Background: One of the interesting and applicable learning strategies in the learning process is the MURDER learning strategy. Where this learning strategy aims to train and facilitate students in receiving and understanding the material provided. With the strategy of learning murder is expected the students get involved further in the process of teaching and learning effectively so that students are encouraged to understand every material in teaching teachers. Methods: Instruments used in this study are non-test instruments in the form of affective ratings sheets and psychomotor sheets and test instruments in the form of items used for initial and final tests. Data collection is done by literature, student learning result test, interview and observation. The data have been obtained in the form of scores analyzed in the form of product moment statistics to see the relationship between the results of learning results by using learning strategies MURDER. Result: Inferential statistic analysis showed that in table "r" product moment db 27 was consulted at 5% significant level obtained r table = 0,381 while significant 1% at r table = 0,487 so there is significant relation between variable x and variable y. Conclusion: MURDER learning strategy can improve learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 1 Kairatu students and this strategy is very influential on cognitive, affective and psychomotor assessment on students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan Strategi Joyful Learning. Strategi joyful learning membantu guru untuk lebih kreatif dalam proses belajar mengajar dan dapat meningkatakan hasil belajar siswa. Desain penelitian   ini  adalah  Penelitian  Tindakan Kelas  (PTK) yang  dilakukan  secara  kolaboratif. Subjek  penelitian   adalah  peserta  didik kelas VII B  berjumlah  22  orang, 5 putri dan 17 putra. Penerapan strategi joyful learning menunjukkan peningkatan pada hasil belajar. Siklus I meningkat menjadi 21 siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 95. Pada siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata IPG 73% dengan kategori baik, IRS 88 % dengan kategori sangat baik, dan IKL 80% dengan kategori baik. This study aims to improve learning outcomes by using the Joyful Learning Strategy. Joyful learning strategies help teachers to be more creative in the teaching and learning process and can improve student learning outcomes. The design of this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is conducted collaboratively. The research subjects were 22 students of class VII B, 5 girls and 17 boys. The application of joyful learning strategies shows an increase in learning outcomes. The first cycle increased to 21 students who achieved completeness with an average grade of 95. In the first cycle, the IPG average score was 73% in the good category, 88% IRS in the very good category, and 80% IKL in the good category.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) meningkatkan hasil belajar menggambar teknik mahasiswa melalui pemahaman kosep gambar proyeksi, (2) meningkatkan hasil belajar menggambar teknik mahasiswa melalui aplikasi gambar proyeksi, (3) menerapkan strategi direct instructional . Strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam penelitian action research. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1) pemahaman dan konsep dalam gambar teknik mahasiswa adalah cukup kompeten dan bila diaplikasikan dalam bentuk gambar teknik masih cukup kompeten; (2) aktivitas mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan strategi direct instructional  menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan adalah sangat baik; (3) aktivitas dosen dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar selama menggunakan strategi direct instructional  cukup aprisiatif dan interaktif terhadap proses pembelajaran; (4) aktivitasnya selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung diberikan dalam bentuk penilaian keaktifan dosen.   Kata Kunci: gambar proyeksi, strategi direct instructional     Abstract: This research was aimed to: (1) improve learning outcomes of students drawing techniques through an understanding of the concept of projection images, (2) improving student learning outcomes through the application of engineering drawing projection image, (3) implement learning strategies directly. The method used in the action research study. The purpose of this writing is to provide innovation in learning in the classroom by using varied learning models. So that the quality of learning in the classroom increases and is more interesting. In addition, it can also improve student activity, foster a spirit of learning and completing tasks well. The problem of learning in Indonesia is a problem that must be taken seriously, especially by the teacher. Therefore, teachers must be able to inspire students to be actively involved in the learning process of selection and determination of learning strategies that are most appropriate to the characteristics of students. With the existence of this writing, the background of the difficulties in understanding the material is also the lack of enthusiasm of students in learning the material and completing the assignments given by the teacher which have an impact on student learning outcomes that are still low. The low student learning outcomes, of course, many factors that cause, for example the classic problem about the application of learning methods that are still teacher-centered, so students tend to passively listen to the teacher's explanation. So, the choice of methods and strategies in teaching and learning in class is very important because it can affect the results of teaching and learning in the classroom and obtain the desired learning goals. For this reason, the teacher can use the Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) learning method which is modified by the task strategy and force. The learning model of Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) is a method that is focused on providing direct and enjoyable learning experiences. Experience learning directly by learning to listen or listen (auditory), learn intellectually and learn with repetition. Meanwhile, the Task and Forces strategy is a learning strategy that has little effect on students to complete tasks until they are completed and on time. If it does not complete the assignment given by the teacher, then there is a penalty for students who do not do their duties according to the previous agreement. So that students will be motivated in listening, understanding the material conveyed by the teacher and doing the task on time. This strategy can also improve the quality of student learning to reduce the level of student laziness and provide good learning outcomes. By combining this method it is hoped that it can make students become more disciplined and responsible for the tasks given. Therefore, combining these models and strategies is needed in the learning process so that the learning process is interesting and the quality of learning increases.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan :(1) Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih tinggi dari siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori. (2) Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar  ekonomi siswa yang memiliki tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan siswa yang memiliki kepribadian introvert. (3) Untuk mengetahui interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dengan tipe kepribadian  terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif untuk menyajikan data dan dilanjutkan dengan statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05 yang dilanjutkan dengan uji Scheffe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang diajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang diajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori; (2) hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang memiliki kepribadian ekstrovert lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang memiliki tipe kepribadian introvert; (3) terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dengan tipe kepribadian  dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Hipotesis ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih tepat daripada model pembelajaran ekspositori dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa, dan siswa yang memiliki tipe kepribadian ekstrovert akan memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik dari pada siswa yang memiliki tipe kepribadian introvert. Kata Kunci: strategi pembelajaran, tipe kepribadian, hasil belajar ekonomi. Abstract: This study aims: (1) To find out the results of students' economic learning taught by problem-based learning strategy is higher than students who are taught by expository learning strategy. (2) To know the economic learning result of students who have extrovert personality type and students who have introverted personality. (3) To know the interaction between learning strategy with personality type to Economic learning result. The research method used is quasi experiment with 2 x 2 factorial design. Statistical test used is descriptive statistics to present the data and continued with inferential statistic by using two way ANOVA with significant level α = 0,05 followed by Scheffe test. The results showed: (1) the students 'economic learning outcomes taught with problem-based learning strategy is higher than the students' economic learning outcomes taught with expository learning strategies; (2) the students 'economic learning outcomes that have extroverted personality is higher than the students' economic learning outcomes that have introverted personality types; (3) there is interaction between learning strategy with personality type in influencing student learning outcomes. This hypothesis suggests that problem-based learning strategies are more appropriate than expository learning models in improving students' economic learning outcomes, and students with extroverted personality types will achieve better outcomes than students with introverted personality types. Keywords: learning strategy, personality type, economic learning result

