Abstract Objective To estimate the effects of excess body mass and leisure time physical activity on the incidence and persistence of chronic pain. Design A prospective cohort study. Methods As a part of the Finnish Helsinki Health Study, we included three cohorts of employees of the City of Helsinki (18,562 observations) and defined incident chronic pain as having pain in any part of the body for more than three months at follow-up in participants without chronic pain at baseline (N = 13,029 observations). Persistent chronic pain was defined as having pain for more than three months at both baseline and follow-up (N = 5,533 observations). Results Overweight (adjusted odds ratio [OR] = 1.18, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.06–1.31) and obesity (OR = 1.65, 95% CI = 1.45–1.88) increased the incidence of chronic pain. Moreover, overweight (OR = 1.16, 95% CI = 1.02–1.32) and obesity (OR = 1.48, 95% CI = 1.26–1.74) increased the risk of persistent chronic pain. Vigorous leisure time physical activity reduced the incidence of chronic pain (OR = 0.85, 95% CI = 0.75–0.96). Physical activity did not influence the risk of persistent chronic pain. Furthermore, overweight/obesity modified the effect of leisure time physical activity on incident chronic pain. Inactive overweight or obese participants were at the highest risk of chronic pain (OR = 1.71, 95% CI = 1.40–2.09), while the OR dropped to 1.44 (95% CI = 1.19–1.75) in moderately active overweight or obese participants and to 1.20 (95% CI = 0.97–1.47) in highly active overweight or obese participants. Conclusions Obesity not only increases the risk of developing chronic pain, but also increases the risk of persistent pain, while leisure time physical activity reduces the risk of developing chronic pain.

Homecoming activities that occur each approaching Eid certainly make travelers feel exhausted on the way to their hometown. So with that it requires activities that help travelers. In this case we provide a place to rest for travelers and provide free massage for travelers. Massage comes from the French word "masser" which means rubbing or from the Arabic word "mash" which means to press it gently or from the Greek word "massien" which means to massage or wrap. With the provision of massage it is expected that travelers can relax and make the body fit again. Based on the above problems, we need a place of rest for travelers who drive motorized vehicles and volunteers who are able to reduce driver fatigue by giving free massage to the travelers. With this done, it is expected that the smoothness and safety of motorists who make homecoming in 2019 can be maintained until they are in their respective hometowns. The target of this community service activity is travelers in 2019 who pass through Banyuwangi City. The preparatory stages include location survey, after that coordinate with the campus to hold campus room loan licensing as a place of rest and massage place for the homecomers. In addition, we are socializing to the public that there will be a free massage at Campus C, Uniba Banyuwangi. Providing all the facilities of massages, such as mattresses, olive oil and towels. In recent years, many scientific studies have been published about the impact of physical activity and sports activities on adolescent children. Modern lifestyles, modern internet communications, busy school curricula and non-classroom activities reduce adolescents' exercise time, limit their movement as a whole, as well as their participation in sports activities, and thus reduce their overall physical activity. Many scientific researches and observations show the favourable influence of regular sports activities on the physical, functional and personal development of adolescents. The biochemical and biomechanical properties of the musculoskeletal system are being improved.Regular motoric effects on the child’s growing organism lead to significant changes in the somatotypological parameters. Somatotype characterizes the structure of the body at some point in its development. Individual sports and sports disciplines have different effects on the somatotypic characteristics of adolescent athletes. The means and methods used affect different muscle groups differently and prioritise and reduce body fat. That is why we have set ourselves the goal of identifying and comparing the impact of different physical activity on the structural (somatotypological) indicators of 9-10 year old children. To accomplish our goal, we set out the following tasks:1. Macanputih is a village located in Kabat Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency, where most of its citizens work in the agricultural sector. This village is a village built by the Accounting Study Program of Airlangga University from October 2018. The problem that occurred in this village is the lack of public awareness in cultivating local potential in the village. After the first volume of community service was carried out, the other problems that arose were MSMEs and Farmers' Groups who had limitations in enlarging capital and licensing PIRTs on their products, even though the products were already well known and competitive. Seeing this problem, the Accounting Study Program of Airlangga University held a Accounting Village program, which is a sustainable community service to develop the potential possessed by Macanputih village, activities carried out in stages, ranging from training to the utilization of local potential, to economic development. Through this activity, it is expected that residents in Macanputih Village can work together with related parties in developing their villages. The purpose of this PKM activity is a workforce that has not worked in Bedayu village, Senduro sub-district, Lumajang Regency. So far, entrepreneurship has been conveyed only through socialization to increase public awareness about the importance of entrepreneurship as a way to reduce high unemployment. But in reality socialization alone is not enough to make people motivated and interested in entrepreneurship. The method of implementing the PKM Economic Education Study Program embodies the entrepreneurship workshop program in a combination of hard skills and soft skills in the form of a combination of educational socialization about entrepreneurship and training to manage the potential of the Bedayu village area to improve the economic status of the community. The human resource competency program (hardskill) is related to how to cultivate the potential of the Bedayu community. While soft skills are related to the development of simple entrepreneurship that can be done in the easiest way accompanied by how to package and calculate the profits to be gained. The result of community service activities is the achievement of soft beds from the Bedayu village community for their interest in carrying out home-based entrepreneurial activities by creating business opportunities in the form of coffee products and marketing outside the Bedayu region
