jabatan memuat semua informasi mengenai identitas jabatan, fungsi jabatan, wewenang jabatan, tugas dan tanggung jawab pokok pekerjaan, tugas-tugas lain, dokumen kerja, kondisi kerja, dan hubungan kerja.   Kata Kunci: Analisi Jabatan, Indikator Prestasi Kerja.

Recently the issue of fairness in the recruitment, selection, and placement aspects of personnel management for professional baseball teams has been questioned. The only seemingly correct solution to the lack of minorities in sport management positions has been oriented toward developing and implementing affirmative action programs. This paper discusses an approach to affirmative action that emphasizes (a) job analysis, (b) job descriptions, and (c) prediction of managerial performance. It therefore serves as a caveat for those organizations that feel an adequate affirmative action policy, as a single entity, is the proper remedy for correcting past discriminatory hiring decisions.

In this scientific study, the task is to consider the issues of methodological support of analytical procedures for managing economic security. The relevance of the issues under study is due to the need to ensure that the choice of methods for assessing the economic security of enterprises is consistent in the context of the real economic situation in society and the assessment of the degree of economic threats that occur in the activities of enterprises of various forms of ownership. Since the economic security of an enterprise is characterised as the state of security conditions for the implementation of its functions (through the introduction of resources, the implementation of the accumulated economic potential, prevention of hazards and risk management), therefore, an integrated economic security management system is based on an integrated system for assessing the general condition, and the latter, in a complex combination of methods assessment for the implementation of assessment objectives and the achievement of its goal. The purpose of this research work is to determine the prospects for high-quality methodological support of economic security management procedures. The leading approach to the implementation of the purpose of this research work is a combination of analytical and logical methods of researching the issues raised in its topic. The main results of this research should be considered: the development of a conceptual model for determining the level of economic security of an enterprise and the direction for setting the tasks of assessing composite systems of economic security. Prospects for further scientific research in a given direction were determined by the significance of the research topic in the context of the subsequent development of the economic situation in the country and the resulting need for a timely and correct assessment of the degree of risks of economic activity, as well as the proper provision of methodological procedures for their assessment. The applied value of this research work is in the possibility of practical application of the results obtained in theory in order to create opportunities for a qualitative assessment of the level of methodological support for the possibilities of analysing the effectiveness of managing the economic security of an enterprise, functioning in a real economic situation.

This research is an applied research focused on solving problems experienced by the Sukodono Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). The results of preliminary observations showed that they did not understand the tasks to be carried out. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and compile job descriptions of Pokdarwis Sukodono. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method, with a job analysis approach that adapts the steps of Dessler's (2010) job analysis and qualitative data analysis by Miles & Huberman's model (1994). Meanwhile, the data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The result obtained is job description of Pokdarwis Sukodono starting from the Chairman to the Business Development Section. This result is obtained after conducting repeated job analysis to obtain a credible job description. The results of this study bring enormous benefits to the management of Pokdarwis Sukodono, because now the management has a clear duty reference in working as a tourism agent in their area. IT security management is essential for organizations to notice the occurring risks and opportunities because they will profoundly affect the ongoing business processes within the organization. The Satya Wacana Academic Information System, more often called SIASAT, is an IT component playing an essential role in running core business processes at Satya Wacana Christian University under the control of the Information Systems and Technology Bureau. At this time, the implementation of SIASAT has been going well, but there are still some obstacles. Lack of human resources is one of the findings and one it becomes of the most significant risks as it affects the use of infrastructure and information security. This research was conducted using the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013, prioritizing information security by taking a planning clause focusing on risk assessment. From the results of this study, there were nine recommendations given. Some of which were the most important, i.e., creating separated standard operating procedure documents for SIASAT, which previously were still affiliated with the Academic Administration Bureau; distributing job descriptions; and providing clear and documented access rights for everyone. It is expected that this research can reduce the occurring risks and can be considered for establishing improvements to enhance academic services in the future.