This writing aims to make students more active and disciplined in the learning process and can also increase creativity and learning outcomes. The low mathematics learning outcomes are not only due to difficult mathematics, but are caused by several factors which include students themselves, teachers, learning approaches, and learning environments that are interconnected with each other. To improve the ability and results of learning it is necessary to make modifications to the task learning strategy and force. Quantum learning is a tip, a guide, a strategy and an entire learning process that can sharpen understanding and memory, and make learning a pleasant and useful process. Task and Forced Learning Strategies are strategies that focus on giving assignments and a little coercion so that students complete their tasks on time so that the learning process can run effectively. Therefore, the writer modifies the model of quantum learning with task and forced learning strategies, the results of this modification show that learning with quantum learning models with forced and task strategies can improve the learning process so that students become more disciplined in doing tasks, can motivate student learning, and can improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to analyze the learning process at SMP Negeri 14 Medan. This research uses qualitative research, with a case study approach of SMP Negeri 14 Medan. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, focus group discussions and documentation and then analyzed descriptively with descriptive analysis model. The results obtained are that the modeling learning strategy has a good impact on improving student learning outcomes, by making several figures into models who practice certain materials in the learning process, so that learning to dance starts from opening, core activities to closing. The conclusion of this research is that the modeling learning strategy designed by SMP Negeri 14 Medan, the modeling learning strategy takes into account the interests of students, the learning outcomes taught with modeling learning strategies are higher than those taught with conventional learning strategies.

