<em>This study aims to examine the effect of personal characteristics and job characteristics on organizational commitment of hospital nurses. Employee organiza-tional commitment can be influenced by many factors, including personal charac-teristics and job characteristics. They are the factors form the initial organizational commitment that can affect the ups and downs of employee organizational commitment. The population in this study were hospital nurses in Gombong, Indonesia and the sample of this study was 75 respondents taken by a simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The main instrument used to obtain data is arranged systematically containing several statements given to respondents who have met the requirements for validity and reliabi-lity. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and the hypothesis testing analysis applied partial significance test. The results showed a positive and significant influence of personal characteristics and job characteristics partially on organizational commit-ment. The implications of the results of this study can be applied in hospitals to build the commitment of nurses through job characteristics and personal characteristics.</em> <em>Further research should use other independent variables outside of this study with a larger number of respondents.</em>

The purpose of this study is to examine the analysis of the effect of individual characteristics and job characteristics on job satisfaction and its impact on organizational commitment. This study uses individual characteristics and job characteristics as independent variables, this study also uses job satisfaction as intervening variable and organizational commitment as a dependent variable. The study was conducted at the Office of Independent Election Commission of Lhokseumawe City. In this study used simple random sampling technique that is by giving questionnaires to the sample respondents. This sample amounted to 125 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which is operated through WarpPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics and job characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction and increase organizational commitment. On the other hand the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment is significant. Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between individual characteristics and job characteristics to organizational commitment is positively significant.  Keywords: Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment

This study aims to know the effect of employee engagement and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. The sample used a simple random sampling technique and 191 respondents were selected as the sample. While the data analysis used in this research includes data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial significance test (t-test) show that: 1) employee engagement has a significant value of 0.001. 2) organizational commitment, has a significant value of 0.000. Thus, it means that employee engagement and organizational commitment partially have a significant effect on employee performance. 3) The simultaneous significant test (F test) shows that the significant value is 0.000. Thus, it means that the variable employee engagement and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. Sampel menggunakan Teknik simple random sampling dan dipilih 191 responden sebagai sampel. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji signifikan parsial (uji t) menunjukan bahwa: 1) employee engagement, mempunyai nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001. 2) komitmen organisasi, mempunyai nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian berarti bahwa employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Uji signifikan simultan (uji F) menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikan 0,000. Dengan demikian berarti bahwa variabel employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. This research aims to determine the organizational commitment, organizational culture, and employee performance at Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, and the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture to the employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative method. Data collection technique uses questionnaires distributed to employees of Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, with the population of 160 employees and the samples 115 employees. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. To interpret the results of the research uses descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, path analysis, and coefficient of determination. The result of data proccessing shows that organizational commitment and organizational culture significantly influence the employee performance at Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, both partially and simultanously.

<p class="Normal1"><em>Commitment is the attitude or behavior of likes or dislikes shown by someone against the organization at work. Indonesia is recorded as a nurse who has a low organizational commitment (76%) so it harms services. This phenomenon in the hospital can be seen from the indicator of the high turnover rate of nurses which reaches 30.9% which exceeds the standard &lt;5%. Many factors affect organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Personal Factors Associated with Organizational Commitment of Hospital Nurses. This study is a cross-sectional analytic study and purposive sampling technique with a sample of 59 nurses. Chi-Square test results obtained personal factors that have a relationship with organizational commitment Nurse Hospital is age with p = 0,000 and education with p = 0,000, personal factors not related to organizational commitment are gender p = 1,053 and years of service with p = 1,147. Hospitals should conduct research/surveys on Organizational Commitment periodically as an evaluation material in the context of the organization's development and development in the future</em>.</p>

The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the relationship between the free variable that organizational climate (X1) and competence (X2) with the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), either partially or simultaneously, This study used survey research methods with the correlational approach and predictive, which aims for the relationship and influence between independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 852 employees, which is considered to resprentatif is 89 people. And to solve problems, to analyze and examine the relationship and influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable used models kausalistik through regression analysis with SPSS 14.0

