This community service program is a online training and assistance in writing action research and scientific articles for teachers which aims to increase motivation and ability to write action research and scientific articles for teachers in Bali Province. The combination of the synchronize method through the Zoom application and unsynchronized method through the WhatsApp application was carried out for two weeks involving 85 elementary, junior, and high school teachers from various regions of Bali province. Evaluation of this program is measured through few indicators: (1) success in identifying problems and themes for action research, (2) success in formulating solutions to overcome problems, (3) success in drafting action research proposals, and (4) success in compiling a draft of action research articles. The evaluation results showed that (1) 90% of participants succeeded in compiling problem identification and research themes, 80% of participants succeeded in formulating solutions to overcome problems, (3) 80% of  participants succeeded in compiling a draft proposal, and (4) 65% of participants have successfully drafted a scientific articles from their action research studies. This results indicate that online training and mentoring was quite successful in increasing teacher motivation and ability to compile action research and scientific articles.

Professional teachers can be seen from the ability of teachers to produce quality Classroom Action Research (CAR). If seen not all teachers are able to produce research in accordance with CAR standards. Through Community Service Program, Unipa Surabaya PGSD Study Program with the theme of Classroom Action Research Writing (CAR) for Elementary School Teachers in Gayungan II Elementary School in Surabaya is expected to help teachers in producing quality CAR. From the results of the training that has been carried out, it seems that the enthusiasm of the SDN Gayungan 2 Surabaya teacher in following the CAR was very good. The majority of participants felt they needed to get CAR training. Participants feel the benefits after receiving CAR training.

ABSTRAKTujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen pembelajaran daring bagi guru di tengah pandemi covid 19 di MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Bojonegoro. Metode pelaksanaan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan ini melalui tiga kegiatan: pra kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan pasca kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan masyarakat ini adalah berupa jasa berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan dan artikel pengabdian masyarakat yang dipulikasikan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen pembelajaran berbasis daring bagi guru di tengah pandemi covid 19 di MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Bojonegoro berjalan dengan sukses karena dukungan dari berbagai pihak yang terlibat dengan pengabdian mansyaraat. Guru sangat antusias dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan secara daring, guru juga sudah memahami caramerencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi siswa secara daring. Rencana tindak lanjut pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat sebagai saran adalah mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan aplikasi digital bagi guru sekolah dasar. Kata kunci: manajemen; pembelajaran; daring; covid 19 ABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service is to give training and mentoring online learning management for teachers in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic at MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Bojonegoro. The method of this community service program through training and mentoring is through three activities are: Pre-activity, implementation of activities, and post-activity. The result of this community activity is in the form of services in the form of  training and mentoring, published articles of community service. The results of the community service carried out show that online-based learning management training and assistance activities for teachers in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic at MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Bojonegoro are running successfully because of the support of various parties involved with community service. The teacher is very enthusiastic about online training and mentoring activities, the teacher also understands how to plan, implement and evaluate students online. The follow-up plan for implementing community service as a suggestion is to hold training and assistance in implementing online learning using digital applications for elementary school teachers. Keywords: learning; management; online; covid 19

The preparation of research articles is an obligation of high school teachers as an effort to support their careers. However, many of the teachers of SMAN 1 Dawarblandong have experienced difficulties in compiling articles. This community service uses workshops. The participants are teachers of SMAN 1 Dawarblandong. This activity will be divided into two stages, namely the initial stage starting with the dissemination of the delivery of the definition of scientific articles and the importance of writing scientific articles and the second stage of a workshop on assisting the preparation of scientific articles based on research results. From these activities, it was found that teachers were more familiar with the basic concepts of scientific articles and were able to compile scientific articles of research results well.

