The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of transformational and transactional leadership on innovative behavior with psychological empowerment as the moderator variable. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Cirebon City with a total population of 203 people. The sampling measurement technique used the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, so the number of samples in this study was determined to be 67 respondents. The sampling technique uses the incidental sampling approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that Transformational leadership had a significant effect on innovative behavior either directly or mediated by psychological empowerment variables. The transactional leadership variable did not have a significant effect on innovative behavior either directly or mediated by psychological empowerment variables. The psychological empowerment variable has a significant effect on increasing innovative behavior.

This study aims to explain 1) the effect of psychological empowerment on innovative behavior, 2) the influence of organizational culture on innovative behavior. This research was conducted at UD Romo Jewelry Manufacture. The number of samples taken was 72 employees, with a non probability sampling method with a type of saturated sampling technique. Data collection is done through a survey approach with questionnaire and interview methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that psychological empowerment and organizational culture simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. This shows that the higher the psychological empowerment given to employees, the higher the employee's innovative behavior. Likewise with organizational culture, the higher the organizational culture of a company, the higher the employee's innovative behavior. Therefore to foster innovative behavior in company employees is expected to pay more attention to psychological empowerment and organizational culture in order to improve innovative behavior. Apparatus on the quality of public services in Wala Village, Kecamatang Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 3,725 people from two environments, the data collection technique used was the Slovin formula with 92 results, taken based on purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using the validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 21.0 application and a Likert scale. Based on the research that was taken from the results of the questionnaire data, it was obtained that the recapitulation of the Apparatus Performance variable with a percentage of 67.4% was included in the "Good" category while the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 69.6% was included in the "Good" category.

The background of this research is the sales of Vivo Smartphone that is not stable at PT Salim Surya Phone Samarinda. The sales decline was caused by the brand image and attribute products. There are some purposes of this study are to know and analyse the variable influences of brand image and attribute products to the purchasing decision of Vivo Smartphone at PT Salim Surya Phone  Samarinda. And to know which variables have the dominant influences on the purchasing decision of these products. The research method that the researcher used is a quantitative research method. The sample of this study was 100 respondents with amount population. The technique that used is Incidental sampling Technique. The data collection technique is study of literature and field research that is questionnaire, observation, and interview. While the data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis. The conclusion of this study are the variable of brand image (X1) and attribute products (X2) simultaneously and partial significant effects on purchasing decision (X2) is to have a dominant influence on products purchasing decision of Vivo Smartphone at PT Salim Surya Phone Samarinda.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of the #NoStrawMovement message campaign conducted by KFC Indonesia on changes in community attitudes. This research used quantitative research methods by using a questionnaire for 100 Instagram followers @KFCIndonesia. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sample with purposive sampling. The theory used was the theory of attitude change, namely the Reinforcement theory introduced by Hovland, Janis, and Kelly (1967). The data analysis technique used is the Likert scale, linear regression, and t-test and the results data were processed using the SPSS program. The results showed the #NoStrawMovement campaign message had an influence on changes in people's attitudes, seen from the influence of the variable X (campaign message) on variable Y (attitude change) of 0,318, meant the variable X (campaign message) 1 unit will increase the Y variable (attitude change) by 0,318 units. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,462. This proves that the variation of variable Y (attitude change) can be explained with variable X (campaign message) of 46,2% while the other 53.8% are explained by other factors not included in this study.

This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of students of package C class XI in computer subjects in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district, Pesisir Selatan. This is presumably because it has something to do with the learning enviroment in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district, Pesisir Selatan. This study aims to look at the description of learning motivation, learning environment and the relationship between learning motivation and learning environment of package C class XI students in computer subject at PKBM SAKATO, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is quantitative research that is descriptive corerelational. The study population was 40 students of package C in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district and a sample of 75% namely 30 people with the sampling technique is a random sample. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used the formula for the percentage of product moment correlation. The results of this study show that the learning environment of students is categorized as less conducive, then the learning motivation of students in the package C class XI in PKBM SAKATO is still categorized as low, this can be observed through the answers that have been given by respondents to the indicators of the statements that were examined. Then there is a significant relationship between the learning environment and the learning motivation of the XI class C package students in PKBM SAKATO. Suggestions to the management of the SAKATO PKBM institution to further improve the qualityy of the environment for learning. It is hoped that other studies will be able to see several other factors that have not been examined in this study.  Keywords : learning environment, learning motivation