The sophistication of technology and access to information in the twenty-first century pushed education providers to transform preparing students to face a more challenging future. Effective and relevant teaching and learning strategies are needed in biology learning to meet the needs of future generations. Therefore, this study aims to observe the biology learning process in one of senior high school. A qualitative research approach with an observation method was used in this study. This research was conducted in class X SMA N 1 Tanjung, Brebes, Central Java. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation check list, questionnaires, and interviews. Observation of the biology learning process carried out focused on the lesson plan document, learning process, and interviews as well as student and teacher questionnaires on the biology learning process. The data collection process was carried out 3 times. The results obtained from this study indicate that teachers already know the demands of the curriculum and the needs of the 21st century. This can be seen from the of lesson plans made by the teacher. However, other findings from this study are, the skills of teachers in implementing the lesson plan with discovery learning methods are still not optimal. Learning activities undertaken have not yet led to the provision of student skills needed in 21st century. This research is expected to be used as a reference for improving the process of learning biology

This study discusses the learning strategies used by elementary school teachers to students in instilling online learning in Muhammadiyah 1 Krian Elementary School. This needs to be researched, because learning strategies are one of the important aspects in giving birth to the character of students who are intelligent, creative and have character. The purpose of holding a learning strategy is to realize effectiveness and efficiency in teaching and learning activities. Strategy is a pattern that is deliberately planned and determined to carry out an action. The strategy also includes the objectives of the activity, the students involved in learning, the content of the activity, the process of the activity, and the infrastructure that supports learning activities. With the appropriate learning strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is hoped that it can improve the ability of students, especially at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian to participate in a quality teaching process, where learning will provide opportunities for participants to ask questions, discuss, and actively use new knowledge gained and easy to understand. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is how the learning strategies applied by SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian teachers will depend on the approach used, while how to implement the strategy can be determined through various learning methods. The existence of this learning strategy will affect the learning outcomes of the students themselves. The conclusion is that with the learning outcomes students are expected to be able to achieve a result that has been achieved after experiencing the learning process with their environment to obtain knowledge that is in accordance with the learning objectives.

Scope: Learning approaches that are considered effective and feasible to be applied in the current learning process are active learning strategies. By using an active learning strategy, students will be invited to always be involved and motivated to do their best in each learning process, so that students will become excited in participating in learning. Objective: This qualitative study presented the results of literature reviewed gathering from various theories, including national, international journals, books, internet and other literature to answer the problem formulation. Method: A serial of literature on active learning strategies that actively applied in most modern education were reviewed and presented to answer the research question. Findings: based on many experts in the fields of teaching and learning, the findings of this study were First, Active learning starts with questions, card short, the power of two, jigsaw, Index card match, picture and picture, cooperative script, problem based instruction, students team achievement devision, etc. Significance: The findings of this literature rewiewing has promoted students better thoughtful and understanding on material presented as participants engaging themselves with the lesson cores not simply just follow teacher's instruction. These findings are also so useful insight to keep student's concentration and improving learning achieving to the higher learning outcomes as demanded by instructional curriculum. Recomendation: Monotonous and teacher-focused learning is increasingly in demand and continues to be abandoned because it makes students bored and boring. With an effective approach it is hoped that learning objectives can be optimally achieved.

This study is intended to examine efforts to improve student learning outcomes using the STAD type cooperative strategy given the low absorption of students in learning as well as one method for teachers to improve student learning outcomes in schools. Cooperative learning strategies are one way to strive for student activities in learning so that they are involved cognitively and psychomotor in them. But the extent to which this cooperative learning strategy contributes to student learning success compared to the expository strategy needs to be empirically proven. The research method that will be used is Classroom Action Research (CAR)which aims to improve the learning process. The results of this study indicate that learning using cooperative strategies gradually increases from cycle I, II and III with the final percentage score of 88.39. While the implementation of PAI learning using cooperative strategy media also went well, in this case there was an increase in teacher activity during the learning process from cycle I to cycle II, and cycle III. The acquisition of PAI learning achievement increases along with the improvement of learning planning, implementation of learning, and the implementation of evaluation of learning using cooperative strategies.