The general purpose of implementing Community Service is to provide knowledge to teachers which includes: basic knowledge about blog media, how to make it and its use as a learning media. To increase this knowledge the trainees are given basic knowledge and skills about; (1). Media blog, (2). Guide to blogging (3). Use blogs as learning media. The implementation of Community Service was carried out with methods in the form of counseling, training, FGD, practice, mentoring and evaluation. The implementation of detailed service is divided into several activities, namely: (1) Presentations about the importance of blogs and their creation in learning. (2) Discussion about various matters relating to the material presented. (3) Assignment of creating a Blog independently. (4) Mentoring, (5) and program evaluation. From the results of the evaluation and the findings that we obtained during the implementation of Community Service activities, we can conclude that the Community Service Program has been able to provide enormous benefits and is right on target for Junior High School Teachers who are Partners in this Activity. This form of training is a very effective form that provides refreshment and new insights and knowledge in the field of Media Blog as an alternative learning media for teachers. Pelaksanaan pengabdian secara terperinci dibagi menjadi beberapa kegiatan yaitu: (1) Presentasi tentang pentingnya blog dan pembuatannya dalam pembelajaran. (2) Diskusi tentang berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan materi yang disampaikan. (3) Penugasan pembuatan Blog secara mandiri. (4) Pendampingan, (5) dan evaluasi program. Dari hasil evaluasi serta temuan-temuan yang kami peroleh selama pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat, dapat kami simpulkan bahwa program Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini telah mampu memberikan manfaat yang sangat besar dan tepat sasaran bagi Guru-guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama yang menjadi Mitra dalam Kegiatan ini. Bentuk pelatihan seperti ini merupakan bentuk yang sangat efektif yang memberikan penyegaran dan wawasan serta pengetahuan baru di bidang Media Blog sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran bagi guru. AbstrakPendidikan dasar merupakan sekolah yang memiliki peran yang strategis dan fundamental bagi pembangunan bangsa. Sehingga penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah dasar harus diarahkan dan menunjang secara optimal demi mencapai tuuan pendidikan nasional. Peraturan baru yang mengharuskan syarat pernah melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas bagi guru sebagai syarat naik golongan menjadi sebuah kendala yang cukup berat. Hal tersebut dikarenakan guru SD tidak terbiasa menulis atau melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Guru harus membuat dalam memenuhi kewajibannya jika ingin naik golongan dan pangkat khususnya dari IV a ke IV b atau dari pangkat Pembina ke Pembina tingkat 1 ke atas. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini ialah menjadikan guru mampu membuat karya tulis ilmiah antara lain PTK agar mampu dimanfaatkan untuk pengembangan profesi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru ialah bagaimana mengoptimalkan pembuatan penelitian tindakan kelas guru-guru SD di desa Geneng. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan workshop. Kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan latihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencapai target. Capaian tersebut ialah guru mampu menghasilkan penelitian tindakan kelas yang baik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru. Ketercapaian target pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru dari target 30 guru. Sehingga, ketercapaian peserta 83% atau dapat dinilai baik. Simpulan dalam kegiatan ini ialah ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dinilai baik. Kata kunci: PTK; guru SD; karya tulis ilmiah. AbstractBasic education is a school that has a strategic and fundamental role for nation building. Related to the implementation of education in elementary schools must be aimed at optimally supporting and achieving national education. The new regulation which requires the requirement to carry out Classroom Action Research for teachers as a condition for boarding a class is a considerable obstacle. This is because elementary school teachers are not used to writing or conducting Classroom Action Research. The teacher must make it in fulfilling his obligations if he wants to rise in class and rank especially from IV a to IV b or from the rank of coach to coach level 1 and above. The purpose of this activity is to make teachers able to make scientific papers including PTK so that they can be utilized for professional development. The problem faced by the teacher is how to optimize the making of classroom action research for elementary school teachers in Geneng Village. Service activities are carried out using a Workshop approach. The activity uses lecture, discussion and practice methods. The results of this activity reach the target. The achievement is that the teacher is able to produce good classroom action research. The implementation of community service was followed by 25 teachers. The achievement of the target of implementing community service was followed by 25 teachers from the target of 30 teachers. So, the participants' achievement is 83% or can be considered good. The conclusions in this activity are the achievement of material targets planned for this service activity can be considered good. Keywords: PTK; elementary school teacher; scientific writing

