The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style,intrinisk motivation on the performance of employees train company with job satisfaction asa mediating variable. The number of respondents taken in this study were 52 respondentsusing probability sampling. This study uses a survey method using a quantitative approach.The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS software.Based on the conclusion that transformational leadership style and intrinsic motivation havea positive effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

The success or failure of an organization depends on the activity and creativity of its human resources. For this reason, the main thing to consider is the role of a leader. The role of leadership is very large in motivating employees to work in accordance with work programs that have been set by the organization, in achieving the goals and objectives set by the organization. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, and work environment on job satisfaction, to know and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance, to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and to find out and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction in the Civil Service Police Unit of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve these objectives, data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaire distribution, using data analysis techniques namely descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and path analysis. The results prove that the transformational leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The effect of job satisfaction provides a significant influence in improving employee performance. Mediation test results of the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction which shows that employee job satisfaction can mediate the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance of the South Sulawesi Province Civil Service Police Unit.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of transformational leadership style and corporate culture on job satisfaction as a variable intervening to enhance employee performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to data collection using questionnaires. The study was conducted at PT. Mahakam Berlian Samjaya the sample size is about 139 employees, using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture significantly affect job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: transformasional leadership style, organization culture, job satisfaction, employee performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Departing from the phenomenon in the form of employee performance and job satisfaction is still low, even though transformational and transactional leadership have been running as it should be, this study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Bank "XXX ". This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory and survey research formats. Data collection used a questionnaire to 126 respondents which were determined by simple random sampling. The data were processed using path analysis techniques assisted by the International Business Machine (IBM) Predictive Analytic Software (PASW) version 22 software. The results of this study are transformational and transactional leadership styles have a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction. Transactional leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is (1) to know how much influence of motivation to job satisfaction, (2) to know how big influence of transformational leadership style to job satisfaction (3) to know how big influence of organizational culture to job satisfaction, (4) (5) to find out how big influence of leadership style of trasnformasional to employee performance, (6) to know how big influence of organizational culture to employee performance, (7) to know how big influence collectively between variable On employee performance with through job satisfaction variable. Respondents in this study as many as 115 people, the respondents are employees CV. Sinar Jaya Tegal. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run through AMOS program as its analysis tool. The result of data analysis proved that motivation influence to job satisfaction by 32% while for the transformational leadership style to job satisfaction get 6% and for organizational culture have no effect to job satisfaction is proved with minus value equal to (-14%). And for the relationship of motivation to employee performance have significant influence with 34%, transformational leadership style to employee performance have significant influence with value 17%, and for organizational culture to employee performance have significant influence with 4% and to influence collectively between motivation, Transformational leadership style and organizational culture to employee performance where through job satisfaction fulfillment got influence 39%, and the rest influenced by other factors which not in carefully in this research.  Keywords:  Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

<p><strong><em>The objective of this research was </em></strong><em>to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and its consequences toward employee performance at PT. Gynura Consulindo. Independent variables in this research are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work environment. The intervening variable in this research is job satisfaction and the dependent variable is employee performance.</em></p><p><strong><em>The methodology of this research was </em></strong><em>descriptive causality designed by testing hypotheses. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gynura Consulindo. The sample used in this study was 114 respondents from a population of 160 people based on Slovin's calculations. </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>The results of the study showed that </em></strong><em>the factors of job satisfaction on employee of PT .Gynura consulindo are transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work environmental. Furthermore, job satisfaction has significant impact towards employee performance. It means that, job satisfaction has very dominant role as mediator in employee performance achievement.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance with satisfaction as intervening variable Satpol PP Kota Surakarta. The result of t test that is Motivation have positive and significant effect to Job Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership Style have positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction. Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation and Job Satisfaction have positive and significant effect on Performance Value of R2 square total is 0,7225 which means employee performance variable explained by transformational leadership style and motivation with satisfaction as interverning variable equal to 72,25% and the rest equal to 27,75% Described other factors outside the research model. The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Transformational Leadership Styles on Employee Performance With Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal.This study aims to test the influence of organizational culture (X1), work motivation (X2) and transformational leadership style (X3) on employee performance (Y2) through job satisfaction (Y1) in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal. This study took a sample of 62 respondent. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis.The results show the influence of organizational culture on positive but insignificant job satisfaction, the influence of transfomasional leadership motivation and style on positive and significant job satisfaction; the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is insignificant and positive; the influence of motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance is significant and positive; and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is significant and positive.Keywords: Job Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterprestasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja di PT. Mallomo. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari PT. Mallomo dan responden (Karyawan PT. Mallomo). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Mallomo. Antara lain  gaya kepemimpinan tranformasional, komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mallomo.Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Interpersonal communication on job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. This research was conducted with the aim of testing the variable job satisfaction that mediated the effect of transformational leadership styles on employee performance in the food industry in Malang. The company guides each employee to improve their work performance. Leadership and satisfaction in work perceived by employees are considered to have a good impact on improving employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. In this study using a saturated sample of 80 respondents were employees who were workers in food industry companies. The tool analysis in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study, it was found that transformational leadership style and job satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and job satisfaction was able to mediate a positive relationship between transformational leadership scores on employee performance in the food industry in Malang.
