AbstractOne of the most promising energy sources is solar energy, which is confirmed by the growth in the development of renewable energy for European countries. The main goal of research is to design and implement the latest energy systems for passive buildings using renewable energy. In this paper is documented the optimal operation stages of the solar heat supply system were investigated with recommendations for further development of the design and construction of passive buildings in Ukraine South.

In the presented article, the team of authors considers the existing methods and the main modern technical solutions that are currently implemented in different countries in the diagnosis of heat supply networks. There is a selection of the main directions in the development and design of heat supply networks, which have already been implemented or supported by scientific teams from different countries. Various methods and technical features of diagnostics are reviewed, strengths and weaknesses of the presented solutions are highlighted. The reviewed works were subjected to detailed analysis, which revealed the presence of a high interest of the scientific and industrial community in the integration and improvement of existing digital technologies in the development of heat supply systems, which would be closely related to forecasting and modeling processes in this industry. The team of authors highlights the main vectors for the development of this sector, citing an example of a significant increase in the degree of digitalization of final products, which makes it possible to use data analytics to obtain effective technical solutions regarding heat supply networks. Separately, the positive experience of different countries in this industry is noted when using neural networks not only in the design of heat supply networks, but also as a target industry as a whole. Assumptions are put forward about the need for a detailed analysis of the existing foreign and domestic experience, as well as scientific developments in this area, in order to determine the most suitable technical solutions on the territory of the Russian Federation, which will take into account the climatic characteristics of the country and be based on methods of large data analysis, computer vision and simulation. modeling.

The scope of operations of the branch where the survey was carried out is: transmission and distribution of heat and heating medium to consumers through heat supply networks, maintaining the proper quality and amount of thermal power and heating medium supplied, ensuring contractual activities with heat consumers, as well as control of compliance with the consumption regimes stipulated by contracts, ensuring payments from consumers for supplied heat and heating medium, development and implementation of measures ensuring maximum efficiency of heat supply activities. The purpose of the work performed is to determine the actual heat losses through the thermal insulation of the surveyed heating networks and to compare them with normative values. The article presents an analysis of materials on the heat supply system; test findings for actual heat losses in a heat supply pipeline; calculation of actual heat losses for each section and their adjustment to average annual operating conditions of the given heat supply network; comparison of calculation results with normative characteristics. The test findings are used in developing the output performance for the «Heat Loss» indicator and in setting of norms for operating heat losses. The heat supply source for the heat pipeline is the CHP-plant. The pipelines are routed above ground on high and low supports, as well as in crawl ways. The thermal insulation of the pipelines is mainly made of 50 mm blankets of mineral wool and is typical for heat supply networks. In overhauls of heat supply networks, polyurethane foam is partly used as thermal insulation.

Approaches to the organization of solar heat supply in Russia have a number of differences in comparison with the global experience, in particular, in the field of processing solar radiation data, designing solar collector designs, design techniques, construction and testing of solar heating systems, and the practice of creating and using solar plants. Examples of implementation of projects for creating heat supply systems in different regions of Russia are presented, from the southern (Krasnodar Territory) to the northern (Yakutia). A methodology for converting data for direct and diffuse solar radiation of NASA by taking into account the results of measurements of weather stations, which provides the possibility of their practical use, is presented. Data on the number, types, annual volumes of supplies, and names of producers of solar collectors in Russia are presented. Methodical approaches to the development of solar collectors structures based on the results of comparing the energy consumption for their production with the amount of energy produced by them during their lifetime are considered. A comparative analysis of solar design methodology in Russia and in Europe has been performed. Prospects for the construction of solar heat installations in Russia up to 2030 are considered.