Teacher as one of the important key factors in education must enhance the quality of their knowledge both theoretical, skills, and expertise. For this reason, the community service program held by Department of Biology, FMIPA, Mulawarman University, Samarinda aimed to improve the practical skills of high school teachers. This program was attended by 16 teachers from various high schools from the Samarinda region and Tenggarong. The community service program consisted of 25% theory and 75% practice in one day. The theory about DNA isolation, polymerase chain reaction, and electrophoresis was done in the classroom. Meanwhile, in laboratory, the use of molecular biology equipment, electrophoresis, interpretation results of electrophoretic DNA bands, and NCBI was done by the teachers which is assisted by the laboratory assistant. In the end of the program, the skill of laboratory practice of teachers was improve, indicating by the increasing percentage of understanding about biology molecular skills.

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam mengajar mata pelajaran Bahasa inggris di Kabupaten Tabalong. Diharapkan para guru dapat mengenal dan mengaplikasikan teknik mengajar bahasa Inggris yang lebih efektif, menyenangkan, dan modern. Adapun sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru MGMP SMP mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris di Kabupaten Tabalong yang berjumlah 30 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran dan mendeskripsikan kegiatan pelatihan tentang teknik mengajar Bahasa Inggris yang modern. Pada kegiatan Pengabdian ini ditemukan sebagian besar guru belum mengetahui teknik terbaru dalam pengajaran Bahasa Inggris. Jadi, pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi, diskusi, dan praktik. Materi yang disampaikan disesuaikan dengan program-program yang sesuai dengan silabus pada tiap sekolah. Materi tersebut berkaitan dengan perancangan dan teknik pengajaran yang diikuti oleh praktik pengajarannya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan ini menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan inovasi dan kreativitas para guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar Bahasa Inggris di sekolah, khususnya di tingkat SMP.                              This activity aims to deliver a short training to improve the creativity of junior high school teachers for teaching English in Tabalong District. It is expected that teachers can recognize and apply teaching techniques that are more effective, fun, and modern. The subjects of this activity are 30 junior high school teachers of English MGMP in the district of Tabalong. The method used in this community service is a qualitative method that aims to provide an overview and describe training on modern English teaching techniques. In this community service activity, it was found that most of the teachers did not know the latest techniques in teaching English. As a result, the training was carried out through the delivery of material, discussion, and practice. The material presented was adjusted to the programs which fit the syllabus in each school. The material was related to design and teaching techniques, followed by the teaching practice. It can be concluded that this short training is one way to improve teachers' innovation and creativity in teaching and to learn English, especially in junior high school level.

Abstrak   Dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah, diperlukan kalimat efektif. Kalimat efektif adalah kalimat yang dapat mengungkapkan gagasan pemakainya secara tepat dan dapat dipahami secara tepat pula. Bahan kajian yang baik tidak akan dipahami pembaca secara baik apabila penulisnya tidak mampu menjelaskan ide-idenya dengan kalimat efektif. Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini adalah beberapa guru belum menggunakan kalimat efektif dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, perlu dilakukan pelatihan menulis kalimat efektif bagi guru, khususnya penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah (PTK) dalam menulis kalimat efektif pada PTK dalam bentuk Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM). Kegiatan PPM ini telah dilaksanakan oleh Tim Prodi PBI UNIPA Surabaya dan berjalan dengan baik secara virtual. Hal tersebut dapat buktikan dengan berdasarkan hasil tes akhir peserta, kemampuan menulis kalimat efektif guru dengan kriteria kesepadanan struktur sebesar 70%, kecermatan 65%, kehematan sebesar 80%, keparalelan 70 %, dan kelogisan sebesar 75%. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa hampir semua peserta dapat menulis kalimat efektif dalam penyusunan PTK sesuai dengan kaidah bahasa Indonesia.   Kata kunci: kalimat efektif, karya tulis ilmiah, guru SMP   Abstract   In writing scientific papers, effective sentences are needed. Effective sentences are sentences that can express the ideas of the wearer precisely and can be understood precisely too. Good study material will not be well understood by readers if the writer is unable to explain his ideas in the right sentence. The current phenomenon is that some teachers have not used effective sentences in writing scientific papers. Based on this phenomenon, it is necessary to carry out training in writing effective sentences for teachers, especially the preparation of scientific writing (PTK) in writing effective sentences in the CAR in the form of Community Service Program (PPM). This PPM activity has been carried out by the PBI UNIPA Surabaya Study Program Team and is running well virtually. This can be proven by the results of the participants' final tests, the teacher's ability to write effective sentences with the structural equivalence criteria of 70%, accuracy of 65%, savings of 80%, parallelity of 70%, and logic of 75%. Thus, it can be said that almost all participants can write effective sentences in the preparation of PTK according to Indonesian principles.   Keyword: effective sentences, scientific papers, junior high school teachers