This study aims to determine: (1) The productive role of fishermen housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City, (2) The reproductive role of fishermen housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung Kota District Tanjungbalai, and (3) The social role of fisherman housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City. This research was conducted in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City in 2020. The population of this study were all fishermen housewives in Sei Merbau Village, amounting to 592 people, while the sample in this study was 10% of the total population (59 people. ) and taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique is done by direct communication (interview). While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) The highest productive role (48.78%) was performed by housewives who worked as factory workers, while the lowest role (21%) was performed by housewives who worked as coconut peeler. Overall, the role played by housewives of fishermen is 33.35% and is in the low category. (2) The reproductive role played by the housewives of fishermen in Kelurahan Sei Merbau, namely having dependents of 1 to 6 children. Most (57.63%) fishermen housewives had 1-2 children and a small proportion (8.47%) had 5-6 children with an average of 2-3 children. (3) In general (81.36%) fishermen housewives participated in the social activities of the unfortunate union and a small proportion (25.42%) participated in arisan activities. In addition, the recitation activity is useful for moral contributions to housewives so that they can motivate husbands to work to increase income and also motivate children to improve education. The highest role of arisan activities was 76.92% while the lowest role was 22.73%. With an average of 43.47%.

This study aims to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning in class VII at SMPN 1 Bogor City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. The sample in this study was 25% of the total population of 288 (72 respondents) using simple random sampling technique. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Emotional intelligence using a questionnaire with the results of the validity test of 15 statement items, there are 14 statements that are proven valid and the reliability test results of the coefficient of 0.750 are declared reliable. While the ability to adapt in online learning using a questionnaire with the results of a valid test of 15 statements proved valid and a reliability test result of 0.762 was declared reliable. Prerequisite test is done by normality test and linearity test. Data analysis used the analyze correlate-bivariate technique on SPSS 26 with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning as indicated by the r-count value of 0.623 which means it has a strong correlation. And r-count is greater than r-table (0.623 > 0.232), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the two variables also have a significant relationship because the significant value (p-value) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The purpose of this research was to improve compliance of nurses and midwives on blood transfusion procedures through increased organizational commitment. The study used observational analytic with cross sectional approach. 156 nurses and midwives who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria agreed to participates respondents and 46 observers agrees involved in the collection of data through informed consent. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data instrument collectors in the form of checklists and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in the form of descriptive analysis, correlation, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the findings of a new model, a model compliance nurses and midwives on blood transfusion procedures, organizational commitment can improve compliance procedure of blood transfusion if affective commitment and normative commitment improved.

Tax reporting is the responsibility of taxpayers after making tax payments. The mismatch between the number of registered taxpayers and the number of taxpayers who report taxes is a separate problem for the government in managing the tax results received. Where the number who report taxes is very small compared to the number of registered taxpayers. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence individual taxpayer reporting compliance. The population used by all individual taxpayers who are registered at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. While the sample was taken through simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula so that the sample used was 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques are data instrument test, classical assumptions, descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results obtained, partially the application of e-filling and tax sanctions has a significant effect on tax reporting compliance while tax awareness and understanding have no significant effect. The f test results show that all the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

This research was motivated by the high level of activity of the training participants in participating in the 3 in 1 Junior Operator Custome Made Women's training at the Padang Industrial Training Center, presumably because the instructor used the demonstration method in learning well. This research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all participants of the 3 in 1 Junior Operator Custome Made Women's Training at BDI Padang, totaling 45 people. While the sample was taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique, as many as 88% (40 people) because 12% of the population was used as a test instrument. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed via the google form link https://bit.ly/AngketPenelitianArindhaSukma. The data analysis technique used is the percentage formula and the product moment formula. The results of this study indicate that the training participants already have good learning activities, and there is a significant relationship between the demonstration method and the training participants' learning activities.
