ASSISTANCE IN PREPARING PAUD SEKATO ADMINISTRATION OF MANDIANGIN VILLAGE, MINAS DISTRICT, SIAK REGENCY. Educational administration there are several fields or elements that are interrelated with one another, namely the field of human resources, learning resources, and facilities implemented. These three elements are listed in one system which is divided into three functions, namely the planning function, the implementation function, and the supervisory function. PAUD administration assistance directs school principals, teachers and PAUD program development in carrying out technical guidance in administering PAUD institutions. The purpose of the activities to be carried out in this activity is to evaluate and arrange school administration and curriculum in PAUD Sekato as well as to assist in preparing PAUD administration. Assistance in the preparation of PAUD administration is carried out in PAUD Sekato, Mandiangin Village, Minas Subdistrict, Siak Regency, from July to August 2019. The results of this activity are the preparation of PAUD administration. Sekato Mandiangin Village only focuses on general administration, learning administration and student administration. The limitations of this assistance are due to the time, distance and available funds. The team hopes for the next program is to prepare an administrative program that has not yet been completed so that the administration of Sekato PAUD is completely arranged and can be submitted in the PAUD accreditation submission.

The Impact

The study aims to identify the organizational challenges facing school administrators in Tulkarem directorate from the point of view of the school principals themselves. In addition, it shows the impact of the variables related to the gender, qualification, experience and geographical location on organizational challenges. An online questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The study sample consisted of 138 male and female principals selected randomly. Moreover, the descriptive analytical approach was used to analyze the data through the SPSS statistical analysis software, and to draw the conclusions. The results of the research have shown that the section stating the principals' lack of familiarity with new developments in management science and the lack of valid basic data needed to prepare plans was great. In addition, the arithmetic average was very big for the sections stating the following: the proliferation of generalizations and decisions in such a way which makes following up their implementation take time and effort at the expense of other work, obligating schools to follow rules and instructions to the letter, poor cooperation between the school administration and senior levels of administration, and the regulations established on ideal grounds are difficult to be realistically complied with at schools. Moreover, the results have indicated that there were no individual differences in the most common organizational administrative challenges among public school principals in Tulkarem governorate according to gender, specialization, qualification and years of experience. The researcher recommends that schools should be provided with integral administrative staff, schools should be also provided with equipment and materials, principals should be given more authority especially with regard to students' problems, teachers should be provided and their teaching loads should be reduced, accurate scientific criteria should be established for selecting and training members of school administration, overlapping of school administration specialties should be avoided, and communication channels should be established between the school administration and educational administration.

This article contains studiens from various sources of literature studies, both from books, journal and from order sources related to educational administration. Administration of students is an activity of recording students from the admission process until students graduate from school or out of school transfer or order causes. In administration of students there is a process carried out by the administrator, namely the activity of beginning of the school year, during the school year, and the end of school year. Instrumen in student administration are master books, book clusters, student condition lists, student attendance books and student file storage files.

Education is a process of learning and learning both in terms of knowledge and skills. This study reveals the correlations between high diploma student’s perceptions of the level of organisational justice exhibited by Jordanian school principals and their own level of organisational commitment. To achieve these objectives, the researchers employed a descriptive correlation design. A 44-item questionnaire comprising four fields was administered to a sample of (354) high diploma students working as teachers in (15) public schools. The results show there is evidence of perceived justice and a high level of commitment among teachers; additionally, it identified a strong connection between teachers’ commitment and all aspects of organisational justice. These findings have implications for Jordanian school administration; accordingly, the researchers propose relevant recommendations for further investigation.   Keywords: organisational justice (OJ); organisational commitment (OC); high diploma.

Radiograph interpretation which is conducted by dentomaxillofacial radiologist has a problem with distance, time and limited number of dental radiologist in Indonesia that it becomes an obstacles to provided expansive and be spread evently radiograph interpretation services. The objective of this review to provide information to general dentist and other dental specialist about teleradiology advantage in dentomaxillofacial radiology as comunication media between dental radiologist and other dental specialist using teleradiology system. Radiographs imaging can be easily sent from dental radiologist to other dental spesialist not only in the sections of the hospital but also other locations throughout the world. The teleradiology system need adequate internet capacity, internet speed and bandwith. Benefits of using teleradiology is able to achieve efectivity dentomaxillofacial radiology services. As conclusion, teleradiology can be used as communication media between dentomaxillofacial radiologist with other dental specialists, especially in providing services radiograph interpretation thus can provide patient services effectively and efficiently, without problem of human resources, time, distance and location.

A clinical simulation technique was used to investigate how future school principals view the roles of professional school counselors, particularly as those responsibilities are represented in the ASCA National Model®. The 244 respondents were principals-in-training (i.e., graduate students) officially enrolled in educational administration programs at member institutions of the University Council for Educational Administration. These principals-in-training were able to differentiate between appropriate and inappropriate roles of professional school counselors, and the results generally were independent of their demographic characteristics.