ERADICATING ILLITERACY OF AL-QUR'AN LETTERS ON RESIDENTS AND COMMUNITY OF SCAVENGERS AT THE FINAL WASTE DISPOSAL SITE (TPA) OF KARYABARU VILLAGE, PALEMBANG. The purpose of this community service program is to overcome literacy of the Koran in the scavenger community in the garbage dumps of Karyabaru Village, Alang-alang District, Palembang City. The method used The method used in this service is participatory action research (PAR) in the form of assistance in learning. Based on this service activity, it can be concluded that the ability of learning citizens to show an increase in writing and reading hijaiyah letters, this can be seen from the results of the evaluation at each meeting, namely: (1) the ability to write and read hijaiyah letters of learning citizens who are declared complete as many as 18 (90 %) and incomplete 2 (10%). (2) the ability to write and read changes in hijaiyah letters, namely 17 (85%) learning citizens were declared complete and 3 (15%) learning citizens were declared incomplete. (3) the ability of citizens to learn to pronounce letters correctly and fluently according to their meaning 15 (75%) learning citizens were declared complete and 5 (25%) learning residents were declared not complete, and (4) the ability of residents to learn to pronounce letters that were already marked with a long and short line according to the level in tajwid, namely there are 15 (75%) learning residents who have completed and 5 (25%) learning residents are declared incomplete.

ABSTRACTThe limited ability of teachers to manage instructional media using technology apparently also happened to teachers in Magetan District. Based on surveys and interviews with the Head of education, youth and sport department Magetan District, the problem of the low use of technology in learning was also experienced by teachers in Magetan District. Especially for high school teachers in Magetan Regency. One of the things that can be use by the world of education, especially teachers in implementing the learning process, is by using google classroom application as a media for online classroom learning. This application is still rarely even unknown to most teachers in Indonesia. The overall output shows the majority of teachers as participants have opened online classes (60.87%) and the remaining 39.13% only made a few meetings but did not run. The obstacle is the low motivation and consistency of the teachers in running online classes. The implementation of community service activities has been going well and smoothly. The results of the implementation of these activities all stages of the implementation of activities run as planned. Keywords: google classroom, teacher, online class ABSTRAKTerbatasnya kemampuan guru dalam mengatur media pembelajaran dengan teknologi ternyata terjadi juga pada guru-guru di kabupaten Magetan. Berdasarkan survey dan wawancara dengan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Magetan masalah rendahnya penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran juga dialami pada guru-guru di Kabupaten Magetan. Terutama pada guru-guru SMA di Kabupaten Magetan. Salah satu hal yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh dunia pendidikan terutama guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yaitu dengan cara memanfaatkan aplikasi google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran kelas online. Aplikasi ini masih jarang bahkan belum diketahui oleh sebagian besar guru di Indonesia. Luaran keseluruhan menunjukkan mayoritas guru sebagai peserta telah membuka kelas online (60,87%) dan sisanya 39,13% hanya membuat beberapa pertemuan namun tidak berjalan. Adapun hambatan adalah masih rendahnya motivasi dan konsistensi para guru dalam menjalankan kelas online. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sudah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut semua tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Kata Kunci : google classroom, guru, kelas online
