The purpose of this study is to explain the meaning of work rationality for Alfamart employees (Crew, ACOS, COS) while serving at PT. Sumber Alfaria Tri Jaya, TBK (Alfamart). The benefits of research are criticizing the workings of capitalism in the objective reality of Alfamart employees. Meaning was analyzed using the perspective of C. Wright Mills about Cheerful Robots. Rationality in Mills's perspective that ratio work must precede objective reality, because objective reality is the exploitation of the human ratio. The present social reality is not the work of ratio work, but the work of technology. Accordingly, Alfamart employees understand their work as technological work, not ratio work. Alfamart makes the reproduction of excited robots that are workers who are ready to run Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from PT. Sumber Alfaria Tri Jaya, TBK.The method used is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach.  The results of this study indicate: 1. Alfamart employees do not have the creative power to speak out about the discomfort they get, because all of that is covered with sweet promises from the company. Though the promise is not certain, and the income obtained by Alfamart employees is very far from the owner of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya and structural position holders (Korwil, Inventory Collection / IC, Directors, President Commissioners, etc.). 2. Without realizing by this Alfamart employee that they become Cheerful Robots that are driven by PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. They consider this work to be fine, even though they know there is a loss they are getting, but it is considered fairness and responsibility. They lose their reason and autonomy of mind.

ABSTRACT This paper tries to explain and describe the position of UMKM in the Kepuh, Boyolangu Village, Banyuwangi, as an effort to reduce the unemployment rate, especially in the lower middle class and to see how the strategy of the UMKM founders in maintaining their position in all conditions. So it is hoped that readers can find out and analyze UMKM within the scope of the region as an effort to minimize unemployment and increase living standards. This paper use qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Establishing UMKM is certainly not an easy thing, because the large number of workers does not guarantee UMKM, who is determined by the appropriate expertise and strategy. In addition, the Government has not been maximally perfect in overcoming problems and financial assistance for community UMKM which in reality is able to absorb many new workers, and has an impact on reducing the unemployment rate.

In returning the outpatient medical record file to thesection of the Medical Record Unit, Assembling there was a delay. This is because the return of medical record files has not been carried out according to Standard Operating Procedures, as a result, causing delays in the reporting system. The method used is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and literature study. This study aims to determine the return of former medical records of outpatients at Dayeuhkolot Health Center. The results of the study prove that the delay in returning outpatient medical record files at the Dayeuhkolot Health Center with presentations during the 1 week study amounted to 63 or 22% of 285 medical record files. Efforts have been made to disseminate information to all officers related to the efforts made by the person in charge of COVID-19 patients in returning medical record files on time.

  Poverty and unemployment are problems that Indonesia is still facing today. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the national economy, including the MSME sector. Productive zakat distributed to MSMEs has the potential to help develop and form MSMEs mustahik in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. The implementation of zakat is important to see the potential of zakat in an effort to help mustahik to be more empowered to face the challenges of the times. This study aims to find out how to implement the distribution of productive zakat for mustahiq micro-enterprises during the pandemic, and to find out the obstacles faced by the Bogor City Baznas when distributing productive zakat during the pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used is the interview and documentation method. Interviews were conducted with the Baznas of Bogor City as the authorized party in the distribution of zakat. The results showed that the Bogor City Baznas distributed productive zakat in the form of business capital. The productive zakat is distributed to individual and group mustahik. The Bogor Berkah program is included in the productive zakat based on taklim majlis. The maximum limit for assistance provided is Rp. 2,000,000. Recipients of productive zakat are also required to give infaq every day from the results of their efforts. Constraints faced by the Bogor City Baznas at the beginning of the pandemic were the reduced number of muzakki who distributed their zakat, limited space for monitoring, and efforts to develop MSMEs that were difficult to carry out.

Erpangir ku lau is a ritual of cleansing based on Hindu Pemena teachings. This ritual teaches the Karo people to maintain harmonious relations between humans, the forces of nature, and the Creator. However, in the Dutch colonial era, erpangir lau was stopped because it was part of the worship and the practice of magic. The method used in this article is a descriptive qualitative research method that uses theory as a basis. This qualitative descriptive design format embraces phenomenology and post-positivism. This study aims to describe, summarize the various situations or phenomena of social reality in a society that are the object of research, and try to pull that reality to the surface as a description of certain conditions, situations, or phenomena. The findings obtained are that the colonial influence still imprinted on the person of the Karo people even though the occupation had long since ended. Concerning the Dutch colonial discourse, it is necessary to carry out a deconstruction practice to reverse the Karo people's perspective on the erpangir ku lau rites.