This research was motivated by the low interest of participants in the Taklim Syuhada' Fisabilillah Council of Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study aims to 1) describe the learning material needs of the participants of theFisabilillahTaklim Martyrs' Council of Peisisir Selatan Regency, 2) describe the learning interest of the participants of the Taklim Martyrs' Council of Fisabilillah, Peisisir Selatan Regency, and 3) find out the relationship between the needs of learning materials and the interests of the participants of the Taklim Syuhada Council participants. ' Fisabillah Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research includes correlational quantitative research. The population in this study was 60 people. The number of samples in this study was 30 people. The simple random sampling technique was taken as many as 50% of the participants. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, while the data collection tool uses a questionnaire containing a list of statements. Data analysis technique using percentage and product moment. From the results of the study, it can be seen that (1) the learning material needs of the participants of the Taklim Syuhada' Fisabilillah Council of Peisisisir Selatan Regency are categorized as low, (2) the learning interest of the participants of the Majelis Taklim Syuhada' Fisabilillah of Peisisisir Selatan Regency is categorized as low, and (3) there is a significant relationship between the needs of learning materials with the interest of participants in the Taklim Martyrs' Council of Fisabilillah, Peisisir Selatan Regency.

ABSTRACTmotivated by problems in adjusting to students. The purpose of this study is to look at the level of adjustment in students, then make a program design to improve adjustment, especially in class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Petir. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling with simple random sampling technique with a sample of 189 study students. Characteristics of this study population are male and female, aged in adolescence aged 15 to 18 years, and all grade X students who attend SMA 1 Petir. Research on adjustment is carried out by looking at four aspects, namely emotional maturity, intellectual maturity, social maturity and responsibility. The data collection technique used is to spread research instruments in the form of a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. After the Pearson Correlation data is obtained, the results of r count are compared with r tables. If r arithmetic> r table then the instrument is declared valid. The results of the r table obtained from the significance of 5% and the number of respondents is 45, the r table obtained by 0.294. The results showed the level of adjustment experienced by students was in the medium category with a 74% presentation. After knowing the level of adjustment, the design of the program is made according to the needs that are known from the research results that have been obtained. Keywords: Self-Adjustment, Program of Social Personal Guidance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan dalam penyesuaian diri pada peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat tingkat penyesuaian diri pada peserta didik, kemudian membuat rancangan program untuk meningkatkan penyesuaian diri khususnya pada peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Petir. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 189 peserta didik. Karakteristik pada populasi penelitian ini yaitu laki-laki dan perempuan, berusia pada masa remaja umur 15 sampai 18 tahun, dan seluruh peserta didik kelas X yang bersekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Petir. Penelitian mengenai penyesuaian diri dilakukan dengan melihat dari empat aspek yaitu kematangan emosional, kematangan intelektual, kematangan sosial dan tanggung jawab. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakanya itu dengan menyebar instrument penelitian berupa angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Setelah data pearson corelation didapat, maka hasil r hitung dibandingkan dengan r tabel. Jika r hitung > r tabel maka intrumen dinyatakan valid. Hasil r tabel didapat dari hasil signifikansi 5% dan banyaknya responden yaitu 45 maka didapat r tabel sebesar 0,294. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat penyesuaian diri yang dialami peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang dengan presentasi 74%. Setelah mengetahui tingkat penyesuaian diri, maka rancangan program dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diketahui dari hasil penelitian yang telah didapat. Kata Kunci :Penyesuaian Diri, Program Bimbingan Pribadi Sosial

This research is motivated by the high interest of students in participating in barista training at BLK Padang, this is presumably because the promotion carried out by BLK Padang is very good. This study aims to describe the promotion of BLK Padang, describe the interest of students in participating in barista training, and see the relationship between promotions and the interest of students in participating in Barista Training at the Job Training Center (BLK) Padang. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive technique. The study population was all participants of the third and fourth batch of 2020 Barista training at BLK Padang and samples were taken using a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. The data collection technique used in this study used google form in distributing online questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and spearmen rho. The results showed that: the promotion of the Job Training Center (BLK) Padang was categorized as very good, the students' interest in participating in the barista training was categorized as very high, and there was a significant relationship between the promotion and the students' interest in participating in the barista training at the Job Training Center (BLK) Padang. Furthermore, it is recommended for managers to explore more effective and efficient ways of promotion so that other trainings also have a high interest such as barista training and for other researchers to be able to choose other variables that are also related to interest in participating in training.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable job burnout and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study was employees of PT. Arteria Daya Mulia (ARIDA) Cirebon Regency with a total of 841 people. The technique of measuring the number of samples using Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, so that the number of samples set in this study was 90 respondents. The sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling. The technique of withdrawing data using a questionnaire with a scale of measurement instruments using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that there are positive and significant effects both partially and simultaneously, between the variables of job burnout and job satisfaction on turnover intention. Keyword : Job Burnout; Job satisfaction; Turnover intention Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kelelahan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Arteria Daya Mulia (ARIDA) Kabupaten Cirebon dengan jumlah 841 orang. Teknik pengukuran jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan margin of eror 10%, sehingga ditetapkan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 orang responden. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik penarikan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran instrumen mengunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunkan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan, antara variabel kelelahan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci : Kelelahan kerja; Kepuasan kerja; Turnover intention
