Physics learning during the Covid-19 pandemic must still be done so that students can still get physics intake. This phenomenological research aims to explore physics teacher strategies in conducting traditional game-based learning in senior high schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research data was collected through in-depth interviews with 10 physics teachers from five senior high schools in Yogyakarta. The ten participants were taken using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used analytic reduction which started with identifying important statements from the interview results, determining the core theme, and interpreting the physics learning strategy essence. The research results found that traditional game-based physics learning was carried out using contextual, inquiry, project, and problem-based learning models. The physics material is integrated into traditional games which include tulup, benthik, bekelan, sulamanda, egrang, sekongan, jeblugan, and gobak sodor. Physics learning evaluation is carried out by assessing assignments, performance, presentations, tests, and the results of making students' traditional games. Traditional game-based physics learning is done through distance learning applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Google Mail, and WhatsApp. Supporting factors for learning physics based on traditional games include efficient learning, learning can be done anywhere, and students can explore their abilities widely. Inhibiting factors for learning physics based on traditional games include unstable internet networks, students’ different abilities, and never done distance learning. The physics teacher’s competence, the student’s abilities, and the facilities availability are the main factors in determining the learning physics success based on traditional games during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The problems that underlined this research included: the development of children's social skills was still not optimal, learning models in the classroom were less varied, including in the selection of media and, the interaction of students with other students was still lacking so that learning was still monotonous and less interesting. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the project-based learning model which is assisted with traditional clogs toward the social skills of the fifth-grade elementary school students. The study applied a non-equivalent control group design. Determination of the sample applied random sampling techniques. The population of this study was all students of class V. In this study, the obtained samples were 62 people. Data collection applied observation techniques. The instrument was the observation sheet. The calculation results of average gain in students’ social skills scores were given the treatment of project-based learning models in which learning was assisted with traditional game clogs included 0.295 in the category of very sufficient, while students who were taught conventional learning models had an average score of social skills score of -0.022 , belongs to the less category. Thus, based on these findings, it can be concluded that the project-based learning model assisted by traditional game clogs influences the social skills of fifth grade elementary school students. This model can be used as a choice by teachers to be used as an alternative to improve social skills.

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing traditional game learning models on improving basic motor skills in children. The research method used is the experimental method. The designs used are the Pre-test and Post-test Group Design. The study population consisted of two classes with a total of 60 students and the sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample size of 30 students. The test instruments used in this study included: 1) 4 x 10-meter shuttle run test, 2) throw-and-catch test at a distance of 1 meter from the wall, 3) Stork stand test positional balance, 4.) Test 30 sprint meter. The data analysis technique used is the prerequisite test which includes data normality test and data homogeneity test, as well as hypothesis testing using paired t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of traditional game-based learning models on the improvement of children's Fundamental Motor Skills as evidenced by p-value = 0.001. In addition, from the control group data, it is known that there is no significant effect of conventional learning on improving children's Fundamental Motor Skills as evidenced by p-value = 0.072, with these results it can be concluded that traditional game-based learning models are proven to improve children's fundamental motor skills, and can be used as an alternative to the learning process that is more effective than conventional learning.

Mathematics has not been a finished product given to students, but it is the process constructed by students. Selecting the mathematic teaching material effectively by means of combining traditional game, will help students understand the mathematic content their teachers teach. The objectives of research were: (1) to package traditional game in mathematiclearning content significantly, (2) to include Javanese cultural traditional game into mathematic teaching discovery learning model. This study was a qualitative descriptive research based on interview, observation and document analysis. The result of research shows that discoveryof learning model and traditional game that can be considered as the innovation source in mathematic teaching material development for elementary school students. The topic of mathematics with unique traditional game for the development of discovery learning model for mathematic teaching material is important to develop as an effective learning source for elementary school students.