The research was carried out at the Musi Banyuasin district health office which is located at Jalan Kol. Wahid Udin No. 230 Kelurahan Kayuara, Sekayu District, Postal Code 30711, Sekayu, South Sumatra. The research used a descriptive approach, namely solving problems investigated by describing, describing the condition of the subject / object of the study (a person, institution, community, etc.) based on the facts and then described descriptively. The formulation of the problem examined in the study was How to Implement Regional Regulation number 11 of 2016 regarding smoking-free areas at the Musi Banyuasin District Health Office. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The implementation model used is the implementation model according to George C. Edward III which includes four elements, namely communication measured through indicators of clarity and consistency, resource elements measured through staff indicators, information, authority, and facilities, disposition elements measured by appointment. employees and incentives, as well as elements of bureaucratic structure as measured by indicators of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and fragmentation. The results of the research that have been concluded are the implementation of Regional Regulation number 11 of 2016 concerning smoking-free areas at the Musi Banyuasin District Health Office which analyzed with the four elements above that have been communicated actively and clearly, including both vertical (superior to subordinate) and horizontal (among staff) directly or indirectly, have the resources to support it. The resources in question include competent and capable human resources (HR) as well as budgetary resources (SDA) originating from APBD funds, the disposition (attitude and willingness) of implementers who are involved in implementing the regional regulations without smoking are those who work. based on their capabilities and expertise, according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and fragmentation (coordination of tasks) internally and externally.

Instagram social media is a unique medium because through this media not only communicating by sharing photos, but also penetrating into videos that everyone can get various videos that inform various kinds of actifities or routines that are carried out. The use of instagram also occurs among the community in the city of Bengkulu, precisely Sanggar Arastra community, thus encouraging members to play Instagram. The purpose of this study is to find out the motives of social media users to upload instagram story. This study uses a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach and this study uses the motive theory by Papacharissi and Rubin (2017), which consist of several motives, utility motives and motives seeking information. This research was conducted with data collection techniques through interview, observation and documentation study. The subjects in this study were five members of Sanggar Arastra owning an Android or iOS cellphone with an application and an Instagram account, they actively play Instagram and like ti upload photos, videoa and texts on the Instagram Story. The results of thie study indicate that the motives of members of Sanggar Arastra in uploading photos, videos nd texts in Instagram story are convenience motives, entertainment motives, passing time motives to follow current trends. Of all the motives, there is the most dominant motive, namely Convenience Motives because what they upload on Instagram stories is a form of expressing themselves, a place to express feelings in the form of photos, videoa and texts. Their uploads form a good image in order to get the desired recognition.

Funds used to carry out daily operational activities are called working capital. Working capital is expected to be able to return in cash to the company within a specified period through the sale of production and revenue services. In a Cooperative, the optimal working capital is also required to maximize profitability. This research aim was to measure the level of adequacy of working capital in improving the profitability of the cooperative in joint responsibility implementation. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive approach, hereinafter referred to descriptive qualitative research is by doing interviews with the management of Cooperatives and analyzing the financial statements. This research was conducted at Setia Budi Wanita Cooperative in Malang. Results indicate that working capital is owned by cooperative SBW is not fully optimal in improving profitability. This is indicated in GPM and ROA ratios that are declining. But when seen from the ratio of ROE, the cooperative has been able to maximize service revenue and sales to repay its debts.

