PT. Boenk Cosmetic Manufacture is a factory that developed in 2013 in order to deal with globalization, in addition to the large market interest in the products of this factory so as to maintain the factory's existence and consistency, this plant was developed. This company has fulfilled CPKB (How to Make Cosmetics better). PT.Boenk Cosmetic Manufacture every month experiences the addition of new members based on the passage of time members will increase. The problems that are often faced by the employees of PT. Bunk Cosmetic Manufacture increasingly unstructured member data management when searching for member data information that resulted in repeated errors. And every month it is difficult to get fast and precise member data search results so that the work process takes a lot of time. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to develop a system by implementing string matching algorithms to minimize errors in desktop-based member data search. Used in this research is the Boyer Moore algorithm. Boyer Moore's algorithm was first published by Robert S. Boyer, and J. Strother Moore in 1977. By starting character matching from a fixed window shift from left to right. If a match occurs then a comparison of the character of the text and the character of the previous pattern, ie equally reducing the index and pattern of each by one. By using this algorithm the search process will be faster and a lot of information obtained.

Searching is the process of selecting the information needed from a collection of data that already exists, data search is often also called a tablelook-up or store and retrieval information. Along with the development of technology that is now so very rapid, one of them is the Smartphone application. Smartphone applications that are currently in demand are increasing sharply, that is Android. Even though the presentation is limited to the screen, Smartphones are quite efficient for its users where the mobility is very high and affordable in all circles of society. used is the string search method. String search method is a string search process or often also called string matching. In the string matching process, there is the Crochemore perrin algorithm, which is an algorithm that factoring a pattern into two parts, namely Pattrenkiri and pattern right. This method is perfect for dictionary search applications of Latin terms flora and fauna.

Philosophy is the search for truth through a systematic flow of thinking, meaning that conversations about everything are carried out regularly following the prevailing system so that the stages are easy to follow. Etymologically philosophy comes from English and Greek, namely "philosophy" and "philein". This often causes difficulties to understand the meaning of the term philosophy. The term philosophy in general has a very large number so that to do the search for the meaning of the term philosophy in a philosophical book in the form of a printed book takes a long time because it must open one by one the book manually. To solve the problems described above the author builds an Android-based Philosophy application using eclipse juno. In order to simplify the search process for philosophical terms, the Raita search algorithm is implemented in the search feature contained in the Philosophy application. The raita search algorithm is a string matching algorithm with the arrangement of characters in a matched string that has the number and sequence of characters in the same string. Raita designed an algorithm by comparing the last character of the pattern starting from the far right character of the window. Android-based philosophy application that was built by the author in this study is expected to be an effective and efficient solution to get the search results of the meaning of the term philosophy in understanding the meaning of the term philosophy.Keywords: Implementation, Raita Search Algorithm, Philosophy Application, Android.

In this article, the authors propose a novel search model: Multi-Target Search (MT search in brief). MT search is a keyword-based search model on Semantic Associations in Linked Data. Each search contains multiple sub-queries, in which each sub-query represents a certain user need for a certain object in a group relationship. They first formularize the problem of association search, and then introduce their approach to discover Semantic Associations in large-scale Linked Data. Next, they elaborate their novel search model, the notion of Virtual Document they use to extract linguistic features, and the details of search process. The authors then discuss the way search results are organized and summarized. Quantitative experiments are conducted on DBpedia to validate the effectiveness and efficiency of their approach.

String matching is an algorithm for matching a text to another text or also known as a text search. There are several algorithms that can be used for string matching, including the Boyer-Moore algorithm and the Brute Force algorithm. The Boyer-Moore algorithm is a string matching algorithm published by Robert S. Boyer and J. Strother Moore in 1977. This algorithm is considered the most efficient algorithm in general applications. The Boyer-Moore algorithm starts matching characters from the pattern on the right. While the Brute Force algorithm is an algorithm that matches a pattern with all text between 0 and n-m to find the existence of a pattern in the text. These two algorithms have different patterns in the search process. In this article, a comparative analysis of the performance of the Boyer-Moore and Brute Force algorithms is carried out in a case study of the search for the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) based on Android. The search process is carried out by searching based on words and word descriptions. The results of this study indicate that the criteria for running time, the Brute Force algorithm is faster than the Boyer-Moore algorithm with the total running time of the Brute Force algorithm is 168.3 ms in words, 6994.16 ms in word descriptions, while the Boyer-Moore algorithm for running time reached 304.7 ms on the word, 8654.77 ms on the word description. In the testing criteria based on related keywords, the two algorithms can display the same list of related keywords.

Dictionary is a reference that contains words and phrases that are usually sorted alphabetically and is followed by a description of the word or phrase. Dictionary consists of several types, one of which is a dictionary of terms. Psychology dictionary is a dictionary of terms that contain psychological term. Psychology dictionary is identical to the old tome in search and less efficient in its use. Made an Android-based application of psychology dictionary that applies the Horspool algorithm for terms search and SQLite for data storage is a solution. The search algorithm is needed to shorten the time in the search itself. Horspool algorithm apply a saved search information to shift even further because the string matching is done from right to left, so the time to search a string is shorter. Fields used in this research is psychology in general terms. By entering a psychological term as input in the search then we will get the search results. The results of this research show the entire pattern that matches the text.