This study aims to determine the role of culture and tourism agency in managing cultural heritage Wadu pa'a sites in Soromandi District, Bima Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive approach. Techniques using qualitative data that all materials, information, and facts that can not be measured and calculated systematically because his form is a description of verbal with this technique the researchers only collected data, information, facts. The data collected from agency of Culture and Tourism Bima. Qualitative research is descriptive research and tend to use analisys with inductive approach. Data collection techniques in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. These results indicate that the role of culture and tourism agency in managing the way Wadu Pa'a cultural sites on the protection form of making drainage b. Namely to increase the development of infrastructure facilities, the utilization of the opportunities open to give life to the community, still less than the maximum it can be seen from the inhibiting factors so that the management of cultural heritage sites Wadu Pa'a still not good. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dinas kebudayaandan pariwisata dalam mengelola cagar budaya situs wadu pa’a di Kecamatan Soromandi Kabupaten Bima. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif yakni semua bahan, keterangan, dan fakta-fakta yang tidak dapat diukur dan dihitung secara sistematis karena wujudnya adalah keterangan verbal dengan teknik ini peneliti hanya mengumpulkan data-data, informasi-informasi, fakta-fakta dan data dari istansi yang terkait di Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan riset yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan anlisis dengan pendekatan induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata dalam mengelola cara budaya situs wadu Pa’a terkait perlindungan berupa pembuatan drainase b. Pengembangan yaitu peningkatan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana, pemanfaatan adanya peluang terbuka yang di berikan ke masyarakat, masih kurang maksimal hal ini dapat di lihat dari faktor-faktor penghambat sehingga pengelolaan cagar budaya situs Wadu Pa’a masih kurang baik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan KBIH Riyadlol Hasanah dalam penyelenggaraan pembinaan manasik ibadah haji. Penelitian ini bertolak dari pemikiran bahwa perencanaan merupakan salah satu fungsi yang fundamental dalam proses manajeman, karena organizing, actuating, dan controlling harus terlebih dahulu direncanakan. Perencanaan ini ditujukan pada masa depan yang penuh ketidakpastian karena adanya perubahan kondisi dan situasi. Agar resiko yang ditanggung itu relatif kecil, maka semua kegiatan, tindakan dan kebijakan harus direncanakan terlebih dahulu. (Hasibuan, 2001 : 91). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan, memaparkan dan menjelaskan data-data informasi tentang fungsi perencanaan manasik ibadah haji. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data secara langsung kegiatan bimbingan yang dilakukan oleh KBIH Riyadlol Hasanah, menggunakan teknik wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan temuan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa KBIH Riyadlol Hasanah dalam melaksanakan penyelenggaraan pembinaan manasik ibadah haji tidak pernah lepas dari perencanaan, dan dalam perencanaan tersebut maka semua tujuan bisa tercapai dengan baik.  Dari hasil penelitian ini Kelompok Bimbingan Ibadah Haji (KBIH) Riyadlol Hasanah melaksanakan program pembinaan manasik ibadah haji berjalan dengan lancar, dengan melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur dan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah di buat. Baik dari materi, pembimbing, metode, lokasi dan waktu serta media yang digunakan. Itu semua telah sesuai dengan apa yang telah di rencanakan dan ditetapkan. This study aims to determine the planning of KBIH Riyadlol Hasanah in organizing the guidance of the pilgrimage. This research is based on the idea that planning is one of the fundamental functions in the management process, because organizing, actuating, and controlling must first be planned. This plan is aimed at a future that is full of uncertainty due to changes in conditions and situations. For the risks borne to be relatively small, all activities, actions and policies must be planned in advance. (Hasibuan, 2001: 91)The method used in this study is a descriptive method that aims to describe, explain and explain information data about the function of the Hajj rituals ritual planning. This type of research conducted in this thesis is qualitative research. While the technique of direct data collection guidance activities carried out by KBIH Riyadlol Hasanah, using interview techniques and documentation studies. Based on these findings it can be concluded that KBIH Riyadlol Hasanah in carrying out the management of the Hajj rituals is never separated from the planning, and in the planning all objectives can be achieved well.From the results of this study the Riyadlol Hasanah Hajj Guidance Group (KBIH) carried out the pilgrimage manasik guidance program running smoothly, by carrying out its duties in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and in accordance with the plans that had been made.

This research is included in the type of qualitative research. This study aims to determine the relevance of productive subject competencies with the industry competency of the Vocational Light Vehicle Engineering Skills program. Overall competencies learned by students in schools are in accordance with the syllabus contained in the light vehicle engineering expertise curriculum that teaches introductory theories for skills lessons, expected attitudes of discipline, responsibility, honesty and high work ethic. Competency of productive subjects of light vehicle engineering in schools is almost all needed in the industrial world. This can be seen from the average results of all competency categories of 89.67%. Infrastructure facilities must always be improved to always keep abreast of technology, so teachers always develop their abilities with training, training and internships in industry. In order to develop students' competencies Learning practices in schools are carried out using standard operating procedures.