The library is a place that provides various types of reading books as reference material for students, students, educators and the general public. The library certainly provides various types of books that are different according to their needs. Finding books that are needed in a library with a large number of books certainly takes a long time and energy. In supporting library services and providing convenience for visitors, an application is built that helps visitors find the books they need to not need a long time and effort. In the book catalog application it is necessary to apply a search algorithm (string matching). Search algorithms help enders in finding the books they need. The search algorithm applied to the library book catalog application is the Horspool algorithm. Horspool algorithm is one algorithm that is widely used in the search process. By applying the Horspool algorithm in the library book catalog application can be faster and facilitate the process of finding the title of the book.

Workers’ literary circles of the 1920s originated from the Proletkult circles. Proletkult circles were free from formal structure and controlled by liberal community writers. Period from 1926 to 1932 became a transition from proletkult communitarianism, concerned with the utopian task of innovative proletarian culture construction, to generation of a powerful corporation, replacing creative possibilities with ideology. Artistic pursuit and development of artistic development became unnecessary. Circles were led by party writers. Archive documents of All-Russian Association of the Proletarian Writers show that, until 1926, VAPP circles taught workers literature process, language, poetics and work of fellow travelers. Until 1929 the main attention was paid at the political course of the Association’s management, massive participation, ideology, rejection of fellow travelers, creation of supporter’s community and new members recruitment — all of the aforesaid became the central point during that time. Circles broke up after 1932. Fear of being accused of collaboration with the Association of the Proletarian Writers, unwelcome for the party, was one of the reasons. Union of the Soviet Writers (SSP), founded in 1932, began reforming the work process of literary circles at factories and embraced circle experience of disbanded Association of the Proletarian Writers, using its ideas for new political and ideological goals.

<p>ABSTRACT<br />In an organization, the use of information technology including the filing system of incoming and letters outgoing is very important to support the development of the organization in terms of operational activities. This is because with the existence of an archiving system in an organization, it can accelerate a work process and can facilitate the management of letters and make the letters more orderly and neat. Physical archive storage creates obstacles in the search process and requires a very large processing and storage space. This study will create a system of managing incoming mail letters that can store letters digitally and facilitate each division to look for letters and assist staff in managing letters. Administrative officers can access this filing application by entering the correct user login, can add, edit, delete and save incoming and outgoing mail, can search by letter number, subject, sender, destination and date, and download digital letters based on search results . The research method used to solve various problems that occur is literature, observation, interviews, data analysis and systems, system design, program making, program testing, and program implementation. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the filing system of incoming and outgoing mail can help staff manage mail records so that constraints on finding letters and constraints on storage can be overcome.<br />Keywords: Incoming letters, Outgoing letters, Digital letters, Archiving system<br />ABSTRAK<br />Dalam sebuah organisasi, penggunaan teknologi informasi diantaranya sistem pengarsipan surat masuk surat keluar sangat penting untuk menunjang perkembangan organisasi dari sisi kegiatan operasional. Hal ini dikarenakan dengan adanya suatu sistem pengarsipan pada suatu organisasi, maka dapat mempercepat suatu proses kerja dan dapat memudahkan dalam mengelola surat serta menjadikan surat menjadi lebih teratur dan rapih. Penyimpanan arsip secara fisik menimbulkan kendala dalam proses pencarian dan memerlukan ruangan pengolah dan penyimpan yang sangat besar. Penelitian ini akan membuat sistem pengelolaan arsip surat masuk surat keluar yang dapat menyimpan surat secara digital dan memudahkan setiap divisi untuk mencari surat serta membantu staff dalam mengelola surat. Petugas administrasi dapat mengakses aplikasi kearsipan ini dengan memasukkan login user yang benar, dapat melakukan menambah, mengedit, menghapus dan menyimpan surat masuk dan keluar, dapat melakukan pencarian berdasarkan no surat, perihal, pengirim, tujuan dan tanggal, serta mengunduh surat digital berdasarkan hasil pencarian. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi adalah pustaka, observasi, wawancara, analisis data dan sistem, perancangan sistem, pembuatan program, pengujian program, dan implementsi program. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pengarsipan surat masuk surat keluar dapat membantu staff dalam mengelola arsip surat sehingga kendala mencari surat dan kendala penyimpanan dapat diatasi.<br />Kata kunci : Surat Masuk, Surat Keluar, Surat Digital, Sistem Pengarsipan</p>

Companies engaged in the chemical industry really need Human Resources (HR) who have knowledge in the field of chemical industry engineering terms in order to achieve the company's main goals, but due to the chemical industry engineering terms that use foreign languages is essentially difficult to understand not a few of the general public who have desire to work in companies in the chemical industry engineering experience problems in mastering the knowledge needed by chemical industry engineering companies. Therefore it is necessary to have an application that adopts science related to the chemical industry engineering term along with good search features. The application that was built to search for information related to chemical industry engineering terms in this study implements the smith algorithm as an algorithm that serves to minimize the use of the time needed in the search process. The smith algorithm notices that counting the number of shifts with the text character that is located right next to the window character on the rightmost text can sometimes provide a shorter shift than using the rightmost window text character. Then he gives a solution to take the maximum between the two values. The application term of chemical industry engineering research was built using visual basic net 2008 and can be operated properly on personal computers supported by Windows OS. Keywords: Chemical Industry Engineering Terms, String Matching, Algorithms, Smith.

The development of technology is currently growing rapidly and has been influential in the organization's activities to obtain data and information quickly. So the use of computers is essential in expediting and simplifying the process of data management to achieve the goal. In Higher Education Prog asset management reporting processes in motor vehicles is done manually resulting data search process and reporting of data assets requires significant time and too often there is missing data that affect the process of asset maintenance vehicles. It is therefore proposed to design a vehicle asset management information system using php and mysql. Which aims to be able to overcome the difficulty in finding the desired data and vehicle and asset maintenance delay in making the report.
